The location of this villa was absolutely incredible! Waking up each morning to a quiet coffee on the terrace overlooking Lake Como felt like something out of a dream. The view was breathtaking and set the perfect tone for each day. With the town just a short walk away, we were able to explore local shops, restaurants, and the lakeside promenade with ease. The walk added just the right amount of exercise to feel refreshed without being tiring. We couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful, beautiful, and convenient place to stay—truly unforgettable.

We loved our family stay in Cannobio. The few steps to climb with the suitcases are quickly forgotten thanks to the breathtaking view and the terrace of the house, which is also spacious!! The bedding is very good quality and in the kitchen you can find everything. The welcome was perfect. It was just missing dishwashing liquid, sponge and dishcloth to make it impeccable. Beautiful surroundings, post bus right at your doorstep. (This is how you can leave the car.) Large house, fully equipped with everything you need! Scorpions can be expected:-) very nice, large outdoor area. Mike was super friendly, will get back to you right away. Absolutely uncomplicated handover. We have enjoyed our holidays!

We had a wonderful time with an amazing host. She made us feel very welcome and added a few welcoming touches to ensure we had everything we needed. She was also available to any problems we had. She was flexible with our checkout and gave us some nice treats to take away with us to help us remember our time there.

Smooth communication with Claudia who allowed us to leave the accommodation a little later! The lake view is beautiful!

We spent three wonderful days in Alberto's Villa with 10 people. The house is beautiful and offers enough space. We spent a lot of time in the kitchen, which is very well equipped and makes it a pleasure to cook for many people. The garden with barbecue area and the views complete everything perfectly. We will be happy to come back !

The house looks good like on a picture. When we checked in , it was not cleaned up after previous guests, bus Susanne was responsive and organize quickly a cleaning lady and refund us cleaning fee . I’m satisfy with a stay. The only minus that you can’t park right in front of the house, might be uncomfortable if you carrying heavy things. I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Great stay in Monica’s house. As a family with small kids we loved the huge garden with its solid fence. The house/apartment is spacious and free of clutter. Monica and Annalisa were great hosts and always available for us.

Amazing location just minutes from bellagio and situated a short stroll to the water taxi of San Giovanni. Was a perfect stay!

This property was incredible with absolutely stunning views that took our breath away. When you wake up, you can look out and see Bellagio across the lake, a truly unforgettable sight. The house is beautiful, spacious, and perfectly equipped for a group of eight. Deborah, the owner, was warm and helpful throughout our stay. The outdoor space was large and perfect for relaxing while soaking in the lake and mountain views. The location felt very safe and walkable, though it is on a hillside, so be ready for an uphill walk. The quiet, narrow roads and passage ways were great to explore. The walk can be a bit challenging, but the views make it more than worth it. Taxis are also easy to arrange if needed. Menaggio was the perfect place to stay, charming, peaceful, and a great base for exploring Lake Como. We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this property.

The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The house has stunning views over Locarno, Ascona and the lake. Wonderful for a few days off.

Fantastic location to enjoy the como beaches and activities and restaurants and town of Colico Villa itself is fantastic to relax with great outdoor seating and pool area (which was lovely to cool off from the sun but still a nice ~20/22 degrees)

If I could give more stars I would. Me and my family loved it here, the photos do not do it justice at all. It’s absolutely stunning. It was clean, comfortable and just as described. We rented car and easily got to restaurants near by and the ferry. If we had questions we got prompt answers. Wonderful stay,

Erica was flexible and available for our every need and request. He welcomed us in person and guided us to this beautiful house all restored and connects an ancient-modern contrast that makes us dream. The house has everything that can be useful for both cooking and organizing a nice lunch. The rooms are super cozy and spacious: in 11 we were very comfortable. As described, the temperature inside the house is 18°, but it may seem lower given the dispersal and low outdoor temperatures in January. The hot water seemed to disappear from the shower for a few seconds/minute, but come back with a shut-off and reopen. ANYWAY, we had a great time! Like at home and in this wonderful space that we definitely recommend for a getaway, a weekend in the mountains and with friends. Thank you Erica!

We spent 4 nights in Valerio's home. The house is very large , we were 2 families, so the two independent accommodations were very convenient. The house is close to the center of Cernobbio 10 minutes walk. Charming village . It's easy to take the boat to visit the towns around the lake. The view from the house is nice. Small downside for parking: we had a 9-seater vehicle and it was very difficult to get into the driveway (narrow gate width) and turn around. Another thing to review: many broken furniture: the sofa bed in the living room has one foot less and was held with a stack of books, also broken bed slats and chairs too. Outdoor furniture would have been nice because you had to take the table out of the inside to put it outside. As well as a few outdoor chairs to enjoy the park and the shade would be more. We recommend this property for a stay in Como

Very clean environment and with every comfort. It's like feeling at home. I enjoyed everything... from the soft and fragrant linens, to the terrace where it's a show to eat, to the pool to cool off. Katiuscia's dad set up umbrellas and deck chairs for us every morning. The place is very relaxing and is a strategic point for reaching beautiful places to visit. Thanks for hosting! :-)

Beautiful house, perfect for a few days with friends and family. The space is big and good for big groups. Hosts are very responsive by message which makes check-in very easy.

Very special house! Original. Lots of art in the house. Stunning views. All the facilities available Clean. Quiet village. Pool was lovely given the high temperatures! Surroundings are beautiful. Lots of beautiful walks made. Bicycles rented at 3 minutes' walking distance. Very nice people. Speak Italian and a little french. Great bike ride for mountain bikes made from the house. Electric support necessary. Very friendly reception. Technical defect was resolved very adequately and quickly.

We stayed at the villa for a week after Easter and had great weather! The children are hopped daily in the heated pool while we were able to enjoy our cafe and especially the fantastic view. You have absolute privacy and feel very comfortable. Ms. Bannwart, who manages the house, gave us some good restaurants tips at the beginning and she was immediately available for questions. We highly recommend a stay!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was beautiful, spotlessly clean, very well equipped, and had everything we needed. The communication with the host was excellent and they were incredibly accommodating.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Villa Diamante. Joshua was very responsive before and during our stay, so for any issue we found a quick solution. The Villa offers enough place for 8 people easily! The view and the pool were amazing and a unique finding in this area. Unfortunately the recycling center next to the Villa was open almost every day during our stay, so we were woken quite early.

Roberta’s home is amazing. It is close to the lake and the town, and yet peaceful. You’ll feel right at home here.
