Wonderful apartment: clean, spacious, comfortable. Our group of 4 people was very comfortable staying in it. The apartment fully corresponds to the description and photos, there are many places and attractions around that you can visit. Asel is very helpful, communication was friendly and pleasant. Highly recommended!

Асель was a very helpful host. Instructions were clear and his place was amazing. It's bigger than I expected. The TV was hard to navigate as the language is in Russian, but it doesn't matter cos I brought my own iPad. There were dirty quilts and pillows in the cabinet which, in my opinion, should be thrown away. Towels and toothbrushes were provided which is great. You have to buy your own toiletries, also there was only one tissue provided. Plates, cutleries and pans were available for cooking. The best I like about this place besides how beautiful it is, is the area. Lots of cafes and restaurants around, as well as shops and parks, within walking distance. There's also a grocery store at the entrance gate. The host was very accommodating, too, and lets us check out late as our flight is at night. Thank you so much for being a wonderful host!

True Superhost as they say. Very nice, clean and beautiful apartment. She is very proactive and helpful. I was not sure how to contact my tour operator. But she helped me and I was able to catch up in the trip. All good amenities and very well maintained. Very much recommended. Market and bus /taxi services in walking zone.

All perfect, an excellent stay!

We stayed for 8 days at Kate's house with husband and 3-year-old son, and we highly recommend it! The house is modern and comfortable. There are restaurants, cafes for coffee, and a mini market just around the corner. It’s easy to get a taxi, and you can also take a bus within walking distance. Everything was great!

Very happy with the stay. Great host that was very accommodating and easy to work with. No surprises and no issues. The location is fantastic. I highly recommend staying here to be walking distance to the best parts of Almaty.

My girlfriend and I stayed in Maxim's apartment for a week and would like to express our great gratitude for the cleanliness, coziness, pleasant interior and functionality of the apartment. We were comfortable and relaxed (quiet) and work (fast uninterrupted internet). The apartment is in a beautiful area, nearby, within walking distance, there is the Botanical Garden of indescribable beauty, all kinds of shops, good restaurants and cafes. For example, literally at a stone's throw away, there is a cafe Vivienne, where there are nice guys who have delicious coffee :) We went to them for breakfast, breakfasts and desserts were beautiful. Maxim is available to help you with any questions you may have any questions. Everything was great!

The unit is in a Khrushchev building which is still very common in Almaty. But the location is very good and most importantly the unit itself is well refurbished and cleaned. The host is very responsive and helpful.

I stay at Rashida’s place for a month while working remotely. The place felt like a second home and I enjoy very much my stay there. The host was very responsive and offer cleaning service each week. The apartment is beautiful, clean and cozy.
