Condo vacation rentals in Apple Valley

My girlfriend and I had a great time at this property! Host was very communicative with last minute check in questions and the unit was well taken care of. We spent our time at Snow Valley Mountain Resort and found that the 30 minute drive was well worth the location and short commute to the Lake Arrowhead Village. Would definitely stay again.

The stay was great. My kids had a blast playing in the pool & enjoying the amenities. My daughter loved the loft & claimed it as her own. Would definitely come stay again with the kiddos.

Scott was extremely friendly and very accommodating. The place was in a great location on the lake, very beautiful scenery. Scott responded quickly and was super informative. Will stay again.

Shelly’s cabin was beautiful inside and out. And so conveniently located to the lake and the town. Would highly recommend!

We were very pleased with the accommodations, very walkable to rentals, restaurants and the slopes. Early mornings got a bit loud with the tailgaters and snow plows but the location really is perfect for access to Snow Summit. We really appreciated our hosts help during our stay and willingness to help locate a lost beanie. Would definitely rent again. Our family had a wonderful time.

The place was better than expected. The Livingroom was spacious and comfortable and with a Pacman arcade game! The sleeping was comfortable too. Also, was happy to see the jacuzzi was working well and fun sledding area for the kids out back.

Great stay! This was kind of last minute for me and exactly what I needed just to crash for the night. I didn’t want to pay a lot because I was literally going to be there a short time. In my opinion, you definitely get more bang for your buck considering what others are charging for a room. The location is perfect!

This place was the perfect quiet getaway for me and my boyfriend. We got it super last minute too and was surprised to see how clean and nice the place was! The front desk was super helpful and the location is 5-10 mins away from grocery stores and all the main spots for snow activities. Definitely keeping this place in mind the next time I come out to Big Bear!

Very comfortable bed and couches nice 65 in tv also tvs in each bedroom all have prime and all the movies you want to watch. Nice bbq with patios and great pool and spa. I will definitely be staying here again when in big bear.

Dijon was a great host, always asking "everything it is okay?" his property is amazing, with pool in front, the location is very safe and quiet. All our stay was terrific!

Had to change from a different reservation last minute and Nancy was more than accommodating! Place was clean and comfortable. Kids had a blast playing uno and foozball…. They didn’t want to leave! Bathrooms even had fancy toilet paper bows and the toilets had the paper wrappers to show they were clean like a hotel. Would stay again!

Diana's place was exactly as it is shown in the post. Very clean and comfortable. It is a great location, close to all the restaurants. Diana is very responsive and was quick to help when needed.

Great location for dog owners with a large backyard and lake at a great price. The home has old-school vibes with carpeted bathrooms and cloth curtains. It was nicely heated for our winter stay, and we used the provided grill for BBQ. The pool and hot tub are closed for the winter season.

Great location, great hosts, wonderful stay! Great view of the lake, perfect balcony for watching the beautiful sunsets. Close to everything, walking distance to tons of shops and restaurants. Easy and simple, great deal and the place has everything you need.

Had a great stay and Bryan was very responsive. Snow Summit was a very short walk away, even in ski boots.

We had a wonderful time at Restmoore! The house was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable, making us feel at home. The neighborhood was quiet, and the location was great. The pool and hot tub were fun, and the view was lovely. There were plenty of extra blankets and towels, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. It was fantastic to be so close to the lake and within walking distance to the marina. We also enjoyed the short drive to Boulder Bay. The host was friendly and responsive, which we really appreciated. We definitely want to come back and will consider staying here again. We highly recommend it!

We loved the condo and especially the pool. (Instructions or map on where the pool is and that we needed a key would be helpful, but we managed to figure it out.) Overall we liked the location and were generally comfortable. The bathrooms on every floor were convenient. If we had some cons it would be the following and these could easily be resolved with better instructions maybe... We could not figure out how to work the heater (instructions would be helpful). The first night we were freezing and the second night we were so hot upstairs but my assistant downstairs was freezing. Did not know if there was wi-fi available. The TV downstairs was confusing to use. But we eventually figured it out. Other than that, it was everything we needed for a great girls trip. We are hoping to buy a place in big bear soon so we were happy to check out the local neighborhood and loved that everything was nearby.
