I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb apartment in Almaty! The apartment was incredibly cozy, and I instantly felt at home. The neighborhood was lovely, and the city view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. Aigerim, our host, was incredibly warm and friendly. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and equipped the apartment with everything we could possibly need. It's clear that she cares about her guests' experience. I can't wait to return to Almaty, and this apartment will be at the top of my list for accommodations. Highly recommended!

This was my second time in Almaty, and after my first amazing experience, I knew I wanted to stay in Svetlana’s apartments again. This time, I chose a new apartment for myself, and it (again) exceeded my expectations — cozy, spotlessly clean, and had everything needed for my comfortable stay. Whenever I visit Almaty, I now stay only in Svetlana’s apartments because both she and her entire team are simply wonderful! Their communication is excellent, and they are always ready to assist with anything I need. This time, I booked the airport transfer service, which made my trip 10 times more convenient. The car was super comfortable!❤️ I highly recommend Svetlana’s apartments to anyone visiting Almaty. It’s always a pleasure to stay here!

She sends instructions very clearly. The apartment is very clean with complete furnitures and amenities you wouldn’t ask for anything else.

well place to spend your time in Almaty. Place is in Centre of the city. you will get Indian food near to your stay - Chef and sweets is totally Indian restaurant near this place... well cleaned and maintaines place...

it was my first time in Almaty and i couldn't have asked for a better place. it was neat, clean and exactly how it looked! centrally located with good heating! highlighly recommended!

I checked in at midnight of 3 at -15 degree Celsius host was waiting for me outside street in extreme cold which is appreciative. He showed us room and gave us all instructions regarding cab and food. Room was too good better than pictures uploaded with fully furnished. View of room is not less than paradise. I’ll suggest each and everyone to stay here.

I was pleased with my stay at Nurlan's flat. I was working nearby, so I appreciated that the office was only a five- or six-minute walk away. As for the flat itself, the thing that most stood out to me was the sound proofing. I didn't really hear the neighbors at all during a month-long stay. I also was able to play music in the mornings and evenings and didn't hear any complaints from the neighbors or Nurlan, so everything must have been fine. The entrance door is a bit heavy and as soon as I closed it, I felt that I was in a sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of Almaty. The flat itself is quite new. The refrigerator is spacious and the heater in the bedroom was much appreciated given the chilly autumn nights. The iron worked well and the desk and lamp were welcome. The building has two lifts and a ramp, so no need to climb stairs with a pram or luggage. I would definitely stay here again and actually wanted to extend my stay by a few days, however the flat had already been booked!
