Vacation rentals in Bell County

The room is close to restaurants. Also near a theater where they have live music and plays at different times of the year. There is plenty of parking near the entrance. I stayed in room 1 which is located at the top of the stairs as you enter. It looked just like the pictures. The entire place was nice, clean, and well decorated. I had contacted Lisa about a late check in and she replied very quickly. The next time that I am in the area, I will be sure to see if any of the rooms are available.

Several friends and I rode Rock the Crater out of Middlesboro and Lisa's Boone Trace Inn in downtown Pineville provided exactly what we needed for a convenient location and comfortable inn/room accommodations for two nights. Expect cozy rooms with comfy, clean beds, a shared kitchen area, shared TV/recreational area, and shared bathrooms (which were perfectly fine - no worries). I stayed in bedroom 7 and outside of it being a little warm (a box fan was provided for additional airflow), the room and bed were great and provided the perfect space for my bags and bike. Also, there are various other rooms in the Inn and depending on who stays there, it could get a little noisy in the common areas depending on your preferred bedtime (that happens anywhere, to be fair). The Butcher's Bar next door has a nice atmosphere and I would recommend Ike's Artisan Pizza in Middlesboro, also. Many thanks, Lisa! We will be back if we ride RTC again in the future!

I love staying here. The bed is clean and comfortable. The bathrooms have a nice selection of soaps and shampoos for guests to use and the snacks were very welcome after returning from a long day of local activities.

Very clean and quiet!!

The room was spotless and comfy and hands down the best place to stay in Pineville. The bathrooms could have been a little cleaner, but that could have been from sharing them with other guests that morning. I saw "room in boutique hotel" and assumed the room came with a private bathroom and the TV was in the room. This is much more of a bed and breakfast or hostel setup. If I had read more I would have realized the room has only a bed and the bathrooms and tv are shared. That is on me so I wanted to put it in the review for others who do not read all of the details. :) Also, there is a kitchen to cook your own breakfast but I wouldn't say breakfast is provided. Overall, good stay.

Great place! Stayed over thanksgiving and it was perfect for our group. Host was great, easy to communicate with and the unit was just as described. Super clean, had everything we needed, and loved the large open living room area. Definitely recommend!

I needed a place with at least 4 separate rooms for a work trip and Lisa’s place was perfect for us. She was very helpful and checked on us regularly.
