Plenty of space for our large family to spread out. Here for graduation and had a wonderful time.

Needed a place for the weekend and we enjoyed our stay. Our kids enjoyed the pool, the ping pong table, and the board games. The kitchen provided adequate cookware, dinnerware, and space to hang out. The pillows were cozy and comfy. The beds were inviting. The grill was great! Plenty of space and bathrooms for our crew. There was some hairs left on the shower, a mug of grease left in the kitchen, and the kitchen is in need of a deep cleaning, but overall, it’s a great, quiet place to stay. Thank you for having us.

Everything was great only thing was the master bed being a bit small for two grown adults but that’s it everything else was great

it was a very beautiful home in an amazing country setting. some amazing restaurants and bars close by.

Missi was a wonderful host and very responsive. My family and I had a wonderful evening relaxing on the covered porch and watching a movie together on the massive flat screen. The beds were comfy and clean. I highly recommend staying at this home.

Looking for a. hidden gem in the heart ofTennessee....look no further.. book this Farm House in Dixon Springs and you will sray at the best farm house property around the Dixon Springs, Gatlin, Lebanon areas! This clean, spacious property is hosted by the best air b and b hostess ili have had to date! Therewere three things that set this property above the rest. The first, the spacious layout of the farm house provided. The upstairs bedrooms and bathroom provided an area foe those who may go to bed early and wake early as well. The down stairs master with ausuite provided the same privacy and room, room room galoure. Secondly, Grace has meticoulously made sure that you want for nothing while staying in this very rural area. Bathrooms stocked with everyrhing from band aids to hair dryers and everything in bewteen. The kitchen stocked the same.. coffee pot/ filters pots pans, pitchers you name it its there. Lastly, location may remote but quality wifi easily keeps you connected.

This was by far our favorite place! Felt like home and luxurious. Amee was an awesome communicator. This place was well stocked and they also had thoughtful extras like snacks and bath salts for relaxation. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, the grill and front / back porches. We made friends with the horses up front too. Yes, it is an hour drive to Nashville from the stay BUT WELL worth the drive! Absolutely loved this place! I booked this place for a last minute girls trip. Our trip was during a holiday weekend and the host was extremely responsive leading up to a holiday weekend. The check-in information was extremely detailed and clear. We were looking for a place we could hang out, cook with a great pool. The house is in a great location. It felt secluded but we were about 15 minutes to convenient shopping, restaurants. BF was our contact while we were on the property and she was extremely nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed at this cozy cabin and even though we lost power the first night due to severe storms and didn’t get it back during our stay, we still had an amazing time! The peaceful setting, beautiful surroundings, and charm of the place more than made up for it. It turned into a memorable, unplugged getaway that we’ll be talking about for a long time. Tonya was kind and responsive, and we truly appreciated the experience. We’ll definitely be back!

Spent 2 nights for a family visit to Mammoth Cave. The house was easy to find, beautiful, clean and large enough for everyone to be comfortable. Commute to Mammoth Cave was easy and quick. We even went to Buc-ee’s in Smith Grove (family fave!). It was just a quick drive away on 65. Don’t let the railroad road behind discourage you. We found it fun listening to it pass by. My family couldn’t say enough good things about this place. Highly recommend staying. It was perfect!

Felt like home away from home. Super convenient, had everything we needed. I e will definitely be back next year!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful location! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Cindy’s place. The house is decorated beautifully and it is oh so cozy and comfortable. My family loved playing games and there were many thoughtful touches such and s’mores supplies and a cute Christmas ornament. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again!

We loved playing board games on the back screened in porch, it was so peaceful! Enjoyed the pool table and dart board! Well worth the stay! Would love to stay here again! To say that the cottages were amazing is just not enough. The surroundings, the stay, the furnishings were simply perfect for my families stay for my daughters wedding weekend. We were all able to be close as the cottages are just a hundred yards or so from the main house. This enabled us to enjoy so much together. I would highly recommend staying at both places if you have a large family and want a great get a way. I cannot say enough about the host and their generosity. They made the weekend magical.

Beautiful Home, kids loved the playset in the fenced in backyard. The guy that mows the yard came during our stay and offered to come another day but we told him go ahead, he was super friendly. We saw fireworks at Rusty’s during our stay. And visited the lake. The food trucks and dollar store up the road were a great thing to have. The food trucks were all yummy! The kids even had books and stuffy’s and a rocking horse in their room they enjoyed! TVs In All the rooms was a bonus. My spouse Enjoyed the grill. Def. Would visit again 😊

We absolutely loved our stay here. The location is lovely and quiet - even though there's a herd of cows nearby, they are very polite and don't make a lot of noise or smell. The backyard had a lot of great bird watching; the firepit was excellent; the screened in porch was delightfully cozy. All the appliances were up-to-date and worked well. The house was spotless, the wi-fi was great, and the host Kimberly was very responsive. The house is far enough away from the towns (Cave City and Glasgow) that it feels peaceful, but close enough that it's very easy to get to them and eat a meal. The drive to Mammoth Caves was a breeze. Oh, and the neighbors were quiet, and their dog and cat were very cute and friendly (especially the dog!). I wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a real good stay the home was very clean, we used the kitchen to cook meals it had plenty of cooking pots and pans everything worked as it should. We had three vehicles and two bass boats and had plenty of room for parking. If we plan another trip to Barren River Lake we will be looking for Evon’s home to see if it is available.

The place was even better than the photos—spacious, clean, and perfect for four families to stay comfortably. Everything we needed was thoughtfully prepared and placed throughout the home. Sarah and her two sons were incredibly kind, and we had such a wonderful time together. The beautiful natural surroundings and the two friendly dogs, who were great with people, made our stay even more special. We truly had a memorable and relaxing time, and we would love to come back to visit Sarah and her family again!

This little cottage was perfect for our family of six. It is important to note that the upstairs can comfortably sleep four kiddos since it has a bed and a futon. Also, it should be mentioned that the park is literally on the other side of the property line! That’s how close the cottage is from the park. Talk about proximity!

We stayed here for our visit to Mammoth Cave National Park and were very comfortable! It was clean and there was lots of space to relax and spread out. Everything was really clean and the kitchen was well stocked for preparing simple meals.

We absolutely loved Kelly’s place. The location is perfect if you are visiting Mammoth cave. We loved the property, much room for our Grandson to play and fish in the pond. The House had everything we needed from kitchen to bathroom! Absolutely fabulous! If we visit area again we’ll definitely look to stay here.

Perfect little cottage for our overnight stay as we were passing through. Everything was in pristine condition, it was extremely easy to check-in and everything was as he said it would be. Dave was very quick to respond and thought of everything a family might need while traveling, even extra blankets and throws to cozy up in. Our family enjoyed looking through the games, and the kids loved the themed rooms! Definitely would stay again!
