Enjoyed our 1 night stay. Place had everything we needed except a tv. Would return & recommend.

We stayed here for our Coachella trip and boy was it awesome! This place is so beautiful and the perfect location. Private and lots of space. The apartment is in perfect condition and everything was very clean. The washer and dryer is so good and having the big balcony out back is an awesome touch. We would definitely stay here again and are looking forward to coming back 😊

This Airbnb is located ideally next to La Quinta Resort. The unit is located close to the main pool and the reserved parking space is a bonus. Unit has everything needed and conveniently labeled. Overall, great unit and location.

This place is so cute a cozy! It worked well for my little family (kids 6 and 4, my husband, mini labradoodle). Lance went above and beyond to make sure we got settled. He checked on us throughout the stay, which made us feel welcomed. The place is pristine! First Air bnb unit that is actually CLEAN. We walked on the floor barefoot and our feet remained clean. I have high expectations when it comes to cleanliness and I will say this is the first place where I felt at home because nothing grossed me out. Water pressure is great and water gets warm quick. There were board games for the kids and a first aidkit, which was convenient as I did need to use it. The location is great but if you’re trying to get to Snow Valley or Big Bear you must leave early. Lake Arrowhead is awesome with a very friendly neighborhood! We appreciated the high quality kitchen utensils. The fire alarm is hyper sensitive so be sure to open windows when cooking! Neighbor offered us a fan to clear the air.

Our stay at Kerry’s place was great! Very responsive and willing to accommodate our requests. They regularly checked in to make sure we were enjoying our stay and the place was just as described. Thank you again for making our stay so enjoyable, I would gladly stay here again.

We had a great stay! Condo was just as described, the pool was super close to the unit which we enjoyed. Neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet. Had everything we needed to enjoy our meals! Thank you 😊 For festival goers, this location was only 7 mins from our shuttle pick up location which was great!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It’s a cute little home with all the amenities you may need. The place is cozy and very modern. I would definitely recommend if you are visiting the University as it’s a short walk!

Perfect home away from home! Will absolutely stay again. We went skiing and it was only 50 min drive from the ski resort- we loved having a spacious quiet home to relax in after our busy days. The town of Redlands is super cute as well!

We had a great family weekend at Micheal’s place. Micheal was a great host and communicated very well. The house was beautiful and felt cozy but was spacious enough for everyone to enjoy. Also loved the proximity to Pioneertown and the Restaurants and shops in town.

We stayed for Coachella weekend. The house was very close to the shuttle stop at Albertsons. The pool was fantastic on a hot day. The house was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend staying for your trip! The host was quick to respond to questions and the house had everything we needed.

Sam's house was perfect! There was ample space, everything was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the pool area was spacious and lots of fun, and the bathrooms were immaculate - it was perfect for my husband, my brother and sister in law, their 2 kids and our dogs. Everyone had a blast! I would highly recommend staying here. Sam's instructions were also very clear and if we ever needed anything he was quick to respond. He was extremely accommodating of our early arrival too. Thanks for a wonderful stay, Sam! We hope to be back soon.

Overall our experience and stay was nice. We loved that the manager Briana was very quick at responding and to top it off she was very polite. Property is very well maintained and we loved the game room in the garage. It was kind of dusty but that’s to be expected being out in the desert. So if you have allergies, just be aware. We enjoyed just lounging in the beautiful yard taking in the sun and listening to music. We accomplished what we wanted for our weekend, which was to just sit back and relax.

Cute and comfy place! Close to everything. Spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds. Hosts were very responsive. Note that there is only a mini-fridge in the kitchen and some of the furnishings need a little TLC. But it was a good value for the price and we enjoyed our stay.

Had such an amazing and relaxing stay! Loved being able to soak under the stars. This place is by far my favorite. I loved the ambiance! It was the perfect romantic get away for myself and my fiancé. Highly recommend this spot for anyone who’s trying to get away, disconnect and unwind. Perfect location for an easy dive to Joshua tree, big bear lake, or 29 palms! Communication was prompt and friendly, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay from start to finish. Located in a tranquil neighborhood, the property offered peace and privacy, yet it was just a short drive away from downtown Palm Springs. Highly recomment.

We had a lovely week in Palm Springs while staying at this condo. The location is perfect and the condo is outfitted with everything you need and more! The furnishings and decor are exceptional and include many special touches that make you feel right at home. Both swimming pools offer beautiful view of the mountains, are very well maintained and just a short walk from the condo. Downtown Palm Springs is only a few blocks away which made it so easy to access restaurants, shopping and events. Check in process was well-communicated and easy, and we appreciated the dining and recreation information included in the condo notebook. Very convenient for stagecoach/Coachella shuttle, pick up and away from crowds, plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The place was very cute and clean. Perfect for 2 to 4 people.

The condo was clean, well appointed and great location. There are train tracks nearby and trains run throughout the night. Didn’t bother our group of heavy sleepers but light sleepers may have more of an issue.

I had a fantastic experience staying here. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. What really stood out was the host’s communication. Tim's place was in a perfect location, and walking distance to great restaurants and shops in Palm Springs. The home was as advertised, and was very clean and comfortable. The complex has great pools and facilities as well. Our group loved staying at Tim's place an we will book again in the future.

I’ve been on Airbnb a long time and Crystal’s place was by far my favorite stay. The beds were comfortable, the ACs were working well, great bathrooms, quiet neighborhood, we had zero complaints! Plus it was so close to restaurants and shops! Stayed here for Coachella and I will be booking this spot again if we ever go back. Fantastic!!!!
