Condo vacation rentals in Almaty

You must stay at this apartment when you visit Almaty. It is very modern, clean, and comfortable. The location is absolutely prefect as it it located very close to the two main pedestrian streets in Almaty. It is also within walking distance to the Central Mosque, Green Bazaar, Rakhat's Chocolate Factory, Ascension Cathedral, and the metro station. The host is very responsible and even scheduled a taxi to take us to the airport at the end of our stay. We had a wonderful stay in this apartment.

Nice cozy apartment with a great view of the mountains. Soft bed, sufficient number of dishes. Nearby there are several shops, cafes. Among the disadvantages - poor sound insulation of the door, due to which you can hear the elevator mechanism and periodic noise in the corridor.

Nice apartment and nice location

This house we stayed in for 2 days had everything. The host was interested. There was an employee who spoke Turkish and helped us a lot. The location of the house was nice, within walking distance or you can pay 1-2 dollars for a taxi and go to tourist spots. There was a McDonalds in front of it, which was very useful, the neighborhood is very safe, you can easily stay at entrances around 12-1 at night

The 1 BHK apartment is located on the 13th floor of a modern and good looking building complex right above the Nedelka Cafe, which is in the heart of Almaty. The apartment is exactly as described by the host. Beautiful views of the city and the mountains greeted us from the windows. It also has a fast elevator/lift. Many supermarkets and eateries are within walking distance. The host is responsive and accommodating. She provided us with a can of drinking water when we arrived at 1 AM! They even have a portable bidet. A few more glasses would be a nice addition. Overall we would love to come back.

Very convenient location. excellent mountain ( Koktobe) view form the room. The apartment is in 13th floor and a has two elevators operating simultaneously. The administrator Karashash is very responsive. whenever we need to know about anything, Karashash responded immediately in a minute. He instructions and advice were accurate. Before checking in they would provide every single details thoroughly. The room is neat and clean. Bathroom is clean too. An airconditioner is provided one should use it if it's required. many enteries are around. The famous Navat restaurant ca magnum super market is just on the ground floor, lots of coffeeshops, and an Indian restaurant is very nearby. Currency exchange is opposite to the building. Green bazar / arbat street takes 20 minutes from here by Taxi. everything is so convenient. ,we had an excellent memorable stay there I'm Almaty. Thank you Karashash & Acel.

This apartment is located at a great area near the center of the city. Apartment was very clean and new and the host is accommodating, helpful and responsive. Will definitely recommend and book again if I'm in Almaty!

We loved our stay in this apartment! It was one of the best places we stayed during a month of travelling in Central Asia. The location was central, with lots of restaurants nearby. It's easy to walk or take a scooter from here and explore Almaty. The building felt safe and secure. The apartment itself was extremely clean and well appointed, with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen and bathroom were clean, the bed was comfortable, there was a large living room with high ceilings, and we had an incredible view of the city, including Kok Tobe hill which is all lit up at night. We had a late night flight out of Almaty and our generous host allowed us a flexible check out so that we didn't have to lug our bags around the city all day. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would recommend that anyone coming to Almaty choose this apartment!

Bolat is an amazing host. Check in process was very smooth. Property is exactly as mentioned in the photos. It is very neat and clean. Bolat has been super responsive all the time. Apartment is located in a residential complex so it is very safe and secure. Easily accessible to all locations. Will definitely recommend this properly if you are visiting Almaty.

everything was fantastic. However I will recommend to install AC in the bed room also. During the day time weather was very hot and difficult to stay inside apartment without AC.

We recently stayed with Tatiana for a week. The apartment is quite spacious, bright, cozy and most importantly clean. Apartment is well equipped and has everything you need. I especially want to note that the hostess of the apartment met us, did everything, explained and helped with the registration. My girlfriend and I stayed in Maxim's apartment for a week and would like to express our great gratitude for the cleanliness, coziness, pleasant interior and functionality of the apartment. We were comfortable and relaxed (quiet) and work (fast uninterrupted internet). The apartment is in a beautiful area, nearby, within walking distance, there is the Botanical Garden of indescribable beauty, all kinds of shops, good restaurants and cafes. For example, literally at a stone's throw away, there is a cafe Vivienne, where there are nice guys who have delicious coffee :) We went to them for breakfast, breakfasts and desserts were beautiful. Maxim is available to help you with any questions you may have any questions. Everything was great!

The unit is in a Khrushchev building which is still very common in Almaty. But the location is very good and most importantly the unit itself is well refurbished and cleaned. The host is very responsive and helpful.

HIghly recommended host and apartment. The apartment was in the geometric center. Grocery stores, restaurants, etc. are closeby. Apartment is clean, comfortable and equipped. Kate was extremely helpful and provided great recommendations. Very quick and responsive. Also, recommend using them for local tours as Kate and Aidos make very nice personal tours. All in all, will use them again on our next trip!
