We had a good stay, the host was very responsive and proactive. The room was clean, well heated and had all the amenities we needed. In case you are self driving there is also a parking area just outside the building. The place is at a walkable distance from the Ascension cathedral, Green bazaar and Arbat street. Multiple cafés and convenience stores are close by. Highly recommended.

If you are on vacation in Almaty, this is a pleasant spot to stay. situated close to the city core. Despite the linguistic issue, the owner is really accommodating. An excellent location to stay.

Reviews helped a lot with my choosing this property … They were right about it. Old building But their space is well maintained, very clean, comfortable, complete with all our needs for a great stay. Big space for families. It was welcoming with treats prepared in the kitchen and toiletries complete. Location is convenient with many walkable shops around. Alfia is a great host! Very responsive and helpful. Not many speak English and so I had to ask a lot of help from her. Our stay here made our visit to Khazakstan very much a good Experience. 🥰 Thank you, Alfia.

Loved the property and the host was very prompt with any kind of queries we had during our stay. The caretaker was also very helpful and non intrusive. The location is a little secluded and on the outskirts of the city which comes with its pros and cons. Overall a very peaceful and relaxing stay.

My friends and I have been wanting to relax together in the countryside for a long time and we were so lucky with this house! We were warm, comfortable, and comfortable. In one word, huggelic as described in Mike Viking's book:) The house had all the essentials! Thoughtful to the smallest detail! In the morning, they cooked cheesecakes from the cottage cheese that Sergei brought in, and drank tea with natural milk! We were all satisfied 🤍 We plan to come back.

Professor Meirbek was a collaborator who took a ride in his car for free for five hours in the mountainous areas and nearby resorts and he was cooperating and with us meeting our needs and helping us a lot He was very generous so he gave us coffee and a delicious dinner On our first day We thank him, his family and his children

The house is very big and clean. They have private river in the backyard and it’s very peaceful. The best part was the garden. We enjoyed our time in the garden playing with our daughter. Highly recommended for family. We will definitely visit again.

We stayed for 8 days at Kate's house with husband and 3-year-old son, and we highly recommend it! The house is modern and comfortable. There are restaurants, cafes for coffee, and a mini market just around the corner. It’s easy to get a taxi, and you can also take a bus within walking distance. Everything was great!

HIghly recommended host and apartment. The apartment was in the geometric center. Grocery stores, restaurants, etc. are closeby. Apartment is clean, comfortable and equipped. Kate was extremely helpful and provided great recommendations. Very quick and responsive. Also, recommend using them for local tours as Kate and Aidos make very nice personal tours. All in all, will use them again on our next trip!

I stay at Rashida’s place for a month while working remotely. The place felt like a second home and I enjoy very much my stay there. The host was very responsive and offer cleaning service each week. The apartment is beautiful, clean and cozy.

Great location in the middle of Almaty. Walkable to most of the attractions in the city and nearby to metro station. Food choices are plenty within the vicinity. The flat is spacious and very comfortable to relax. We stayed 4 nights and Sabina was super responsive throughout. Best choice !

I had a fantastic stay at Zamira’s condo! The space was incredibly spacious, clean, and well-appointed, making it feel like a true home away from home. The location was perfect—close to all the key attractions, dining spots, and amenities, yet still peaceful and quiet. Zamira was an amazing host, always responsive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
