Given that the second bathroom in outside with a quick walk down side of house, it was lovely and big. Yes, the home is older but extra cozy. The beds were good and small kitchen perfect for cooking. Could use one more serving bowl. Location was divine! short walk to Marine Street and ferry. A quiet, lovely street. We loved the french doors and half doors to let a beach breeze circulate. Washer and dryer were convenient. Parking always available on street. Granted, it is not brand new but had all we needed. Could not have enjoyed ourselves more. We would definitely love to return in the future.

This was our third stay at the Cottages and we had a fun long Easter weekend. There are plenty of places to eat, including Nick's Tacos, which opened up two blocks away. The walk to Ralph's is super convenient for picking up groceries and The Laguna Coffee Company offers super yummy original drinks. It took us 15 minutes to walk to Main Beach for volleyball and downtown for dinner; we highly recommend 230 Forest for dinner, our waiter Jorge was the best! We took the short drive to Shaw's Cove at low tide to walk along the tide pools. The home is well equipped, although we were missing an oven pan and kitchen towels, but we had everything else we needed to make various meals everyday. The outdoor table is great for playing cards at sunset and the parking spaces are super convenient. The bedroom on the main floor and the bathroom are pretty small, but we spent most of our time outside so we didn't mind. The best thing about the cottage is the short walk to the beach!!

Our second time at the property - we returned as we like it so much! Quiet and private, yet only 20 feet from the beach front. Close to amenities - Pavilions supermarket, Chipotle for great food, and Handels for awesome ice-cream! We hope to return in the future!

If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Newport with your family this is it! Easy walking distance to so many things. Renting a Duffy was so fun! The bathtub in the big bathroom was amazing! And the deck was so lovely for morning and evening hangouts.

We had a beautiful 5 days at Ann’s place. We are hosts ourselves and still everything exceeded our expectations. We partied on the beach with friends but absolutely loved the 9pm quiet time. So nice not to have loud parties and beach activity disturbing our zen. We could enjoy the sunsets in peace and tranquility. We are already planning our next years trip. 5+++ stars for Anna and her family, we felt right at home!

The beach cottage is exactly as described. Well supplied with necessities. Provided lecture of various restaurants. I would recommend a visit to this historic cottage.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Stefani’s house. It was super clean, cute, and comfortable. She was always available if I had questions prior to our stay. We will definitely stay here again!

The location of the flat was exactly what we were looking for during our stay! So many local shops to visit, restaurants to enjoy and beaches to explore, all within walking distance (or a quick ride down the street)! The flat was clean, very comfortable and offers a beautiful view of the sunset from the living space. We will definitely be back again soon!

The location is great. It is a few minutes to Marine Ave with many shops and restaurants. It is about a 15 minute walk to the ferry. The furnishings are basic but, the accommodations are clean and spacious. Having a parking spot in the carport is very convenient. The host is responsive.

We are a family of five and stayed at Anastasiya's place due to its proximity to Disneyland. So glad we stayed here! Looks just like the pictures and the kitchen was stocked with enough stuff to be able to prep and cook meals. Check in was easy and everything was super clean. We would definitely stay here again!

This stay was one of my best experiences in all the years staying at airbnb. The place was spotless, organized, stylish, great layout, kept in excellent condition, updated with all the necessary modern needs. We wanted for nothing. It was apparent lots a care and thoughtfulness was taken in the making of this place. It was quietly nestled at the end of cul de sac, perched on a hill looking over the LA port. My daughter was getting married the week we stayed and it exactly what we needed. Our host was accommodating and flexible with my dynamic situation with family. Vuthy was a thoughtful and gracious always. Thank you so much! I would definitely stay here again.

A lovely home for us as a family to stay in for a few nights. Just as it was described - if not even nicer - lovely patio and cooking area, nicely proportioned and comfortable inside, and really close to the beautiful beach! Fantastic and would definitely recommend.

This property lived up to everything promised and more. It was clean (and I am picky!), well located, and easy to access by following the detailed instructions. Our guests, as well as ourselves, were comfortable with the beds and furnishings. The kitchen was well stocked and the towels, linens, and little extras were all appreciated. All of us that stayed had no problem with the stairs. If anyone planning to visit has mobility issues, you might want to look elsewhere, but that is the ONLY reason not to book a stay at this wonderful Air B&B. Also, nearby parking was not in issue for our guest who parked nearby on a clearly marked public street (not in the alley behind the property). Thanks Clifton!

We had a delightful stay at Sue’s place. Right in the heart of town, with easy access to beaches, Main Street, and all the highlights of Seal Beach. Bedrooms were as-described and comfortable. The great room on the second floor is large, light and bright, with a nice “living room” sitting area with two facing couches adjacent to a “dining room” with a full-sized dining table. The kitchen is beautiful, large and very well-equipped — we hosted guests on several occasions and loved the setup for cooking and serving. Yes, the beach is a 3 minute walk, but having your own pool and small yard for sunbathing is the best of both worlds. Highly recommended.

Location and house couldn’t be better for great day time activities. Our kids loved it (15 yo) they were able to safely go about their days independently. House was beautiful, airy, bright. As stated in some reviews bring earplugs for the primary as it faces a busy street and by 7am it gets noisy. But we’ll be back. Totally worth it.
