It was an awesome stay for us. The home was very clean and comfortable. Host was friendly and responsive. Safe and beautiful area.

It was a short trip for business that didn't allow for time to enjoy the marina and its activities, but it looks like a great place to take a large group for a fun trip.

We loved this stay! It was extremely clean, peaceful and perfect for our family. Chris was very responsive and helpful when we asked for local recommendations. Our kids loved the place! The beds were SO comfortable!

This house was perfect for our family weekend! My husband and myself (plus two little ones), my brother and his wife and their two little ones, and our parents had plenty of room. The house was clean and spacious, the pool was close by, and the kids enjoyed fishing off be dock at the marina. We all grew up coming to KY lake but this is our first time staying in this area. We all agreed that we loved the house and location and we look forward to coming back in the future. Chris was so helpful and friendly and easy to work with.

Our time at Courtney’s Airbnb, was outstanding. She was very proactive with instructions and recommendations. The house has great views, and is in immaculate condition. I would recommend everyone to stay here.

Cindy’s lake house was absolutely perfect! The home was clean, the kitchen was fully stocked and the area is so beautiful. The boat ramp right beside the property is extremely convenient and there’s even a little beach area with chairs (and sand!) right next to the water. We had terrible storms the first night and she was so kind and let us know if it got too dangerous we could take shelter in her basement. I’ve stayed in a lot of airbnbs and I don’t think I’ve ever had such a kind, accommodating host. Highly recommend!

Love the Cozy Corner. Kelsey was GREAT! Very responsive. House was VERY clean and comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom were stocked with every day needs, Plus some. (She even had nail polish and all hygiene products in bathrooms, and everything down to aluminum foil and zip lock bags for the kitchen) She made sure we had everything we needed. Also, Cozy Corner was close to boat launches and local marina. Absolutely LOVED the couch. Plenty of room for parking including a trailer. We spent a lot of our time out on the back patio, grilling and swinging in the swing. Very relaxing. We will be going back soon.

We recently came to Camden to attend a wedding and had a great 2 night stay at Lakefront Perch. Lydia was very responsive and sent us easy instructions to access the home. The location right on the Tennessee River is beautiful and we enjoyed the river view each morning from the great room as we drank our coffee. Speaking of coffee, Lydia already had both coffee grounds and Keurig pods stocked for us to use as well as bottles of water and snacks. After a 10 hour drive, it was nice to not have to go find a grocery store to pick up those few items. There was more than enough space for our party of 11 without feeling crowded at all. The home has 3 bedrooms and a basement level with its own living area, bunk beds and day bed. The host even provides a stack of extra blankets to use if you need additional layers. We did not stay long enough to take advantage of the kitchen amenities or outdoor areas, but we hope to return again for a longer stay in the future.

My son and I had a great experience at this quaint location. It is definitely better than the photos. Clean and relaxing, with beautiful surroundings to match. We did have a small hitch, the A/C went out, but David was a ROCKSTAR. Within minutes, he had a resolution that made the place go from 84 to 64 in a short period of time. We felt very well taken care of, and we met him and his lovely wife and some really amazing neighbors. This is one cute place and the lake community is friendly and helpful. If you need help, they are all there for you. We are looking forward to staying there again.

We loved Dawns beautiful country stay. Will definitely return in the future when we come to see our family. Felt right at home. Comfortable bed which allowed us good rest on our stay

I cannot say enough good things about Chris. As with any property new to short term rental (we were the 2nd rental for him), there were kinks to work out. Even though we weren't able to get the internet issue solved in time, Chris went over the top to assist us and work out multiple potential solutions, keeping us up to date all along the way We are very much looking forward to booking with Chris the next time we are in town. Inside the home was pristine, gorgeous and would have met our needs perfectly. I'm sure it's just going to get better as Chris adds all the creature comforts in bedrooms, kitchen, etc

We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and has a beautiful yard. Wildlife was a welcome sight. We had some rain during our stay and we liked that we could sit on the covered porch and appreciate nature. There are also about three state parks nearby should you fancy a trail or two. Would definitely come back.

We had a great stay at house. Chris was very responsive in answering any questions. Make sure to take coffee as there was none at the house and the closest shopping place was 20 minutes away in Paris. Also the kitchen is somewhat sparsely furnished. Definitely would return.

OMG! This house is just amazing it’s a must stay place My coworker and I came for work sadly our work had to end early but wow just amazing home amazing outdoor we would of loved to enjoy it a little bit more but will definitely stay here again Chuck was an amazing host did not hesitate to help us if we needed anything house was super clean . This is a must stay home definitely recommend .

Beautiful place to stay in Springville! The cozy tiny home there felt big enough to be a studio apartment. It's fairly quiet there and is not far from local things to do in Paris. Perfect for people working in Paris but wanting to have a quiet stay outside the city. Would recommend Gingers place anytime. Kitchen was well stocked and her place felt like home.

Beautiful home with beautiful views! The sunsets were gorgeous! We loved our stay here. I loved the floating dock, the steps to get to it were easy....the climb back up was challenging! I just rested a few times to catch my breath...but, so worth it! We ate at Pesca Pizza and Kelly's Kafe in Big Sandy, both places were fantastic! We loved listening to the record player! We had a nice relaxing stay! Definitely would go back!

This place is wonderful! Gorgeous lake views! We loved the kayaks and being right on the water! The place is spotless, the pantry well stocked, lots of comfy places to sit, and the beds were fabulous too!! We were greeted with a nice welcome bowl of assorted goodies, such a welcoming touch to make us feel right at home! Ronnie was very easy to communicate with! Highly recommend!!!

This place looks exactly like the photos. Very clean and nice. Mary is very patient and will respond very fast. One of the best hostesses on here that I’ve met. I would definitely recommend this place and will be booking again if I’m in the area! Great place for business travel or family trips.

We loved the view and the old rustic style would have to come back again my daughter got married and we took lots of pictures there

My wife and I have stayed at Christina's place before and thought it was perfecf so we decided to stay again on our way to visit family. Its cute, quite, dog friendly, and has everything needed for a great stay. Christina is super friendly and responsive which is great. We will be staying again on our way home too. Highly recommend!
