We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful beach rental in Indian Shores! The location was perfect—just steps from the sand with stunning sunsets every evening. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable getaway. From beach chairs and towels to a fully stocked kitchen, every little detail was thought of. Kamiron was a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked in just enough to make us feel cared for. The area itself was peaceful and family-friendly, and close to some great local restaurants. We left feeling refreshed and already dreaming of coming back. Amazing place to stay for a relaxing beach vacation!!! The cottage is adorable with a gorgeous view and you can’t beat walking right out the back door to the beach! We love staying here!

The house was beautiful and in the perfect location for our needs. Restaurant recommendations were spot on and our host communicated quickly. Davis Island is a beautiful location to find peace and quiet from the Tampa hustle & bustle. What a great place to tool around on the golf cart that comes with the accommodation. All six of us agreed it's a 5 star air bnb.

We had a four day get away for my husband and my two teenage children. The house was perfect for us. Just like the pictures. There's a bathroom with laundry room between the two bedrooms for extra privacy, our teens could sleep in while we got up and had breakfast. Beds were very comfortable. The screened in porch was a peaceful spot to have my morning coffee. Beach is a short walk as is the surf shop, ice cream, and pizza shop. Nokimos is quiet in comparison to Sarasota proper which I really appreciated. It was fun to be able to walk to the rollicking Pops Grill and have an easy walk home. When we did take the rental car out, the driveway made any day trip easy to come home to. Kathy was very responsive and clearly wanted us to have a great time., which we did. Towels and beach chairs were provided which were very helpful. If we had more time, there was still so much more to explore as the location is nestled right between Sarasota and Venice. We had a wonderful time!

We had a great stay in Indian Rocks beach. The Airbnb was just a block away from the beach which was really nice. They were also close to many dining locations and a quick drive to other destinations.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming beachfront bungalow! The interior is beautifully updated, and you can literally step off the porch and right onto the sand, it doesn’t get better than that. The location is ideal: peaceful, less crowded beaches, and a relaxing atmosphere that was perfect for us! While the bungalow is quite small, it was cozy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Just a heads-up: only four bath towels are provided and there’s no laundry in the unit, so plan accordingly. The bungalow is also close to public beach access, which meant some beachgoers set up in front of us at times, but there was still plenty of space to enjoy. Rachel was an excellent host, very responsive and accommodating. We had an early flight and she made sure we were able to check in a bit early, which we really appreciated. Everything in the unit worked as expected, we had a great vacation. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a quiet beachfront getaway!

The location was perfect! Two blocks from the beach gave us a quiet relaxing house with plenty of outdoor spaces to enjoy the solitude but a short walk and you were to the intercoastal and the beach. The road between beach and bay was perfect for morning walks.

The cottage is amazing, clean , cozy, and spacious. They have everything you could need including beach chairs and a wagon to transport everything to the beach. The beach it 100 steps away which made going back and forth super easy. The cottage was immaculate and we enjoyed coming back after a day at the beautiful beach just to enjoy family time. We had everything we could have possibly have needed for our perfect family getaway!! We will definitely be back in. the near future!

We enjoyed being in this home very much. Friendly host, clear instructions, good recommendations, spotless, everything we needed (he even asked us what kind of milk we wanted in the fridge for our morning coffee!!). Quiet neighborhood. As all the reviews noted, great screened in front porch to sit and drink coffee, listen to the birds, watch the squirrels play, and admire the beautiful plantings. We would definitely enjoy staying there again.

Great house and great location easy access to all beaches stores to stock up for the stay… I would definitely rent this house again… Darcy was very responsive and quickly solved the one thing that came up during our stay..

We loved our stay at The Palm & Pine. The house was perfect for us. It was beautifully decorated, had great living spaces including a wonderful kitchen and was super clean. The screened porch was fabulous! We ate all of our meals on the porch and so enjoyed sitting in the Rattan hanging chairs - enjoying the warm weather and the home's beautiful landscaping. The home is so close to everything we wanted to do. It is walking distance to the Sarasota YMCA, the Arlington Park Aquatic Center and Paver Park. In addition, it is a very short drive to Siesta Key Beach, the Bobby Jones Golf Course and historic downtown Sarasota. Best of all Kevin was a wonderful host - so helpful and easy to communicate with. It was very difficult to leave - but we look forward to our return trip to The Palm & Pine.

What a charming house! It was perfect for mine and my husband's weekend getaway. It is only a couple blocks from downtown and we chose to walk pretty much the whole weekend. Tons of restaurants, breweries and shops nearby. I'm already thinking of coming back to stay here again with friends. Thank you tons to our hosts!

DO NOT STAY HERE, Especially during early April 2026!!! I'm kidding of course. my wife's family has been visiting Sarasota for over 40 years and this was a wonderful way to spend the week. Their condo building was under repair so we stayed at Kristian's. The pool is AMAZING and our 5-year-old had an absolute blast the whole week. The landscaping around the pool is top notch and gives it a very secluded feeling. Great house. Great host.

We really enjoyed our stay! Home had everything we needed, close to Main Street and the many wonderful restaurants, as well as Whole Foods. Publix a very short drive away. We really enjoyed our coffee on the front porch and the kitchen was well-equipped for our needs. The backyard was also very nice. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Valerie very responsive. Would stay here again!

Loved loved this airbnb! The pool was spectacular , the heated feature definitely a plus. Plenty of space and the surrounding neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Definitely coming back in the future!!
