Ubicado en torre de lujo con modernas instalaciones: Piscina para niños y adultos, dos parrillas con mesas y sillas, hermoso jardín, laundry completo (lavarropa y secarropa), portero, seguridad 24hs y dos ascensores. La ubicación del edifico es perfecta, se adapta especialmente a turistas que vienen a visitar Buenos Aires y el mejor sitio para ello es el histórico barrio porteño de San Telmo, donde encontrarán clases de tango por todos lados, ferias artesanales, ferias de antigüedades, bares, cafés y restaurants típicos de la ciudad, calles adornadas con antiguas y hermosas farolas, con gran cantidad de visitantes de todo el mundo. La oferta gastronómica en las cercanías del departamento es muy variada y destaca su gran vida nocturna. Fácil acceso desde las principales autopistas, cerca del microcentro, zona bancaria, Casa de Gobierno porteña, Casa Rosada, Congreso de la Nación y tribunales. En la misma cuadra encontrarán dos estacionamiento, carnicería, almacén, quiosco, panadería, y más. El edifico cuenta con una hermosa pileta, dos parrillas en el jardín con mesas y sillas, portero y seguridad 24hs, y un laundry con lavarropas y secarropas (estos funcionan con monedas o fichas). Internet de alta velocidad WIFI, Smart TV LED con Netflix (sin cable), calefacción central y dos aires acondicionados frío/calor. Estoy disponible para cualquier urgencia o pregunta de mis huéspedes. Quiero que se sientan como en casa :) Guías de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires disponibles dentro del departamento. El edificio está a pocas cuadras de plaza Dorrego, la feria de San Telmo y la línea C del metro, que conectan con importantes atracciones de la ciudad. La oferta gastronómica en las cercanías es muy variada y también destaca su gran vida nocturna. Para hacer mas divertida tu estadía tenemos la opción de alquiler de monopatines eléctricos por día! 🛴 Estación de subte a 200 metros y varias paradas de colectivos. Metrobus a 200 metros. Fácil acceso a autopistas 25 de mayo y Buenos Aires La Plata. Estacionamiento al lado del edificio. Internet de alta velocidad wifi, Netflix gratis, aire acondicionado en todos los ambientes. Beautiful Recoleta Apartment with French Balcony

Perfect place for those who love green areas, museums, elegant residences, sophisticated decoration. The neighborhood is plenty of embassies, iconic monuments, and museums, and it is close to the heart of Recoleta. Public transportation (trains and buses) are available at walking distance. Ezeiza airport (international) is one hour in average from the apartment by taxi, and J. Newbery airport (national) is 20 minutes by taxi. It's important to mention that the building do not have elevators, so you will have to step two floors by staircase. The housekeeper will be in charge of the check-in and check-out and she will be available for helping the guests in whatever they need. Additionally, she will be able to make extra cleaning services (full cleaning to the apartment, washing dishes, refresh of sheets and towels, etc.) subject to previous guests request to the host (Guillermo) by AirBnb app. The extra cost is US$40 per day. This area of Recoleta is on the edge of an upmarket area called "La Isla". The apartment is half a block from the National Library and in front of the Book and Language Museum. There are also some great neighbourhood restaurants not far away. Av Las Heras is an artery with a great variety of buses that can take you to any part of the city safely and at low cost (on the desk of the bedroom you will find SUBE cards, which you can charge money in a kiosk located in Tagle between Pagano and Libertador - Please leave them in the same place when retiring) Also the apartment is located to three blocks from the underground Las Heras station (Line H) that connects with all the network of "subtes" of Buenos Aires. For taxi use, I recommend using the Uber or Cabify applications. Mr. Arnaldo Duarte is the doorman of the building, he counts with my all trust and he will be able to collaborate with the guests needs as well. The apartment is equipped with a safe-box in the closet of the bedroom, instructions to use it will be provided by the host (Guillermo) directly by email, wapp, or txts (reserved information) after the guest request.

The location can't be beat, with easy access to all public transportation. Just 2 blocks from the apartment, there is a stop on the Metro/subway line ?D? that connects Palermo Soho with the downtown area, Recoleta, and Belgrano. Many bus lines also stop nearby, and taxis are available at any hour. This elegant, ultra-modern apartment is the perfect option for travelers wanting to avoid small, cramped hotel rooms. No expense was spared furnishing this apartment. The furniture is all high-end, custom made for this apartment. Enjoy the incredible views from the balcony as well as from this spacious terrace, which is accessible from the living room. Taxi's into town are just $2-3, or you can easily walk/bycycle. No guest policy, maximum 4 people.

Nuestro departamento tiene una vista privilegiada de toda la ciudad de Cusco. Ubicado en las faldas del mismo cerro donde se encuentra el complejo arqueológico de Saqsayhuman, a solo tres cuadras de la Plaza de Armas, se puede acceder a todo el centro histórico caminando. Solo tener en cuenta que la caminata de vuelta a casa es en subida y puede ser un poco exigente. Tranquilo, con una vista espectacular y todas las comodidades necesarias para tener una estadía inolvidable.
