The location of the Green Room is spectacular. On this very single block, you have Kiehls (a 'famous' NYC-based skincare shop) an adorable coffee/tea/pastry shop, Le Pain Quotidien (great baked goods, and plenty of seating for a variety of very good quality breakfast/lunch/early dinner options), an old-school NYC steakhouse/bar, a really good French restaurant, and a Japanese omakase restaurant - literally downstairs from the apartment. Easy walking distance to Bloomingdales (under a 5-min. walk), Central Park (about a 5-10 min. walk), and lots of shopping on 5th Avenue, heading down towards St. Patrick's Cathedral and Rockefeller Center (a 15-20 min. walk from the apartment). The apartment faces the back or 'inside' of the block, so there is no street noise to disturb your sleep. Bed was very comfortable, and bathroom very nice/clean/new fixtures.

I went with my family and the stay was very pleasant. Daemir's house is very comfortable and nice and is in a great location! Communication with Daemir was impeccable, he gave me several recommendations and was very attentive.

The apartment is better in person than the photos. Gorgeous panoramic views of the city. Very comfortable primary bedroom and an old-school pull out in the living room (where my son slept). The apartment was quiet and very clean. Steven was very good at communicating and got back to me right away with any concerns. The apartment is located in Midtown and the area felt safe. I highly recommend Steven’s apartment, especially if you are looking for a room with a view and an excellent host.

We had such a great trip thanks to our stay at Andy’s place. Andy was a fantastic host, he responded very quickly, gave us lots of information and was always available if we needed any support. The flat was lovely, very clean and had everything we needed- we especially loved the rooftop space. Public transport into the city was very reliable and quick. We would absolutely recommend a stay at Andy’s place. Thank you Andy!

Such a beautiful place to stay! I felt at home !!! Mini department well equipped with everything to have a long stay! Very clean and cute decorated. Near to bus station approx 5min and subway around 8min walking. I definitely would love to stay here again!

Amazing location and excellent communication. I felt like all the hassle was taken out of my trip and I had nothing to worry about other than enjoying my time in New York. I love how close we are to the main attractions but just far enough away for peace.

Hannah was an excellent and responsive host who went above and beyond for us! The location is directly on Mulberry and has a view of all of the action Little Italy brings. The patio is a lovely amenity and we enjoyed our nights and morning coffees there!

Nice apartment in a Spanish speaking area in New Jersey. It was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. It was a 23 min bus ride to get to New York City. The bus was a little unpredictable when it comes to timing, but was close by and easy to find. We had a good time.

Excellent price and location. Would stay here again, highly recommend.

My friend and I had a great stay at Alex’s place! The proximity to NYC was exactly what we were looking for. The space was clean, quiet at night, and had everything included in the listing. I would recommend this place to others!

My husband, daughter and I thought we picked a great location for our on purpose. We drove, but parking garages are nearby. Of course they are not cheap but better to use buses and walk. We used the buses on 1st and 2nd Ave. Tried 4 restaurants in the area with different cultural cuisine. So good! Rode the tram to Roosevelt island which is walkable from the apt.and the Esplanade is a lovely walk with local parks around. Will go back to this place when we come back to Manhattan.

First let me say that Nestor and his wife are beautiful, welcoming people who I thoroughly enjoyed meeting and talking to. The place is immaculately clean. Everything was easy to find in the unit and I wanted for nothing. I was able to make my own meals and felt like I was at a resort. The bathroom was squeaky clean and the shower water was HOT how I like it! The neighborhood is very safe with kind people. The commute to New York was extremely easy and only 15 minutes via bus from the location. I will definitely be back and recommend this place as an alternative to staying in NYC. Well worth what was paid. Nestor was able to tell me how to commute to the city and where I could find stores. He is extremely responsive.

Sal's place was absolutely wonderful! The location was perfect, especially since it was so close to the bus station, making it easy to get into NYC. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and stylish. Sal was also a fantastic host, providing us with great information and being very responsive to our questions. We would definitely stay here again!

An excellent place to stay in Harlem, centrally located near the 125th street subway station. You can easily get anywhere you want to go quick and easy. Lots of good restaurants nearby, along with bodegas and a (albeit expensive) grocery store. Its nice that the owners live on site, and they were very helpful and friendly. Having a big tub with jets in the room is a huge bonus if you aren't used to the amount of walking you are in for in NY. I'll definitely be back!

Ben’s apartment was great. Nicely updated and clean. We stayed for a concert at MetLife stadium and it was very easy to get to the venue and back. It’s also a quick cab ride to great restaurants and nightlife. Ben was a great host as well. Very responsive and easy to communicate with.

Reynold's place is exactly what we were looking for given the itinerary my group had planned. It definitely had a taste of the residential community feel, and the property/amenities all complimented our stay and requirements. Felt very safe, peaceful and just at home -- yet a few minutes away from local deli shops and groceries. Plus Reynold keeps the place very well kept and stocked. Highly recommended for people with multiple days staying in the area. 👌

This place was really cozy from the walk in it felt like home I’ll definitely be booking again in the near future loved it !!

I just wanna make it clear to anyone that left a bad review because their significant other didn’t show up or stay the night after you bought them a chef and didn’t get a full refund after using the place for a full night. Your blasphemy. It’s a perfect place and Roma is an angel. It was a 10 out of 10 spotless and fully working place to be at and im glad I went had two of the best nights of my life. Loved it 😌

From start to finish this was a brilliant experience. Flat is amazing so well equipped. All the appliances seemed brand new and of very high quality. there is a corner store deli at end of the block. A park a couple of blocks away. . Whilst it is not super close to any single metro it is walking distance to quite a few different lines which makes sightseeing and exploring super easy. We had a couple of really warm days so it was fantastic to have the lovely private deck for breakfast or a drink in the evening . This was one of the best Airbnbs ive been in. Cubyson and team were so kind and accomodating . if you are thinking about this one just do it....clean ...safe ..well equiped and great location. the games room with a big fridge and kitchenette was a perfect hang out space . We were a family group of 6 adults....2 couples and 2 singles so this was perfect.

Overall , Shaquanna’s stay was beautiful. Definitely will be returning. Any issue I had during my stay she was very responsive, helpful and solved my issue as if it were her own. 10/10 !!!
