Wow. What a great experience even with tons of snow. The hot tub was well worth it and the house and fire place were just right. Even my dogs got to enjoy spending time there. Thank you again!

We had a great time at the cabin, it was exactly as described and really looked idyllic in the snow. We‘re already planning to come back again in Summer! David’s communications in the run up to the trip were super helpful, and he got back to us quickly when we had questions even on Christmas Day! Would highly recommend for a beautiful peaceful getaway in Maine. Thanks so much, we‘ll be back!

I can't say enough how the pictures online don't do this place justice. The scenery, the setup, the outdoor fun, the indoor fun, all of it was perfect. Dolly was responsive, accommodating, patient, and responsive. The area is peaceful and quiet, quick to an interstate for other attractions and areas, and the people in the area were friendly. Lots of good info in the rental as well for restaurants and recs. So happy we chose to stay here, it made our girls trip so much more enjoyable. Thank you!!

We recently had a nice and enjoyable stay at this house. It was on a quiet street, great for walking our dogs, and easy to get in to. Like others have said, our code would not work on arrival so we had to spend a few minutes waiting to hear back to figure that out, but they responded quickly. The house was clean and easy to find things. Whoever chose the records did a great job, I was pumped to find Def Leppards 'Pyromania', The Cars' 'Heartbeat City' and The Loaf's 'Bat Out Of Hell'. Unfortunately, there were Eagles records, but we can't all be perfect. The only things to note for others guests: The check-in time of 5pm and a check-out of 10am makes you feel like you are losing time on the property, would love to see either of those moved by a couple of hours. There is also a lack of some important cooking items. The only flat baking sheet was covered in burnt items and there was nothing else like it to use in the oven. We had a wonderful stay at this home for a mother daughter weekend end of March. Great location for each of us coming from different states in New England. The home was very clean, each of us commented on how comfortable the beds were, also loved the good quality linens. The huge dining table was unique for a rental and was awesome for sharing meals and doing arts & crafts. Lots of space and seating in the living room as well. Highly recommend staying here!

The house was perfect for my family and I- plenty of open space for the kids to play and a great yard- even in December with cold weather the kids loved the play gym outside!! The location was amazing with lots of things to do within a few minutes and the food scene was great. Thanks to Ned for a spotless home and great amenities!! We can’t wait to come back in the summer to use the pool!!

LOVED LOVED! My friends and I all agreed that this house looks just like the pictures for once! Very nice unexpected touches/surprises. House had everything you could really need! I believe the host could get away with charging more in my opinion! I hope to come back in the future.

Thank you for a great couple of days in Portland! The house is close to everything while still being far enough away to unwind. We loved coming back from dinner and ending the night in the pool/hot tub. And our dog loved the fenced in backyard; he finally got the hang of the doggie door on the last day :). Thanks to Alexa for being super responsive and providing some great local recommendations!

Enjoyable stay in Harvey's comfortable home for 3 nights with 2 adults and 2 dogs. We loved the layout and decor of the 2 bedrooms, eat-in kitchen with wonderful amenities, 2 sitting areas, nice bathroom with tub and shower and even a breezeway! The backyard was great for the dogs and will be blooming with trees and flowers once winter leaves New Hampshire. Highly recommend Harvey's property. He's most definitely a 5-Star innkeeper!

First off. Let me say the house was great. It was nice and big plenty of room. Very clean we had a big gathering and everyone absolutely loved it and was very satisfied with the price they paid to stay the weekend. Even though we went during the offseason it was still a great time. We Will definetly book this Airbnb again. Thank you Krystal and we will be in contact again.

This was our first experience with an Air B&B and happy that it was with Spencer. Our main reason for the East Coast trip was to see our grandsons football games at Bowdoin College and it was a perfect location. We stayed for seven weeks and loved the experience.

We had a lovely weekend at Debbie's home! It was immaculate and very welcoming. The place is located right off the main road but is secluded. The weather wasn't great so we didn't get to enjoy the grill or outdoor setup but it looked very nice. The kitchen was amazing! All the equipment was in great condition and as a cook, was everything I wanted. Close to everything York has to offer! Great for families or a couple with a dog like us. Highly recommend!

We had a great time! The fenced in yard was perfect for the dog, and a great location just 15 minutes to the downtown area!

Julie was fantastic and always responded in minutes to any questions we had. I love their home manual which is so easy to navigate and has answers for everything. The home is super cozy and the large gas fireplace downstairs was a treat on cooler April mornings. The weather wasn't on our side for 1/2 of short stay, but we had a family olympics inside, using their ping pong table, foosball and connect 4 game. We did get out on kayaks one day - lovely lake, larger than you think! tons of hiking nearby too.

We had an awesome weekend stay at Monique’s cottage. The house was clean and equipped with all amenities listed. The yard space is huge for backyard games. Would definitely stay here again!

As one kiddo said at the end “this is the best weekend ever!” This was the perfect getaway and wished we had more time! Stayed 4 adults and three kids with a dog and had more than enough space! The layout of the house was perfect, as having bedrooms on each side of the house! An incredible area so close to town. 30 minutes to North Conway and just minutes to good food! King Pine is also 20 minutes which has multiple winter activities. The house is also so close to the lake! The space was cozy, had everything you needed, comfortable beds, and what a great surprise to have a dryer for the wet clothes after a day in the snow! Matt was a great host, helpful, fast, and responsive. Would stay here again!
