Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Benton County

My husband and I booked this place last minute when we decided to cancel our float trip because of the weather. The giant windows were perfect to watch the lightning and the house was really unique and a prefect place to get away for the weekend.

Such a beautiful place with so much privacy. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the wildlife from the sunroom and from the hot tub. If in the Bella Vista area again this is definitely the place for us to call home.

Great location that was central to everything we wanted. The beds are so comfy!! The place was clean with plenty of space. We would stay here again.

My family had a wonderful stay for our weekend trip! The location was close to downtown, making it easy to come back to the house between activities. We loved the hot tub, pool, fire pit and infant toys / pack n play / high chair amenities. The house felt even bigger than portrayed in the listing photos. We would definitely stay again!

This home was a great place for a holiday getaway for a larg(ish) group of mothers and kids of all ages. The deer in the front yard and the deck's hot tub were both big hits for everyone. With so many people in the house, water pressure was a bit of an issue but the hosts were prompt to communicate about it with us. Overall would recommend this place for anyone's Eureka Springs visit.

We had a wonderful three day weekend at the Cozy OZ! The location was great, there were lots of fabulous amenities, everything was spotless, and the host was super easy to communicate with. Some of our favorites included: personal note and fresh cookies upon arrival, plush towels and robes, big comfy beds, cozy throw blankets, all the recommendations and information in the digital guide book, and of course, the hot tub. We would definitely stay again if we're in the area. Thanks so much Kim and Zach - your attention to detail is amazing!

This home is beautifully decorated and well stocked beyond anything we have had in the past. It is warm and inviting and very comfortable. The hosts are close by, responsive and even came over one time to answer a question on the fireplace. The paddleboat was a huge hit with our college age grandkids and having the downstairs to themselves was nice. This is a home that we will book in the future. Our group of nine give high marks on every aspect of staying there!

Michael was extremely responsive and helpful to whatever we needed! The yurt was insanely cool and fun to relax in and the house was very nice.

I had a nice stay! The location is excellent—lots of restaurants, shops, and things to do nearby. The hosts were friendly and responsive throughout my stay. I especially appreciated them accommodating me on short notice after a storm disrupted my travel plans. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was just as described! We really enjoyed the space! I would highly recommend the house! Especially if you have kids, mine loved the game room. I do wanna put this out there tho, the beds are all memory foam… and for some that’s fantastic, but for me, I require a firm bed so me and the bed didn’t get along very well! lol! Other than that, I give the house a 9.5/10

Best part of the space is the animals! Had a blast with the dogs, goat and Fern! This spot is super remote, so bring in more than you think you need!

We absolutely loved our stay at Rayburn Lodge. The location was perfect with so much to do in the surrounding area, but just far away enough for a peaceful relaxing time when we were done exploring. The rooms were spacious, very nice and comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed, we were very well accommodated. 10/10 recommend for anyone wanting to visit NWA.

BEST CABIN STAY WE HAVE HAD! Fire wood supplied, hammock in place, bug repellent on the porch, charcoal grill, porch swing, JACUZZI IS AWESOME, easy access to the river with chairs ready for ya, perfect views. They truly thought of everything. We would wake up, brew a pot of coffee and enjoy the morning with natures songs of the birds and listening to nature wake up, 20 min drive to town to explore the main street and shops for part of the day, stopped at Beaver Dam Bait shoppe (5 mins from the cabin) for fishing licenses and then back to the cabin to get the poles and hit the river bank and catch our first rainbow trout and got to meet Scott everyone and such a great time. Highly recommend!!

This place was a loss for words. Woke up listening to nature to walk down directly to the lake and catch so many fish. We loved learning to kayak so much that we left and went straight to Bass Pro to look at buying some. This place is so adorable inside, amazing for families or just a get away with you and your partner. It is close to a few properties but it was not a bother at all. The host was very responsive and made us feel very welcome and they paid attention to the small details for their guests. I have even given a referral already to someone, 1000% will be going back!

Beautiful cabin that is better than the photos show. Can see the mountains from the hot tub when there are no leaves on the trees. Host was responsive and friendly.

Stunning view. Our family really really enjoyed our stay here and we would recommend to anyone. We felt the cabin would suite a couple or small party best, definitely nothing bigger since there is no separate bedroom, only a studio. We made it work just fine. All basic amenities supplied and the place was clean! Did I mention the view and how peaceful it was listening to the birds?! Felt like we were in a rainforest. Loved it.

A beautiful and spotless cabin! The views were wonderful, beds very comfortable and amenities added extra fun. Jordan was one of the best hosts we have rented from. Super responsive and friendly! We will keep this one on our return list!

We own two Airbnbs ourselves and have stayed all over the country and let me tell you this is our favorite Airbnb to date! The surroundings are absolutely stunning! The house is located on a cliff off of Beaver Lake and the pictures don’t do it justice. The house was so peaceful, spacious and had everything we needed. We loved the hot tub and enjoyed spending a majority of our time outside. The host was very detailed with check in instructions and she included restaurants and local attractions that made it easy for us to decide what to do during our stay. All of her recommendations were spot on. I would highly recommend this space to anyone who’s looking for a fun weekend in Eureka Springs. 5 stars all around!
