Patti was an amazing host. She made sure that we had everything we need and she went the extra mile providing toys for our toddler. The house was beautiful. Very peaceful neighbourhood and you can just walk to the beach where you can find nice restaurants and a playground. Perfect getaway for families. And the heated pool is the icing on the cake

We had a wonderful time at Connie’s place, everything was amazing, we loved the Kayak and paddle board.

Leisa’s home suited our needs to a T!! We were in town to attend a wedding at the London Town and Gardens, which was just a half mile away. The rehearsal dinner in downtown Annapolis was also a short distance away. Everything was fresh and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the showers were really great. The lack of seating in the main room wasn’t a problem for us as we didn’t spend much time there during the day. The area around the pool looked really comfortable and inviting for guests staying during the summer season! Would stay there again.

A great stay on the river. The kitchen was well equipped and the rest of the house was comfortable. The screened in porch and access to the dock/beach/river was our favorite part. Our dogs were in HEAVEN. The location is rather remote, so recommend bringing any food you'll want as there are no close stores or restaurants.

Beautiful home, highly upgraded, has everything you need. Truly wonderful hosts who go the extra mile to make you comfortable and feel welcome. Easily 100 out of 100 for both the home and hosts!

We had a great stay at this clean, comfortable, convenient and cozy house. We were impressed by the attention to detail. Every time we needed something, it was there. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal. We were close to Annapolis And had an easy drive to the museums of DC. We took several walks to the nearby beach, and enjoyed both sunrises and sunsets. We would definitely come back! Thank you, Peggy!

Doug”s house is exactly as described and his communication was impeccable. My family and I truly enjoyed celebrating my birthday at this property. The pool is huge and there are seven bedrooms to choose from. The master bedroom has a sauna inside the room which was an added bonus. The only thing I wish they had was an additional full bathroom for 7 bedrooms. There is one in master and one in the hallway. There is nothing negative I can say. Even the cleaner, April was the best. I would definitely rent again and actually look forward to renting again 😊

This was the perfect city get away for a weekend trip! The location is great, in the country but also only 10 minutes from Middelburg shops and restaurants. The home was even better than pictured, especially the outside area. The yard, pool and outside seating areas were absolutely beautiful, just so peaceful. The home was absolutely lovely, very clean, comfortable and with all the amenities you would need, including in the kitchen. Really hope to come back, I would highly recommend this rental. Thank you for sharing it with us!

If you are looking for a base to explore DC - look no further. The house was perfect for our family of four - well equipped, plenty of space, clean and welcoming. The location couldn’t be better - close to all main attractions while still quiet and serene. Overall A+ stay with an A+ host - we will be back

Hashim was an excellent host. Went over and above to help me the day we checked in. He was prompt to respond and correct an issue we encountered. It is a beautiful space, comfortable and well decorated. You will hear children playing above you, which I enjoyed.

We've stayed at Kopal's quite a few times - very peaceful neighborhood, very close to Lake Artemisia, which is lovely for walking, also very close to College Park. Great location. The house is always very clean, well-equipped and Kopal is so responsive.

This is a well-maintained home with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and fully functional kitchen. There was an Activity shed that turned out to have many games and toys as well as paddleboards, kayaks, and canoes. The grill worked well and the fire ring although old, provided a great place to finish the day. There was a full size washer and dryer and two pull out couches in addition to the bedrooms. Plenty of lawn furniture and a old tree swing that I ended up pushing many people in. And there is and old bell on the patio. Fair warning, it is loud. Ring gently.

Felt like home. Quiet neighborhood with walking distance grocery store. Extra amenities. Very clean and I’m a clean freak.

The house was Amazing! We were able to make ourselves at home & cook together. Every single person was accommodated & all 8 of loved it. It was clean & looked just like the pictures, the parking was fine. We really enjoyed it.

This house has four floors of living and many “hang out” spaces for guests. It is perfect if you are traveling with multiple families as each floor has a separate full bathroom to use and space to visit. That being said, please be aware there are stairs throughout and may be a challenge for some. Most bedrooms are equipped with a TV, but we did not use them since we were busy traveling back and forth to downtown sights. (This commute can be lengthy depending on the time of day and traffic. Ubers are readily available and the metro stop is .7 miles away. ) Meka was very gracious in allowing us to host a 35 person graduation party at the house and gave us suggestions for a caterer and a decorator. Despite the rainy weather, there was room for all the guests to enjoy themselves on the main floor.

Given graduation on the East coast, location in Arlington/proximity to Georgetown, size and location of Tyler’s home, the value was worth the price! Coming from the Midwest, all was intimidating at first, but we wanted a comfortable, substantial place that would provide true bedroom spaces and adequate bathrooms for each pairing in the family. Tyler’s place did that plus offered two living areas, a large dining and spacious kitchen for conversation, food spread, cooking, mingling, celebrating, etc. We couldn’t have been more pleased with all of the spaces!

Immaculate and well-appointed home with gorgeous water views. Evan has thought of every amenity and then some. His guidebook is thorough and helpful in explaining the home and area. Our stay was beyond enjoyable and comfortable. The outside was just as welcoming. The lawn is lush and landscaping beautiful. Would highly recommend- a complete 10/10!

We frequently visit Alexandria to visit family . We have a large family and look for a large home to accommodate everyone. Chau’s beautiful chateaux met all our needs . Location was perfect. Everyone had their own bedroom, the house was clean , kitchen was well stocked . I will stay here again and would highly recommend this beautiful house ! Thanks Chau for hosting us . 🥰

My family and I rented this space for a weekend getaway. It was an incredible space in an awesome location! We have a large family with kids ranging from 2-12 and it was great for all ages!

We loved staying at Jonathan’s place. We owner and the manger were very responsive to our questions and concerns. The place is very cute and cozy. They had everything that a family with two little kids needed. The only down part was that our 9 months old was very interested in all the sharp corners, edges and cords in the house. The place was a little dangerous for our baby on-a-move. It’s not a con, just a note to the next family who is considering this house. Over all the experience was amazing.

We were all very pleased with the interior of this home. It’s beautiful and the pictures on the website are very accurate! But compared to the outside surroundings, both within the gates, and immediately outside of the gates, in my opinion, there is a stark contrast, it seems unfinished. There was an incident that was handled promptly and professionally by the host that involved a vagrant entering the property. That could be a fault on our part due to the fact that we never closed the gate since there wasn’t any lock on the gate to begin with. But again, regardless, it had no impact on the visit. This was a great and pleasant experience! I mean that! No other issues worth reviewing. I’d be nitpicking if I did! This space accommodated all of us without feeling crowded. We used all 7 rooms, with some doubling up in 1 room. I’d definitely rent this space again if the same amount of rooms are needed! Rave reviews from all the guests we had! We highly recommend it, especially for space!!
