Great historical home. Comfortable. A nice restaurant just down the street. Easy to get places from this location. Would definitely return for another stay if in the area.

Danny is a great host with an awesome space. The home was neat, clean, and well furnished. The beds were super comfortable too. We had plenty of space and it was nice that there was enough hot water for everyone to shower. We also appreciate the recycling efforts. I’d definitely stay here again!

Delaines home was gorgeous and she was a delight of a host, helped us extremely quickly in a time of need.

house is bigger than it looks. a historic building. everything works. leaving out washing tablets is one of the little touches that makes a difference

Beautiful home , well maintained, modern up to date appliances, close to highways, and supermarket, beautiful neighborhood and yard. Very responsive host. Enjoyed our stay while we were there for my son’s graduation from The University of Alabama.

Mark's place is a great home for a big group. We loved it! It was well stocked with what we needed and big enough that we never felt cramped even when hanging out inside. The outside porch/patio was gorgeous. There's even a fun scavenger hunt and cool decorations throughout staying with the theme

Everyone should find their getaway at The Tree House, absolutely poetic magic.

Great stay and great location. Parking was always available and the area is much quieter than other parts of downtown. Nice balcony overlooking the pool. Great amenities as well.

Charles was a great and responsive host. His place was perfect for our short stay. Would definitely stay again if I was in town. Location is surrounded by all you need within walking distance honestly.

I had a wonderful stay at Sara's place. She was incredibly accommodating with my last-minute booking, provided detailed check-in instructions, and regularly checked in to make my stay pleasant. The home was cozy and well-lit, situated in a safe neighborhood just a short drive from downtown. Everything was spotlessly clean with all the essential amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

This is a great place central to downtown Birmingham. Right above an awesome pizza restaurant and gelato shop. Place is exactly as pictured. The windows are beautiful. We stayed for a month and followed his helpful directions on getting a monthly parking pass for the lot right across the street and it worked out great! Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our time here, the area is very cute! We paid $40 for parking close by, because street parking was minimal. The area felt safe, I appreciate the multiple security measures to access the apartment. The apartment itself is nice, well decorated and cozy! The bed was comfortable and there were additional pillows provided. The bathroom and kitchen were clean and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Airbnb!! we have stayed at many places in the are and this home was the best. Joanna was proactive to communicate and responsive to messages. We didn't need a single thing, the place was well stocked with soap and necessities, in addition to extras like toothbrushes, ear plugs, and plenty of coffee and creamer. The extras put this place above and beyond. the space was clean and the bed was comfy which is so hard to find. would love to stay again if it's available for our next visit!

My wife and I suddenly found ourselves displaced from our home after a horrible power surge and we needed somewhere to stay at the last minute for a week. Brandon immediately responded to our request and it all worked out perfectly. Our heads were swimming all week with home assessments and repairs and inspections, and it was such a gift to go home each night to the chill, minimalist ambiance of Brandon’s place. We had everything we needed and were able to start each day refreshed and ready. Another treat was the fabulous pizza place right there (and a superb gelato place right across from it) that made coming back to the place each night pretty sweet. Other great eateries were along that stretch as well. All in all a great experience. Brandon’s info once we confirmed our booking was super detailed and made the whole stay smooth and easy!

Everything was great! Suzy gave very clear instructions for everything you need to know. Nice, clean apartment in a quiet building, not too far from UAB. Was told not to go outside alone at night, but that seems to be consistent with the whole city.
