Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Brighton, Brighton and Hove

This was my first time using an Airbnb, communication with the host was great, house was lovely and as described, we all had as lovely stay Parking: Sophie kindly sorted the permits out which was easy and no issue, however if you moved your car it was problematic getting the space back, so we all decided to leave cars in situ and took an Uber, which was easy, cheap and solved the issue. I would definitely recommend staying here to others but would say if you have a disabled person in party they might struggle with the steepness of the street and around the area as my husband did Overall beautifully presented home ideal for anyone wanting to explore Brighton!! Thank you for allowing us to stay ☺️

We have stayed at Tahir's place several times now and we love it. It's both spacious and cosy. The parking situation in Brighton is grim and this house has lots of room to park in the drive. The place is clean and bright, user friendly, in a very handy location. We warmly recommend Tahir's house and hope to use it again in the future.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Oak Cottage and it didn’t disappoint again. This was our first stay in the Winter months, so the heating and Aga were a welcome addition. Lorna’s place has a lot of great space to relax, cook & eat. Highly recommend if you’re spending time in Sussex.

Nick's place was a delightful place to stay for our weekend in Brighton. The house is charming and homely and had everything we needed. The neighbourhood is quiet and only a short walk from nice cafes, the local shops and the beach. Brighton was busy and Nick's place felt like a welcome haven away from the busy centre of Brighton. Nick is a thoughtful, kind host and we would be delighted to come again.

We loved our stay at Flint cottage. The cottage is set in the most beautiful location with lots of walks and also 20 mins drive to the beach. The Wiston wine estate is a few minutes drive away where you can go on a cellar tour, do some wine tasting and have a very special lunch or dinner at the restaurant, CHALK. We enjoyed being in the cottage, cooking in the stunning Neptune Kitchen and relaxing by the fireplace in the lounge.

This place is better than then photos show. We were 5 couples away for a relaxing retreat and it was just that. The rooms are all a good size with fairly comfortable beds, albeit one room only had 2x twin beds, but wasn't bad for a short break. The living rooms are very comfy, the fireplaces work well and the hot tub and pizza oven are a lot of fun, although they take some time and effort to use due to being wood fired. The communal kitchen area is the best place in the property. great big island, lots of counter top space for communal cooking and equipped with my any ingredients and pots/pans. Great pub nearby (Ginger Fox) within walking distance down a country lane. Lucys communication was excellent too. Really responsive and lots of recommendations.

A really lovely cottage. Everything we needed, with a really friendly and responsive host. A great weekend all round thank you.

We loved our stay at Tom and Rachel's place. The location is fab, very short walk from the station, in the popular but not overcrowded seven dials area. easy check in and very straightforward to find. proactive and friendly host. flat has got everything you need and furnished beautifully. fast WiFi. lovely touches such as fresh milk in fridge and penguin biscuits on the table. Thanks for having us!

I stayed in Alexandre‘s apartment with my ten year old son and we both fell in love with the place at first sight. The high ceilings, the old wooden floor, the furniture, the views - everything is beautiful. Alexandre’s taste is exceptionally good. The view into the backyard, which is full of trees, is totally soothing. While having breakfast, we spotted squirrels, birds and two foxes strolling around. Alexandre was very helpful and always replied within very short time. We also appreciated the area very much. There are some really good cafés - and the Asian restaurants on Preston Street are just amazing. My son said, he could „eat in this street for the rest of his life.“ I almost agreed. ;) Hope to come back one day! Thank you, Alexandre!

It looked exactly like the photos, and was spacious, comfortable and clean. Tess was very responsive and helpful with instructions. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location to visit old Worthing friends. Was using the flst as a Base so was hardly in it but it had a great feel. Sort of flat I used to have when I lived in Worthing. As it was winter it was well central heated too

Great location to explore Brighton. good kitchen and living space. No door to the bedroom (around the corner of the livingroom), good to know when travelling with a baby. Baby bed was available, very convenient for us. All in all a good space to spend a couple of days.

Lovely private apartment walking distance to Brighton’s main areas and attractions. Thoughtful inclusions and warm cosy space. Very comfortable beds and great facilities.

We really loved this stylish apartment and the sea views were spectacular! Great location to enjoy the coast, local bars, restaurants and town centre. Handy Co-op around the corner. The apartment was very well equipped and ultra modern, spacious but still homely. One of the nicest Airbnbs we’ve stayed at! Hosts very friendly and helpful.

We spent New Year with a group of friends at Stuart villa for the second time. We liked our last year experience so much that we did not even look for other options. It is a wonderful space, which provides enough privacy for every one and also allows to have fun in a big group. Very big and very well equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms with clean, comfortable bathrooms, fireplace, private garden, total privacy except for deer and birds. Wonderful country walks (which Stuart provides with detailed descriptions) and warm local pubs. Highly recommended.

Kevin has been a five star host!. His gorgeous place is in the most perfect of coastal locations, in which to spend quality time with my dear family. The house is stunning, equipped with all the quality essentials necessary and additional small touches, to ensure our stay was so comfortable. Everyone commented on how good the beds were ! The numerous people we met on our coastal walk were so friendly and welcoming. Thank you for an amazing time, memories and prosecco! Thank you, we had a blast !!! x

We had a lovely stay for NYE at Ingram House! The bar area was a great space to relax in and the dining room and lounge area were also lovely. There was plenty of space and it was very comfortable! Highly recommend a stay here!

Jo was a fabulous host, welcoming, friendly & informative and felt like nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely relaxing stay before the chaos of Christmas back home and our dog was welcome too which was an important requirement for us. The property is in an exceptional position with views better than we had even hoped for, we would highly recommend Jo & her property x

Not only was Lisa super helpful and friendly but the accomodation itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, well stocked and had wonderful, thoughtful additions. Will definitely be booking again
