IMPORTANT: The building is new, and some of the apartments are still under renovation. There may be construction noise during the day from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. My place is a mix of scandinavian and loft design. Its 35 sq.m. which will be comfortable for max. of 2 people. Location is absolutely perfect for exploring Almaty. Apartment located in the heart of historical center of the city called 'golden square'. Within walking distance (100-200m) you will find the main pedestrian streets (walking streets) Panfilov str. and Zhibek Zholy str., Astana Square, huge amount of cafes, bakerys and restaurants around, metro station(750m), big mall.
