The experience of staying here was great! The villa is spacious, the rooms are big and clean, it is very comfortable to live in. The service attitude is also very good, making people feel at home. The villa has four floors and many entertainment venues, including pool tables, board games, table tennis, saunas and swimming pools, so you don't have to worry about boredom. Whether it's a corporate team building or a family holiday, it's a great choice! I will definitely come again next time! 这次入住的体验非常棒！别墅空间宽敞，房间又大又干净 ，住起来非常舒适。服务态度也很好，让人感到宾至如归。别墅共有四层，娱乐设施非常丰富 ，有台球桌、桌游、乒乓球、桑拿和游泳池 ，完全不用担心无聊。无论是公司团建还是家庭聚会，这里都是一个绝佳的选择 ！下次一定还会再来！

Yerzhan was a great host, and the apartment was a quiet, comfortable and stylish place to stay! It is located in a larger facility with a restaurant and pool, but we stayed during the off season, so they weren't open, except for the restaurant on the weekend. The space was well decorated, and rooms comfortable and heated in the floors. The building manager was very helpful. We were able to easily order in food delivery.

The house was terrific everything was very clean, with very good amenities! Die Betten waren sehr bequem und schön groß! Das Haus besitzt einen Garten mit einer schönen Rasenfläche, die ich so in Kasachstan nicht kannte, außerdem gibt es dort eine Sauna, die Besitzerin des Hauses war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, etwas außerhalb der Stadt, in der Nähe gibt es ein sehr gutes Restaurant!!!!! Danke!😇 The house was very nice everything was very clean, with very good facilities! The host and his wife met us when we got there and were so kind to show us everything—even where our kids could play! Everything was very clean and neat, and the hosts were so kind and helpful. We even forgot one thing when we left and they were so gracious to let us back in and always very quick to respond.

Professor Meirbek was a collaborator who took a ride in his car for free for five hours in the mountainous areas and nearby resorts and he was cooperating and with us meeting our needs and helping us a lot He was very generous so he gave us coffee and a delicious dinner On our first day We thank him, his family and his children

To be honest, I am shocked, from the level of housing , it seems a relatively small house ,but everything is fresh and very harmonious ,also Berik paid a lot of attention to design and practicality, which is worth only the bathroom has all the accessories , hospitality and so on. There is bbq , this is almost the main reason for rest for our family , we were with small children without any problems at all. I rented many houses in Kazakhstan before, but this is the top one due to the level of service and competence of the host ,a huge Rahmet , we will definitely come back !

Everything was great - the house is identical to the photos, you can say that the hostess was a little shameless and did not take a photo of the bath, in fact there is a good table on the terrace and in general everything was great. There are things that can be improved, but this is a nice cottage house for relaxing with a group, we will probably come again if we need a house for a large group
