What a lovely stay! The cottage's location right on Keuka Lake was absolutely perfect, offering amazing wildlife and lake activity. We truly appreciated the privacy and genuine homey feel – made us feel immediately comfortable. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway. We'd definitely stay again!

It was a beautiful cabin and my wife and I had an amazing time. We took our dogs with us and it was an amazing weekend with lots of views and easy access to trails.

My father and I stayed at Elizabeth’s place for my brother’s graduation from Gettysburg. We thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet of the location. Elizabeth’s place was beautifully styled and I really appreciated her attention to detail. Elizabeth was a great host. She was so responsive and I could tell genuinely cared for our every need. I would recommend her place!

This is the 8th year that we’ve stayed at this location. We love it and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful place to stay. Side note, you cannot sign into the TV so we bring an iPad, a connector and a HDMI cord to enjoy watching movies etc with any of our subscriptions. This is one of our very favorite locations as it’s so peaceful yet not super far from several locations throughout the finger lakes.

We enjoyed staying at Andi‘s place very much. Andi was very responsive and very proactive. If we had a question an issue whatever she took care of it right away. I would stay at Andy‘s place again if need be. Andi was great and went above and beyond

Phil is an amazing host and provides everything you need for a wonderful stay at Stanroph Cabin! It is beautifully kept, located on 9 acres of land (a rarity in this area), and has plenty of space inside as well (spacious living and dining areas, and generously proportioned bedrooms). Very peaceful, and wonderfully relaxing. The hot tub and fire pit are great amenities! If you are new to the Cook Forest area, it has many unique attractions to enjoy. Some of our family favorites include canoeing on the Clarion, ice cream cones at Pale Whale, the Trading Post, visiting Seneca Point, and climbing the Fire Tower. We have already rebooked for next year!

The perfect setting for a peaceful weekend getaway with some old friends. The property is spacious, the views are spectacular, and it’s also nearly the last house on the road so quite private. Highly recommend!

My family loved our stay at the church! Beautiful windows and very kid friendly. My 2.5 year old loved the toys and the big bath tub. The view from the stain glass windows towards the mountains was beautiful. Would stay here again! Thank you for having us.

Cute cabin in the woods has everything you need. The beds and living area are really comfortable. We enjoyed card games around the center coffee table. The place warms up nicely with the wall heater. Water is plumed backwards which is good to know as you have to wait several minutes to get hot water flowing. I dream of having an off grid place and always enjoy getting to try out the bathroom solutions people come up with. No one in my party was comfortable with the outdoor shower, which I would normally have loved if it felt a little more private (you can see the main house from the shower area and while there are privacy screens it unnerved my partner and parents). Great little place perfect for a quiet getaway.

Marshall's place is a hidden treasure. While the cottage is super cozy and welcoming the grounds are just stunning. Imagine yourself walking down the steps from the main house to the guest cottage with a lighted railing surrounded by the tranquil sound of water and the fragrance of fresh flowers (Rhododendron and some large white flowering shrubs) and various foliage. The cottage was perfect for myself, husband, and two pups. The cottage has a lovely private deck off the living room with a beautiful view. We enjoyed exploring the trails on his property. I can't forget to mention the star of the show...Marshall's precious pup, Shadow! The location was perfect for us. Very close to Falling Water and Jelly Stone Campground where our friends were staying. I can't wait to come back!

From the time the booking was accepted, any questions were promptly answered by Steve. Instructions to the house were clear and concise. Both Steve and his wife were congenial and wanted to ensure our stay would be comfortable and that we had everything we needed. A continental breakfast was available each day so that we could eat breakfast and start the day without having to find a restaurant. From the living room, we watched squirrels, chipmunks, and birds. Their dog is friendly, too! It's definitely a place we would choose again when in the area. Quiet and clean!

The pictures do not do the Cabin justice. It is amazing, clean, updated. lots of amenities already there for you to use. Instructions were simple, respect the property & clean up after yourselves(as you should). Host was awesome. William was responsive and open to any questions, we threw at him. Observation Tower was surreal. We had one semi clear night and wow it was incredible even in 13 degree weather. We absolutely will be booking again in the near future. 15/10 Recommended.

We had a lovely time at the cabin, it was a nice peaceful retreat from our visits to the City. And we were given great recommendations from the host on some local spots including a spacious dog park close by. Thanks for having us at your beautiful cabin!

Our group of 13 which had 3 families with 7 kids really enjoyed this house. Our favorite part was the location to skiing. Although not officially a ski-in/ski-out, the slopes were within walking distance and much easier for our younger skiers to access. The house was clean, fully stocked and provided enough beds for our large group. Would definitely recommend bringing your 4WD vehicle if snow is predicted during your stay as the driveway is a little steep. We plan to book again for our next Hidden Valley trip!

Great, cozy place. The bus shuttle to the resort comes basically to the front door. Would definitely stay here again!

Great condo for a weekend ski trip to Seven Springs. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was located right on the shuttle line for the resort which was great, also a quick drive down if you don’t want to wait for the shuttle. Had a great stay and the price was excellent. Kim was also very easy to get in touch with and provided clear entry instructions at check in.

Very friendly person (Emily) offered to bring fruit tray and coffee in the morning because someone previously broke the Keurig coffee maker listed on the amenities. We declined but definitely appreciated the kind offer. She also has a nice shop where you can fulfill your sweet tooth with all kinds of pastries, pies etc... Had a very peaceful night watching the clear skies and hear the sounds of all the wildlife. Would definitely stay again.

We were there in the off season, so limited stores were open. Did'nt really bother us because we were doing a lot of hiking in the woods. Chasing water falls. Checked out Frank Lloyd Wright’s Fallingwater, that was pretty cool to see! A lot of nearby trails, which was awesome!

Home was clean comfy and very well stocked including coffee and creamer and bottled water. Did not get to enjoy the deck because of the weather. Elizabeth was exceptional to work with. Would definitely stay again.

The condo was beautiful, clean, and conveniently located with close proximity to the resort and available shuttle services. Barrett was always responsive. A great place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Seven Springs! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It was also very kid-friendly, which made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. The owner provided five-star service—super responsive, thoughtful, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. I highly recommend this spot for families or anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway. Would definitely stay here again!
