Karlygash's house is in a quiet Koktobe hill, but even so is a short drive to downtown.The air in the mountains was great and the housekeeper was also very professional and thoughtful, very quick to solve everything we asked.I highly recommend everyone to stay here

The host and his wife met us when we got there and were so kind to show us everything—even where our kids could play! Everything was very clean and neat, and the hosts were so kind and helpful. We even forgot one thing when we left and they were so gracious to let us back in and always very quick to respond.

My friends and I have been wanting to relax together in the countryside for a long time and we were so lucky with this house! We were warm, comfortable, and comfortable. In one word, huggelic as described in Mike Viking's book:) The house had all the essentials! Thoughtful to the smallest detail! In the morning, they cooked cheesecakes from the cottage cheese that Sergei brought in, and drank tea with natural milk! We were all satisfied 🤍 We plan to come back.

The house is very big and clean. They have private river in the backyard and it’s very peaceful. The best part was the garden. We enjoyed our time in the garden playing with our daughter. Highly recommended for family. We will definitely visit again.

Daniyar was a great person , he waited for us hours just to check-us-in too early .. The house was bigger than the pictures , clean and cozy , beautiful apple trees in the back yard , I strongly recommend it , also thanks to Daniyar’s mama she helped us a little with the cleaning , such a great family 🤍🤍🤍

Very comfortable place to stay. There is everything you need for your stay. A large number of sleeping areas. Sofas, which, if necessary, move apart. A large kitchen area for gatherings with friends and loved ones both inside the house and on the street. Clean and cozy house with access to everything you need for your stay. Great location for those who do not like the hustle and bustle of the city. A place to relax outside the house is a separate praise. It has a beautiful view of the city. There is a grill for frying meat, and for relaxing at the end of the day you can flood the bath on wood. 10/10

We really enjoyed our stay at Oxana’s place. The home was beautiful and clean with multiple amenities—the pool and sauna and daybed were lovely. We enjoyed the deck and the rooms were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and the kitchen was easy for cooking light meals. The view is so peaceful and the apple trees were a treat!

Review of the apartment My husband and I chose an apartment based on the budget, neighborhood and urgency (we literally needed to check in within a day). We found this one! Very nice apartment, clean, overlooking the courtyard. Everything for living is there, and if there is not enough, then the super host Olga is always in touch, will come to the rescue with ANY question. The apartment corresponds to the photos, everything is very careful. The renovation is thoughtful (for example, a wide shower cubicle, from where you do not fly splashes!). Lived in August, the heat was compensated by the open window and air conditioner. The neighborhood is successful, quiet, Sairan Lake with parks and benches within walking distance, downstairs is a coffee shop, shops and a tent with delicious fruits. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you! Recommended.

This is a very cozy and comfortable apartment for living, bright and warm. Separate kitchen and two rooms, there is a balcony. Suitable for long term stay. Perfect location - everything is nearby, it's nice to walk around. The kitchen has everything to cook, but in fact there is no need, since there is cooking on the ground floor, where everything is fresh and delicious. And of course a Superhost! Thank you.

Gulzhanat is extremely responsive and very clear with instructions. Her place is walkable to multiple coffeeshops and restaurants. Also a small market is downstairs for your daily needs. Arbat street is 7 mins walk from the apartment. This place is highly recommended.

Kassym's property was very spacious and perfect for families. We were 3 families and Kassym and his parents ensured we had a memorable experience in Almaty. They went out of the way to accommodate our requests. Highly recommended place in Almaty. The location is beautiful with lot of coffee shops around. Kassym is a fantastic host and a very warm hearted person. Would love to stay here again.

Extreme beautiful apartment with central heating, full kitchen setup and bidet in toilets. The host is very resposive and apartment was very clean.

Mr Azmat is honest person and it’s more helpful always. The timing of check out exact time or he will allow maximum one hour more that’s it .it’s part of business. Overall he and flat is very good 👍

The apartment matches the description. In the new building, it looks fresh, all new. Large size of rooms, comfortable bed, air conditioners. There is a courtyard, closed from cars, on the stylobate part. Among the disadvantages, you can note the location - it's a little far from the center. We got there mostly by taxi in 20 minutes
