Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in York Beach

A spotless little cottage right on Long Sands Beach that looks exactly as pictured! Kristen is an excellent host and made our stay in York so enjoyable. You cannot beat the location as the beach is mere steps from the front door, while also being within easy walking distance of Short Sands and its “downtown” area. We loved every second of our stay and would happily book again in the future.

Great place and such a great location!! Hosts were lovely and responsive, had everything you need for a lovely time at the beach!

We spent the weekend here catching up with friends and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The house was cozy and welcoming from the moment we arrived, with beautiful views all around. We’re so thankful we got to stay and make the most of it. There’s so much to do nearby, and it’s just a quick drive to Portsmouth, NH, which has so many great places to explore. Rachel also shared some fantastic recommendations that made our trip even better.

This place is a gem! Exactly like their descriptions and photos, stunning ocean views from both upstairs and downstairs ocean windows, lots of space for large groups/families to be together as well as space of their own. Relaxing for the adults and plenty of fun things for kiddos as well. You can’t beat being a few steps from Nubble Lighthouse, Short Sands beach, and Dunne’s Ice cream! The hosts were always communicative, so we really felt their hospitality! Our family will most definitely be back!

Beautiful little chalet just seconds from the beach. We stayed for a surf event and we loved being walking distance! We will come again.

An outstanding place to stay. It’s even bigger than we thought from the pictures, with tones of nooks to enjoy. The sunroom at the front of the house catches the morning light and makes for an excellent place to relax while waking up. A sandy beach is just a short walk away. Karla was responsive and prompt when we needed her help. We’d love to come back to this captivating stay!

Great cottage in a convenient location. It met our criteria for what we prefer in air Bnb stays: king bed, full kitchen, clean and quiet. The beds felt fine to us. The street was very quiet during our stay. Easy, quick communication with hosts. We would happily come back when in the area. Thank you!

This spot is the perfect location! Just steps away from the ocean and the beautiful boardwalk. At night we would see little bunnies in the yard. SO CUTE. It was such a lovely stay and the space was cozy and comforting. We I’ll definitely be back. :)

We loved our stay at this charming apartment in Rockport! Carol is a very gracious host and the apartment is wonderful - well designed, thoughtfully appointed, new, tasteful and cozy Carol is generous with amenities and with the quality of everything in the apartment. The location is also great -- tucked away in a perfect spot for shopping, eating and seaside walks around this beautiful historic town.

Rachel's place was exactly as described, light and airy and extremely comfortable. Decorated nicely with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Easy to find and convenient location for local exploring. Rachel was an attentive host and communicated well. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

We really enjoyed the location. Restaurants, cafes, parks, and brewpubs are is easy walking distance but the apartment is on a quiet street with not a lot of traffic. It was roomy, comfortable, and peaceful. Getting to the beach is an easy drive; very scenic if you go along the coast road. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

We stayed here with our 9 month old and it was a perfect location. Centrally located with plenty of towns to explore, it was a wonderful place to call home base. We would love to return in the future!

We had a wonderful stay for the UNH graduation weekend. Highly recommend, peaceful setting, comfortably furnished, everything we needed. The full kitchen was very helpful and well stocked for needs, and the grounds were relaxing. Walkable to spots in Dover, easy drive to Durham, close to Portsmouth. Very responsive hosts, would love to return!

Studio by The Sea Barbara&Jim, Traveling alone is often difficult. I felt very secure upon arrival. The hosts were welcoming and happy to greet me. They gave me a tour of the Studio and were very informative about the surrounding area. So much to see and enjoy. I will always hold this Airbnb stay close to me. Come and visit Studio by The Sea! I would recommend it 100%

Just spent 4 days at Christina’s place and had a great time! The location can’t be beat! Beautiful view and right in the middle of all the shops and restaurants. We walked to everything which was great since parking is very difficult to find. Great little coffee house/cafe right across the street was so handy for breakfast. Walked a couple minutes up the road to the infamous Roy Moore Lobster hut for fabulous lobster rolls! Everything you would need is provided at the apartment. Christina even left a little welcome basket with water bottles, snacks and a wonderful candle from her shop downstairs. Would definitely stay here again!

My second stay with Will. A clean, comfortable, quiet unit. Hate to give a five star review because it may be harder to get a reservation next year when I come back for work. 😄

Highly recommend, 2 blocks from the beach and the entire strip. The property provides parking and easy access. The property is clean and vibrant. Plenty of space. Host was gracious and responds to you within minutes. The mattress was a plus, very comfortable. Will definitely return.

Such a cozy place! I was on a trip alone and I felt so comfortable and safe. Definitely a place I’m booking next time I’m back in Maine.

This is a way to truly get away. The studio was gorgeous, the bed was incredibly comfortable and having the ocean right outside was amazing. We only booked for a weekend, but I wish we had booked for a week - so amazing!! Everything was perfect!!

This was a teeny tiny condo (<200 sq ft!) but spotlessly clean, well appropriated, and a great location. The bed was comfy and the loft area was tall enough to sit up and move around. It was a 5 minute walk to Pine Point Beach. There are about dozen other tiny cottages in the condo association, clustered around a central parking lot, so if all of them were full there wouldn’t be a ton of privacy but we were there in the off season and it was peaceful and quiet.
