Nice little place and perfect for temporary housing.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The place was spacious and comfortable for our family weekend and even had a nice fenced yard for the dog. We loved the open concept style and large dining table for meals and games. Teresa was easy to reach and very helpful. The neighborhood was quiet and very nice and perfect for walks too!

Great find in Prosser! Just 30minutes from the Tri-Cities, this location was walkable to local eateries and stores (Prosser House and Neighbors BBQ are a must). The host was always available and friendly if ever needed. The home was quiet, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, and friendly neighbors. This place was all we could hope for as a home away from home and more. We loved staying here and would highly recommend if ever in the area. When in the area we will definitely stay again.

We stayed here for a family birthday celebration weekend, and it was absolutely perfect! The house comfortably accommodated our group of 7. The layout was great for a slightly larger group, offering plenty of space for everyone to feel at home. The couches and beds were very comfortable, and there was plenty of warm water for showers—even with a group of our size. The house served as an excellent home base for all our activities, and we really appreciated the quiet neighborhood, which made the stay even more relaxing. Overall, this Airbnb provided everything we needed for a memorable family getaway. Highly recommend it for larger groups or families looking for a peaceful and cozy place to stay!

Hector is a very accommodating and flexible host. Responded quickly to text, or if I needed something restocked, it literally was on the porch within 15 mins. the area the house is located at is within a 5 min drive to coffee, restaurants, grocery stores, and more. My family and I had a wonderful trip! The house was clean and comfortable, with everything you need for a long weekend stay. Would definitely recommend to those looking to visit the Tri-Cities area. Great location with a few restaurants nearby and easy driving to key areas around the cities.

My first time in Washington st. The place was nice, the front door needed weather stripping, because there was gaps that let air in all around. otherwise it was a great place to stay.

Really enjoyed my stay, very cozy apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nice place to relax if your coming to the area. Neighborhood was very quiet during my stay. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Great location, clean, and comfortable.

Wonderful stay with an incredibly kind host. We booked this stay for a weekend winery trip. Great location for easy access to Red Mountain AVA wineries. It was such a convenient location that my wife and I were able to ride our bikes between several wineries and to dinner. Dee and her husband were extremely kind and helpful. We didn’t have a lot of questions but when we did they were always quick to reply and went out of their way to help us. You can tell Dee put a lot of thought into even the smallest details to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely be booking another stay with them in the future.

Christina's home is just what I needed during my nursing assignment and would recommend her to anyone visiting Richland. She was an awesome host!!

I booked this space when my family’s plans changed, and I am SO GLAD I did. This condo has everything you’d need and is very quiet and clean. As soon as I walked in I was completely comfortable right away, mainly because it reminded me of the apartment I grew up in 🥰Yolanda was always on top of communicating with us and I DEFINITELY plan to book here again

Johnny’s place was very centrally located for our needs. We were there for a wine tasting weekend and it was perfect! Two restaurants were within walking distance as well as a gas station/market and a coffee shop that was amazing! The place was very clean and the towels smelled amazing! The washer and dryer were tucked in the hall closet which was nice for fluffing our clothes after a long drive. The bathtub is quite deep, as it is a Jetted tub, so keep that in mind if you have difficulty getting in and out of a tub. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely book again! Johnny listed some local eateries and points of interest that were very helpful. Johnny was very responsive with all communication and even sent pics of the check in process. Parking is snug, so a smaller suv or compact car would be ideal.
