Absolutely stunning location. The house is picture perfect, very clean, quality linen, all kitchen amenities plus extras! Lovely and warm. Highly recommend staying here. We loved looking out to the sea, seeing & hearing the waves crashing onto the beach, magical.

This was my first time using an Airbnb, communication with the host was great, house was lovely and as described, we all had as lovely stay Parking: Sophie kindly sorted the permits out which was easy and no issue, however if you moved your car it was problematic getting the space back, so we all decided to leave cars in situ and took an Uber, which was easy, cheap and solved the issue. I would definitely recommend staying here to others but would say if you have a disabled person in party they might struggle with the steepness of the street and around the area as my husband did Overall beautifully presented home ideal for anyone wanting to explore Brighton!! Thank you for allowing us to stay ☺️

We had a fab weekend at the house for my hen party! The house has been recently redesigned so the single beds aren’t there anymore but instead it’s one larger room with an extra bathroom. We had a private chef on the Saturday night and the kitchen layout was just perfect! Thank you so much for hosting us!

Lovely house which comfortably houses 4 couples, 3 babies and 1 child! We had a wonderful stay over NYE, Tanya was a great host and made us feel very welcome. good communication, responded to all our questions and gave us some excellent recommendations. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

This house is absolutely fantastic. Our group of 9 including a teen and two 9-year-olds stayed very comfortably for a week with a typically English mix of weather and the house accommodated us amply. The spaces were all individual, relaxing and full of beautiful furniture and art, we loved the characterful high-ceilinged garden room and the sitting room big enough for all 9 of us to play games. All the first floor bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and generous storage, and the second floor attic with two bedrooms and a relaxing space between was a great little world away. The rambling garden and the tennis court, trampoline, warm pool and table tennis were a real hit with our group. Locally there was something for everyone, highlights including great walks from the house along the river and up onto the spine of the South Downs, and garden visits to High Beeches and Sussex Prairie Gardens. Enzo and Lucy are well deserved superhosts, we would return in a heartbeat.

This was the perfect house for a family weekend together. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We were lucky enough to have fantastic weather and enjoyed the comfortable garden furniture. The garden was safe for my toddler grand daughter. When we wanted to go out it was an easy walk to the Hove cafes etc and to the beach. We had a really relaxing time and would love to come again.

Pru's place was very comfy and we had a pleasant stay in her home. The house was big enough to fit 8 guests (including 3 kids) and spend a week with the family without feeling cramped. The garden is also a great place to enjoy but we couldn't really use it as we stayed there around the first of January!

We stayed 5 nights. The room was spacious, WiFi perfect, relaxing place, dining place, the bedding was of a very good quality. When we arrived, there was fresh baked bread, eggs, butter, coffee, tea, water. Annemarie is always willing to help. Very kind family. Don’t hesitate, go for it! We enjoyed our days!

Arlene was a brilliant host with a beautiful home. We had a fabulous stay. Beds were super comfy and we slept well. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need. We also loved the decor and quirky details. One of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. We’ll be back!

Staying at Portreeves was really central. We were able to get the train which is so close and go to littlehampton for the day. We were able to take our family dog too which was a first for us. I was concerned it may not be clean but it was amazing. Joanne even provided additional towels and food bowls for our dog. In addition the garden was lovely allowing us to let our dog roam and have fun. We will definitely stay again knowing we don't need to take everything but the kitchen sink with us because all is provided. Joanne also made sure we had milk, sugar etc. All in all a lovely place to stay, thank you Joanne and family x

Jasper's apartment was perfect for our girls weekend - right on the boardwalk and close to great restaurants and bars.

We had a wonderful stay at Jackie’s home. The photos do not do the property justice- such a specious house with great living area. The little child friendly touches (I won’t give away the surprises for anyone who visits!) were so appreciated. Jackie was a fantastic host and couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you so much.

lovely and peaceful. great pub 1km away and an off licence, petrol station. for anything else you will need to drive. remoteness is a reason to take this property. comfortable bed. Nice accommodation but if you're tall the ceiling slants so the shower might be a problem. the WiFi is patchy.

Marsha’s place is fabulous, cheeky and so full of life and character. Definitely one of the most beautiful, unique places we have ever stayed in, we didn’t want to leave! Check in and check out was super easy, with no hassle. The house had everything you could possibly need to have a comfortable stay, including some breakfast bits, coffee and tea. The beds were so cozy and comfortable, we couldn’t have had a better nights sleep. Sofas and chairs were also super comfy, with plenty of space to sit and relax. I could not recommend this lovely house more! Thank you Marsha, for an amazing stay!

Very comfortable, clean, cosy apartment, very tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed for our brief stay, communication with Julia was excellent, and we will certainly book again when we are in the area.

I took my girlfriend here to celebrate her birthday and we had the time of our lives, the hot tub was just perfect, the bed has to be one of the comfiest places I’ve ever been and the shower was delightful. 10/10 would recommend x

We had such a nice stay at Edd's cabin. The whole indoor and outdoor space is designed with such thoughtfulness - It had more than everything we needed for a great 2 days. We loved the outdoor bath, the stove, the fire pit, and the outdoor cooking area. The location was great too - Even though we felt secluded, we could walk into Milland in 25 minutes which has a great pub and a shop with everything you could need. Edd was really helpful and friendly too. Would highly recommend for a cosy getaway!

Absolutely loved our stay at firesyde , will 100% be back next time I'm visiting the uk and don't want the hustle and bustle of London, great location being close to the airport but still being in the countryside. Everything was lovely inside the bed was super comfy! Lovely touches to the log cabin, the carrot cake on arrival was so good and very thoughtful Thankyou so much for the best stay!

Alyson’s place was exactly as described, everything was super clean and prepared for us to have the best experience possible. She’s extremely friendly and was always available for anything we needed. I would definitely recommend this place and we’d be pleased to come back anytime! Also, we had the best welcome from Louis and Peanut, who are the loveliest dogs. And meeting the alpacas was a 10/10 experience.

We had a wonderful stay at Donnas place. It was the perfect place to unwind and relax and there were lots of added extras which were greatly appreciated. We especially loved meeting the highland cows and pigs! Thank you and we hope to return soon.
