Join us on our little homestead! This Listing is for CAMPING. Located 2 mi from downtown, 20-30 mins to Rafting and mountain biking, off street parking. Private entrance to campsite. Bring your own tent, or I have 2 camping hammocks or 2 (2 person) tents. 3 primitive sites, 2 can be within a fenced yard. Dog and chickens reside on the property, pets are welcome but must be approved. Access to the house is available for restrooms or cooking.

Be close to downtown, old town, Lee University, and within walking distance of shops (Starbucks, shaved ice shoppe, restaurants, parks, etc.). This beautiful home with a sizeable backyard is an excellent haven for families, professionals, and vacationers alike. And while it is just blocks away from excellent amenities, the location is neither noisy nor invasive. It's a perfect home-away-from-home!

It was a great stay. Well-outfitted. What you see is what you get as far as pictures go. Not the greatest neighborhood, just so you're aware, but lots of security and never felt unsafe. The hosts do live on-site, which can feel weird. Have to pay attention to what doors and shelves and items that you were not allowed to touch/access. Not a house that you can get really cozy in - hang out & watch a movie, etc., if that's what you're looking for. The biggest thing to be aware of that was not in the listing is that there are a number of security cameras inside the home. Not in the bedrooms, but was still a little unnerving to think about being watched while we were there. It's a great home, and Naomi was a great host. Quick & easy access to the city. Lots of great recommendations to check out. It worked well for what we were needing - mostly just a place to sleep, but I couldn't imagine being there and hanging out for extended periods.
