Vacation rentals with beach access in Andes

Hey, this is probably one of the best buildings/units in Cartagena... The view... My God, the VIEW!!! It sets off a intimate and awesome vibe. The security were nice. The cleaning staff were nice... The Host, Carlos is the MAN!!! The beach is across the street and everything you need is in walking distance. Stay here once, you'll be back again (in my Tony Montana voice 😂)

The location of Nick’s place was perfect for us. In a quieter area but in walking distance of restaurants. We loved the pool and direct access to the beach!

The apartment is very well located, there is everything close by, including a large mall, Praiamar, which you can walk. João always responded very quickly and we had an intercurrence only with the control of the TV that was resolved promptly. All environments were very clean and organized when we arrived. In matters of kitchen items, the apartment is very well equipped. I would definitely host again.

The apartment is equipped with absolutely everything you need to feel at home. It is just as it is in the photos. The condominium is very clean, the pool is really clean, everything is beautiful

The apartment is identical to the photo, a beauty!!! Close to the beach, a beautiful view from the living room window. Kamila is super friendly!!! I highly recommend it!! We didn't have any issues with the stay.

I had this Airbnb on my wishlist for my family to go to for quite some time. It was well worth the wait. The view is incredible and being footsteps from a very empty beach was amazing. We also liked how it felt like we were truly staying in a home, not a cold apartment. All the restaurants nearby are great, there’s also a supermarket pretty close and sufficient cooking utensils and pots and pans. We really enjoyed our time here.

Best anniversary celeb ever! Lee was such an amazing hostess. Took care of all of our needs and requests including helping us book a quad at an excellent rate. So much to do and more then end the day at the villa with a spectacular view. You won’t be disappointed!

If you love animals & nature, this spot is for you! We got to meet the owner & learned that our stay contributes to planting trees- which is amazing to know! The beaches are beautiful & everyone is so humble and friendly. Worth the trip & we look forward to coming back!

The house was as described, the host was welcoming, responded quickly to questions and gave suggestions. The internet was fast. Everything was very comfortable and convenient. The beach club down the street was a bonus when we didn’t feel like going to town for breakfast.

Due to an unfortunate issue with our original place to stay, we had to make a last minute pivot. We were so grateful to have found Richard’s place and his incredible hospitality. This place is toward the north part of the town, so it felt much less crowded and it was particularly quiet at night. All we heard were the waves and an occasional lizard on the roof! 😂 We cooked most of our meals at the property, and the kitchen setup worked great. The instant beach access was amazing, and the ability to come back and relax in the hammocks and at the table/couch area in the shade was also a giant perk. Maria cleaned the place each day, which was also a bonus and an example of their wonderful care. It’s located beside a cafe, which does mean more people nearby at times, but it also means quick access to food/drink. Aside from the first evening when a DJ was playing at the cafe (Sunday funday!), it was a quiet and peaceful place to relax and enjoy a beautiful location. Many thanks!

House identical to the listing, spacious and organized, interesting for those who like a more rustic style. Safe Patio for those who have small children and do not want to leave them only indoors. Secure parking space. We really enjoyed our stay, we recommend it!

Pretty beach house surrounded by a beautiful garden with tall trees, where toucans and iguanas frolic. Very comfortable bed, bedside table with lamps, plenty of storage space. Good water pressure in the shower, fully equipped kitchen, Internet works perfectly. You have enough seating indoors and outdoors, the hammocks invite you to chill out with a view of the green of the trees. 2 min to the beach, 5 min to restaurants, bus stop is easily reached on foot. Nicole is very friendly and responds quickly. When a lock jammed, someone was there right away. Very nice reception with fruit and snacks. Keep in mind that it is an airy beach hut that is also home to geckos, crabs & cockroaches. The abundant greenery also attracts mosquitoes. A mosquito net for the bed is missing (still). In the bathroom, the wooden wall had brown spots from the humidity, which were also on all towels. Next time, we'd like darker colors. Despite these points, a great cottage

The house was perfect for our young family. It had everything we needed so we had no stress to bring anything for our family as Joost had thought of everything already. He was responsive and extremely helpful to make sure our stay had everything we needed. We would highly recommend this stay to anyone with a young family!! We had an amazing stay!

Simply amazing! Daniel and his wife are exemplary hosts. Always available to serve and assist us. The house is in a privileged location, for its beauty and security and facing the sea. It is noteworthy (information that Daniel always brought us) that on the beach just the front of the condominium there are many rocks, which makes it a little difficult to shower. Nothing that a walk of a few meters does not solve. Daniel's accommodation was our last stop on the holiday trip, and it was perfect for us to rest and enjoy the natural and condo beauties. I would definitely return and recommend it to everyone. It was a few days, but it was incredible days.

Cozy house, just steps from the beach, with everything necessary for your days in Morro. For those who want to escape the hustle of the village and the crowded beaches. Beach in front of the practically private house. Super attentive hosts. We spent wonderful days, I highly recommend!

This place was so beautiful, very clean and the communication was sufficient. The power went out for like a minute and someone came by to make sure that everything was ok. The response time was amazing. The power turned back on shortly after. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful apartment! Well located, a few blocks from the beach, close to markets and restaurants. The environment is beautiful, well decorated, with all new utensils, and super complete! Good, clean bedding, great showers, induction stove, washer and dryer, Smart TV, everything new and working. Come back for sure!

Excellent accommodation, very well equipped. Comfortable bedding, impeccable cleanliness. We had a wonderful stay at Guillermo's place with whom the communication was very nice. We will be back!

Excellent. Clean and tidy. Very good location. Only one minor aspect to improve. You could put a grill in the yard for a barbecue!!😉

This location has a private beach and is walking distance to restraunts, marina, and Playa Flamingo. We wish it had a pool. AC and WiFi were good.

Tom was super responsive, had a WiFi issue, he was all over it. Great place to stay, would love to go back.

Christians place was fantastic! The villa was very clean and comfortable. The pool was lovely during the hot days in Jaco. It’s a short walk to the beach and many local restaurants. I would definitely stay here again :)

Ana is a great host, her home is so close to the beach we went every day. It was quiet, clean and had everything we needed for my little 3 person family. Check-in and out was a breeze. I highly recommend Costa Rica as a travel destination and Ana’s casa as a great home base.
