Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Ann Arbor

This little house is an absolute gem! It is located in a leafy, quiet neighborhood close to lots of things Ann Arbor has to offer. Inside, it was spotless and very comfortable, with every amenity we needed. We honestly wanted to stay longer because we instantly fell in love with this home! The beds are comfortable, clean, fresh linens. Great back yard to enjoy for birdsong and local wildlife (deer, raccoon). It is also close to great nature trails and parks. I highly recommend Yolanda's place to stay when visiting Ann Arbor.

Janice’s home was exactly what we needed to accommodate our family. Location was perfect and home was very comfortable! Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay! This was perfect for our group’s visit to Ann Arbor and UofM. The house was amazing with plenty of room and a nice comfortable feel. Plus, the location could not have been better for exploring the area and campus. I would definitely stay the next time we are in town… and it would be perfect for a UofM game in the fall. Nice stay and a nice place. Bunk beds are uncomfortable for adults, but it was expected and properly advertised.

Great place to stay in Ann Arbor! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a getaway that is walkable to downtown, but still nice and quiet. Very clean with all of the amenities you could ask for. Less than a block from W. Washington St with ample parking for multiple vehicles. Short walk to downtown and less than a block from food trucks on Murray Ave.

We really enjoyed staying here. The house is comfortable with an updated kitchen and a nice living area. In addition, the neighborhood is peaceful and there is a great coffee shop within walking distance. The house is close to the UM Central Campus and we were able to go back and forth with ease. Finally, Adriana was friendly, helpful and quickly answered any questions that we had.

Great spot, clean and pretty home, beautiful street. Easy to park and get around. Would def stay again!

Jacque's place was great! We chose to stay there as it was in the same neighborhood as our family, but it was exactly what he described it to be. He was prompt, proactive, and easy to get in contact with. He was a wonderful host and we would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Christine's place. It was very well located and convenient to everything. She was super responsive and accommodating. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed.

This was my first Airbnb stay and it was great. The stairs are super steep, that’s my only concern because of my bad knee, but I’d still stay there again. The unit was very clean, organized and all the furniture was very comfortable. The location was great, the neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. The host was helpful and quickly responded. My flight was delayed almost 6 hours and he made sure the front light was on for me. 😊

Lovely place in Detroit. Nearby by many good restaurants and not too far from downtown. The private parking lot was a big bonus for us and the building itself felt really safe knowing how Detroit can be. The apartment looked as in pictures and had any basic needed necessities. The host is good at responding to any questions or giving recommendations. Would definitely come back or recommend it to friends.

The apartment was extremely comfortable and the neighborhood was peaceful and pleasant, right across from a lovely park. Annie was a fantastic host, clear and helpful on all details. We would definitely stay at this property again.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The host was incredibly sweet and welcoming, offering tea and coffee that truly made me feel at home. We enjoyed a lovely conversation during a walk, where she shared her passion for plants and flowers, which is her specialty. Her warmth and hospitality really enhanced my experience. Additionally, the place is vibrant and impeccably clean. The bathroom is spotless, featuring a beautiful tub and lovely furniture, along with fresh bedsheets and pillows. The couch in the living room can also be converted into a bed, providing extra sleeping space. I highly recommend staying here! Dr. K

Rachel was very quick responding in confirming our reservation when we were in need of a place to stay. She took the time to call us and explain the town of holly and where to park and how to get in. The place is beautiful.

I booked this stay last minute and couldn’t have been happier. Jeff was extremely accommodating—allowing me to check in early and making everything easy. The space was spotless, well-equipped, and in an excellent Midtown Detroit location. Highly recommend!

Ian was a great host. He was very responsive, communicated clearly and quickly. He was very understanding and helpful during our stay. The place accommodates two people well. It was clean and smelled nice upon arrival. If given the opportunity, we will book again!

5⭐️I was a first timer to the app and honestly i was really lucky to have kimberly as my host. She was very responsive and clear with instructions. Me and my cousins loved the condo and we were very close to so many things. highly recommend it! If you are a looking of a perfectly nice condo to stay over, don’t look any further! Thank you again.

Our stay in the Navy Yard Condo B was great in every respect. The beds and bedrooms were comfortable, the kitchen was easy to navigate and very well equipped, and the sitting room had nice comfortable furniture. From there and the balcony we enjoyed a great view of the lovely street and river. We parked right beside the Salty Dog restaurant both nights. We walked to No Frills, to the beer store and to dinner one night. The location was perfect. The condo was halfway between our visits to Windsor and to the wineries! Jason was a responsive and attentive host. We'll be back for sure!

While the building is a grand old house--the exterior has been rebuilt to it's former glory and the foyer is gorgeous--the attic space where the Airbnb is does not reflect the original late 1800s furnishings. The whole of the Airbnb space matches the photos provided, with only the collar ties to hint at the original look of the place. The neighborhood is well worth a walkabout, if weather permits. Aside from aesthetics, the Airbnb itself was akin to a furnished studio apartment. It was very clean, the shower ran hot and cold, and the aircon behaved perfectly for the 90+ degree outdoor temperatures of my stay. As advertised, the ceiling is very low and sloped, because it is an attic. Anyone over maybe 5'6" will have to crouch some to get into the bed or sit in the center of the couches.

This was a beautiful, modern and spacious home for us to stay at for the extended weekend. For the location this is a wonderful deal. We didn't realize from the photos how vaulted the ceiling was, and I didn't realize there was a nice (new!) washer and dryer in the unit. Again, I can't stress enough just how good the location is, especially with how nice the unit is. One thing to absolutely note is that this unit is located about a restaurant, and the noise from the restaurant in the evening (until 10-11pm) is very loud and is clearly heard in the living room. THANKFULLY the noise is not heard in the bedroom where you'd be sleeping. I can only vouch for the noise over the weekend, it may be less severe during the week. Either way, with the perfect location... how nice the home is... and the affordable price... I would still happily book a reservation here again. :) Also, free parking is included and it was a game changer.
