Simon's place was perfect for our weekend stay. Perfectly located a minute's walk from Hove Beach and lots of nearby restaurants and cafes, and an easy walk along the seafront into Brighton each day. Like other reviews have said, the flat itself was beautiful and light, with more than enough room for two and very quiet. We loved the building's high ceilings and original features. Simon was very helpful and responsive and sorted us out with some visitor permits so we could park right outside for a low daily rate. We'll definitely try to book again the next time we head down to Brighton.

Such a great apartment. Love all the plants and cool furniture so much, felt so homely and the bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in! Location is perfect too

The flat was exactly as described. It is very clean and comfortable. It is directly opposite the beach and was an ideal base for walking the coast path from Brighton to Littlehmpton. Communication with Simon and Sansan was excellent.

We had a great stay in Sam’s apartment. The location was really good, walkable to the main shopping part in Brighton and added bonus that we could park right outside. Room was spacious and comfortable and the kitchen and dining area was light and great views of the sea. Would recommend to anyone wanting to visit Brighton for a few days.

A nice apartment in a good location for visiting Brighton. Pleasant and responsive host. The front door code must be entered on the door handle (touch the keypad and not the handle to turn it on).

We had a great stay at Lorna's place! The home was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable and the location was great for us. Quiet and spacious and a short drive to shops and restaurants. Lorna was super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

We had a wonderful time at this Airbnb. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the charming town of Shoreham-by-Sea. The town itself was absolutely beautiful, with lovely scenery and plenty to offer. It was also really convenient to travel to Brighton, thanks to the great transport links nearby. The accommodation provided all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. From start to finish, everything was smooth and well-organized. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

My family and I had a lovely stay at Vicky's house. Very comfortable and clean, no surprises, and looks like the photos. Shoreham Beach is a 5-minute walk away, and the front of the house overlooking the river is very relaxing. Last of all Vicky was very easy to deal with and responded quickly. Would recommend.

We had such a great stay at Cat and Andy’s place! The place was clean, tidy, and super spacious! The pictures did not do it justice. We had a brilliant time at the Oceans beach house. Ian made sure we had everything we needed for a great long weekend. The home is right by the coast which meant we had great views and loads of walks. The property is very spacious with a very well sized garden. The table tennis and pool tables were a great touch. Ian gave excellent instructions ahead of time which meant we never needed any support but it was great to know he was available if needed. Highly recommend and would love to come back!

The accommodation was fantastic and very comfortable. The big supermarket was very close, and we had a lot of cafes etc close by. It was worth the stay. Also, there are plenty of buses that take to the city centre from where one can take a short walk to the beach. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Kate's flat was perfect for us, somehow managing to combine cosy and exotic! Great location, lovely view, felt as we were part of Brighton. Kate's communication level was spot-on. This is what I'd call a proper Airbnb. Thoroughly recommend!

Chet was a great host. From check-in to check-out he was there to assist us with anything we needed. The place was in a very accessible location. Bus stop and train station practically outside your door. Place was extremely clean and easy to find as well. Would absolutely recommend this accommodation for anyone going to Brighton.
