Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Badin Lake

Easily walk to restaurants and coffee. Only note is that you are located right downtown, so there is traffic and you can hear people talking on the street outside. Not a huge deal, but something to note. Place was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay.

The location is perfect for easy walking distance dining and browsing with street parking readily available right by the outside door. We had some excellent BBQ, baked goods and burgers and I was thrilled to find several places that had excellent menus for celiacs—Bridget’s, Sinfully Delicious Bakery, Mama C’s Mac n Smash and Times Square Pizza. The bed was comfy, the closet huge with lots of hangers, the bathroom was nice and the full kitchen was nice to have. We enjoyed having our own quiet little apartment!

My husband is from Kannapolis and we were thete visiting his family, and our 30th wedding anniversary was also during the visit. One of our nephews recommended Kyle's airbnb as a suggestion for our anniversary. Kyle responded to our booking request, and immediately accommodated us when we ask to extend our stay another day. That's how much we enjoyed it! The apartment is beautifully decorated and is in the heart of downtown Kannapolis walking distance to the baseball stadium, home to the Kannapolis Cannon Ballers, restaurants, cafés, boutiques, ice cream, and a gourmet popcorn store. Kyle's airbnb is now at the top of our list for places to stay while visiting Kannapolis.

Simply needed a place to stay overnight during business travel. And was tired of the interstate hotel properties. Found Mill Inn after a short search. The Wonder Room was a well maintained, quiet one-bedroom apt, in a renovated building from early 20th century. Just an excellent retreat. And the coffee shops, restaurants, and retail areas of Kannapolis were just down the stairs. Kannapolis downtown has been rebuilt into a delightful walkable environment, and a White Sox farm team in the area, and a UNC Research Campus just a few blocks away. I can recommend Wonder Room and Mill Inn, as well as a weekend in Kannapolis.

What a relaxing stay! It was clean, quiet, safe, cute as a button, and completely updated. I drove from Atlanta for 5 hours to visit my aunt for her birthday. It took everything I had to get off the super comfy king-sized bed to complete my mission. I'm going to book his place again the next time I have to be in the area!

Connor and his cohost (Jessica) were absolutely wonderful! They genuinely care about their guest and showed this in the way that they communicated with me throughout my stay. There was a slight issue that I noticed shortly after my arrival. I was exhausted from my travel and immediately reached out to Connor and Jessica, and they did everything they could to take care of my concern to ensure that I was pleased with my stay. Their property is exactly as listed. It was clean and in a nice location. As other reviews have stated, the place is very comfortable and feels like home. If I'm in the area again for work, I will stay here without hesitation. Thank you Connor and Jessica for a wonderful stay.

Our host was very responsive and kind! All the info we needed was given in a timely manner. It was very nice to have two bathrooms with nice towels. The two rooms being on one side and the other room on the opposite side of the house was nice. The beds were VERY comfortable and clean!!! They even went extra to have stand up fans in each room!!! So kind! Decor was simple and cozy so it made it very relaxing! The kitchen was well stocked with needs and things in the kitchen were placed in locations that made sense. Also they left coffee so when you get there tired you can unwind to a fresh cup!! The yard was well kept to play games or relax. This house also was very accessible to different towns. We throughly enjoyed our stay, so thank you so much for all your hard work!! We appreciate you!

The place was everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable. Mollie was extremely helpful and responsive when we had some issues with the washer and AC. Great price and location!

The house was very conveniently located for our purposes. Everything was spotless and the kitchen was very well stocked. We had everything we could have ever needed and were so comfortable. We will absolutely stay again if we are in the area.

Carol's place was peaceful, very clean and I love the added amenities. she was very responsive and he husband even provided Great attractions and food places that we enjoyed. The neighbors were friendly and the house was very spacious for the 4 of us.

Wonderful homes that allowed us to celebrate Christmas together. We want to come back in the summer.

The only thing we would change about this beautiful place is it would be nice to have tvs in the bedrooms. Thank you Jeremy

I was extremely pleased with the apartment. It was clean and quaint. I felt safe and comfortable knowing there was a door man. The apartment was clean and lend itself to choice of eating in or dinning out. The bedrooms were equipped with 1 king and 2 queens which worked out great for me being 6 “ 1. There was ample amount of parking making it very stress free. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to my friends when they visit the area.

This is a bright, sunny place. It was located near a wine bar, resturants and stores. Heather was extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. It was clean and comfortable and quiet. We will stay here again when we.come visit our friends!

The name says it all… Delilah’s Retreat and this just what it is. It made me feel so comfortable from the moment I stepped inside. It’s impeccably clean and comfortable. Everything is supplied with exception of food. I would definitely stay again and recommend without hesitation. Thank you James for offering such a lovely place.

Don was an amazing host. He was very responsive, even at 11pm at night and offered to hop on over to help with an issue I had. His place was very clean, and location was just a short drive away from so many restaurants and things to do.

Very clean, safe, and cozy! Check in/out is a breeze, there is a full kitchen and Smart TV with capabilities for all streaming services. I’m a stickler for cleanliness and the Aycock Suite was great!!

We spent the weekend for our son's freshman orientation at HPU. The condo was very easy to find and close to campus. A lot of space and both bedrooms and bathrooms were tidy and comfortable. We are already scheduling to stay again for our next visit in August.

This was my second time staying here. Easy, clean, and well stocked. Always a very comfortable visit.
