Martina’s beautiful cottage is one of most magnificent places that I’ve ever stayed in. She is such a wonderful host, so generous, helpful and accommodating. My only regret is that I wish I could’ve stayed longer than I did. This was my 5th! time back to her cottage and I can’t wait to come back again. Thank you, as always Martina!!

Another wonderful year hosted by Bonnie. She is attentive to even the smallest needs. The perfect spot for us when we are showing at HITS horse show. Couldn’t ask for a better spot.

Had an amazing time staying at the property! The views are breathtaking and space is something you have to see for yourself! We had a small wedding of 50 people and amos accommodated us completely! We will never forget our stay! I would give this a 1 million star if I could!!

The Air BnB had everything we needed. It was clean, well-kept, and comfortable. We even played a few board games while there. We were happy we chose to stay here!

Our stay at The Boathouse felt very comfortable and easygoing. The location was away from the Village of New Paltz in beautiful surroundings on the river (even recorded 14 different bird sounds on my bird app!) yet close enough to easily drive into town. The beds were of a better quality which we really appreciated, so we slept well. Seth gave us a detailed message prior to check-in with helpful tips, and was quick to respond with any questions we had during our stay which was so helpful. Truly a unique stay with the colorful artwork as well and each person in our group kept saying how much they liked their stay at Seth’s, so if or when we are visiting New Paltz again we would certainly considering booking with Seth.

We spent a wonderful long weekend in the cabin and could have easily stayed longer. Everything was super clean, and the cabin is cozy and tastefully decorated, lots of books and no clutter. Both the soaker bathtub and the walk-in shower were great. We only used the king size bed and it was very comfortable. All bedrooms feel bright and airy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals, including some basics like salt, pepper, sugar, oil, etc. Minnewaska State Park and several rail trails are nearby. We loved falling asleep to the sounds of the frogs and would definitely come back!

I enjoyed my stay at Gavin and Alison's house in the Catskills. It was a great place to spend a snowy winter weekend in January with my son and two grandchildren. The house is a short drive from various skiing and winter-sports resorts. We were satisfied with the kitchen and other amenities, played board games, and generally had a relaxing time. The hosts were very responsive when we had questions.

We had such a great stay here! The house was super clean, check-in was easy, and the layout felt cozy yet spacious. The location was perfect for our family. We were traveling with our toddler and loved being across the street from the nature center. There was a huge playground and a petting zoo where you could feed the animals. We also brought our small dog, and it was great to have a fenced-in backyard where she could roam safely while we hung out outside. The house was less than a ten-minute walk from the historic streets, local shops, and great food of the Uptown area. The waterfront is a quick drive away, with even more cute spots and some great views of the boats. Toby was a wonderful host. Super responsive and helpful! We had a small issue late one evening, and he got back to us right away and put us at ease. We were only there for a short weekend, but we'd definitely come back and stay longer next time.

I spent a week at Fouz and Chris's place with my family (8 adults, a toddler and two dogs) and we had very relaxing, enjoyable, comfortable stay. The house is in a quiet, private area and a short distance from places of interest for hikes, restaurants, museums, historical sites, etc. We received great recommendations from the hosts.

My wife and I stayed at Ron’s place for five nights for a winter getaway. We had a great stay, highlights include a comfortable king bed, a quiet setting, a cozy fireplace, and the large ground floor bathroom that feels like your own spa- we thoroughly enjoyed the sauna, huge bathtub, and rain shower. Ron was a great host and was very responsive with any questions we had. We spent many hours watching TV on the screen and projector set up, we grabbed more pillows from upstairs to add some more cushion to the leather couch downstairs.

We were looking for a last minute place to stay in the Catskills and couldn’t be happier with this great find. The place was immaculate and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and went for a lovely hike at the nearby trail. The kids had a great time in the hot tub and running around the grassy yard.

Stayed with a group of friends with their kids over the weekend. The place is great, just like in the photos. Pool, fire pit, and big living room and dining room table were the highlights of the house!

House was very clean and comfortable. Loved the decor and bed was super comfortable and cosy. Everything was there in the house- kitchen, bathroom, hot water. Well styled decor. Spotless. Felt very private and peaceful. Location was not as picturesque as I prefer, but fairly close to sight seeing.

The house was beautiful and Rhonda was great, she was very responsive and helpful. We felt right at home and enjoyed the place more than Lake George :) , the hot tub and pool were great and i would recommend anyone coming to this area to definitely book the place if they get the chance.

It was a wonderful weekend that we spent there. House was very clean and cozy for me and my daughter. Darla provided all instructions and you can find house very easy. Also we found everything for my dog including dog bowels, bed and treatment for fleas and ticks. If you like hiking you can find any hikes trails near the mountains and small waterfalls. We were found Ashokan Reservoir with promenade the view on mountains is fantastic. You can find a lots of farms there with local raw honey and jams and even with cambucha. I was enjoying driving there between forest and mountains. It is ideal place for relaxation and private time for yourself. I would definitely come back there next time.

Orna was so welcoming and easy to communicate with. The apartment is cozy and well appointed. We were visiting our daughter and family for Thanksgiving. They recently moved to Kingston . Great location! This would not affect most people, but my 90 year “young” dad was with us, so the old fashioned tub/shower was a bit of a hazard for him. Really a gem of a place if you are traveling through or visiting loved ones in Kingston.

Beautiful quiet private setting. Everything as advertised, clean, and great communication throughout. Would definitely stay there again! Thanks so much for a beautiful stopping place on our travels!

This was our fourth time at the cabin and we just love it there. It has its own magical feel and charm. Clara is great and we always look forward to catching up with her. Even though the weather was lousy, we still had a great time making fires, listening to the rain and enjoying the quiet time with our pup. We will definitely be coming back for a fifth time!

Great spot with all needed amenities. area is very quiet and general stores are all within a 10 minute drive. Kim's place was beautiful and the hot tub was a nice addition. My dog also enjoyed the open surroundings!

Wonderful location. Easy parking. Walkable to restaurants & stores. Comfortable furnishings. Cozy bed. Nice staples - coffee filters, spices, body wash, shampoo, etc. Responsive host. Very pleased w our choice.

I was working in the area and just needed a place to stay overnight but after finding Lisa’s place I’d definitely book it again It was great - really clean, nicely appointed and special touches for guests

We rode across the state on motorcycles, which made for a long and borderline miserable day, and were very happy to finally land at Niall and Clare's home for a couple of days. The listing was very accurate and their suggestions and instructions were very helpful. Niall ended up helping us with usage/instructions for their nice Weber grill (it was easy), and we also made breakfast in the mornings. Everything was clean and neat and very homey and I would love to stay here again in the future. We also enjoyed a really nice "Irish Alps" experience around the corner at the Shamrock with a circle of folks with instruments singing and laughing together in the barroom.
