Quinna’s place was perfect for my families stay. We brought our almost 2 year old son and his grandparents along for the trip . The location was excellent with a 10-15 min walk to Broadway.

We really enjoyed our stay, close enough to walk to broadway and area but quiet enough for sleeping and felt safe walking at anytime day or night in the area. The condo is well stocked, didn’t need anything more! We would definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you for having us!

What a great place to stay in Nashville! The apartment is brand new with two roomy bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. The location was great - far enough from Broadway to escape the craziness, but close enough for a $5 Uber to the “strip”, and it is an easy walk to coffee shops and Hattie B’s. The management company was wonderful- reaching out to check on us and offer their support. The only thing we missed was a table for meals or cards, but that is not something most people coming to Nashville would be looking for. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time. We came for the AC/DC concert but it was canceled and rescheduled for the next day and we couldn’t stay so that was a bummer. A lot of nice places to eat in walking distance.

The place was amazing! Perfect for my daughter's 21st birthday celebration!. Everything was in great shape and well stocked. It was convenient to the nightlife. Met plenty of fun people while sitting on the balcony, listening to music. This is a ideal for a night life, birthday, bachelorette party groups. If you are coming to celebrate in Nashville, this is your spot. If you are thinking family vacation with young or not partiers, you might want to consider another location. The accommodations are fantastic, but the complex has a different lively vibe. Naz was an awesome host. Very helpful and attentive. He provided information before we realized we needed it.

We booked on the same day as check in, John and Sophia were very accommodating and quick to communicate. The location is perfect for walking to local coffee shops, eateries, breweries, etc. We enjoyed the space and will definitely be booking for our next Nashville trip!

The condo was comfortable, well provisioned and exactly as represented online. The beds were comfortable, there were more towels than I've ever seen anywhere and there was even a fully stocked coffee bar. We would stay there again on another trip to Nashville.

The house was very clean and comfortable for our family of four and had everything we needed during our stay, including a generously stocked fridge and pantry. The backyard/patio is large and private with a welcoming hot tub, and we were able to use the garage for our personal vehicle. Other than perhaps to a coffee shop about a block away, this is not a neighborhood you'll be exploring on foot, however, it has easy access to the highway and most things around town are within a short drive (Red's Hot Chicken is 5 min away and worth the wait). The host is a proactive and efficient communicator, and instructions for access and use of amenities were clear and well organized. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to any group looking for a solid base for their own visit to the city. Cheers.

We actually ended up upgraded to a different place, while we were looking forward to the original place because of pool when traveling with an eight-year-old is like you know the best thing ever. Somehow, he managed to top it when HVAC problems arised. We felt right at home and stayed in a beautiful place that appeared to be geared towards a bachelorette party low behold it was also perfect for a small girl. We were able to give her some amazing core memories at a place that we wouldn’t have been able to stay at otherwise and we are all very grateful for the opportunity. The trip was amazing. We will absolutely stay with us host again when we visit next year.

Gorgeous spot relatively close to downtown and the airport. Clean and cozy with so many spots to sleep! Plus the moon pies were a nice additional touch :)

Excellent, exceptional!!! Exactly as shown, very beautiful and comfortable. Nice beds and plenty of room to spread out. This was a girls weekend and we were very happy with your place; wonderful location which allowed a true taste of what Nashville has to offer!! A short drive to the hustle and bustle of downtown, the Opry and not far from airport access while also enjoying beautiful walks and exploration of the quaint neighborhood!! We enjoyed local coffee, restaurants and little bars offering live music all within walking distance of our beautiful accommodations. A+ for responses from our host with a great sense of humor😂 Thank you so much for sharing your home with us, we had a great girls trip!!!!

Beautiful place, great location and had everything we needed. Loved the screened in porch. Mathew was great, very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend Mathew's place and would definitely stay here again when visiting Nashville.

We came for a 21st birthday and had a great time. This is a great location to everything and loved having the grocery store so close. We will definitely rebook if we ever come back to Nashville!

Place was spotless and cozy. Just perfect for our stay. We had an unexpected trip extension and the host was extremely flexible and accommodating. They also provided excellent food suggestions, one of which we went to twice it was so good. Absolutely would stay again if/when we come back to Nashville!

Our family had a great trip while staying here! Very walkable to everything. We felt safe and comfortable at our condo at all times thanks to the Latch app. Well appointed condo with all the comforts you need! Unfortunately, we encountered an issue and had to park offside, but it was no fault of Al's and he did his best to remedy the situation. Great place to stay!

We loved our stay. The rooms and spaces were just what we needed. We loved the large patio and full walls of glass doors. The secured parking was an added bonus. We didn't use the pool, but it looked quite nice. Very quiet and private inside a very secured building. Courtney responded to every inquiry and was extremely easy to work with.

We loved Allie’s place! We came to Nashville to celebrate my birthday, perfect place for a group of 6 guests. Easy check in with just the download of an app. Place was stocked well with everything you could need - coffee, hair dryer, iron, etc. All the beds were super comfortable and clean! Very walkable - about a 15min walk to broadway, 10min walk to the gulch. Always lime scooters parked outside the place which was a bonus. They also have a luggage holding area which was great to have. Very responsive host! There is a rescue mission around the corner of the place so there was a presence of homeless near the area but we felt safe with the high security of the building and walked in groups! Overall a great stay!

Great condo, spacious with a bed for each sister!! Full size amenities. Kitchen was well stocked. Very cute and inviting. Beautiful view of the rolling river. Perfect location. Can’t wait to go back. Easy check in/out.

This was a great stay right on music row! The host was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. There are some good restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance and broadway is just a 10 minute drive away.

Went to Nashville with my daughter and mom. Gleicy’s place was perfect for us! Perfect location for walking around Nashville. So many restaurants and things to do in walking distance. Gleicy communicated everything we needed to know so there were no hiccups. Highly recommend!
