A fantastic guest house that is easy to find, well decorated with the most comfortable bed, and dog friendly!! If you are looking for a relaxing, convenient, dog friendly place, this is definitely for you!!! If we ever make our way back to Tampa, we’ll definitely stay again.

The location was easy to find. Near the highway but not close enough to hear the traffic. Close to downtown Ybor. Everything we wanted to do including Clearwater Beach, was less than an hour away. I will definitely stay there again. Provided enough towels, washcloths and amenities for everyone. Has a massage bed that inclines. Really nice sitting areas in the back yard that’s gated in. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay.

This was our first time staying in a Airbnb, and I must say it was a wonderful experience. The house was as described and very clean. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. I would recommend this home, and would stay here again. Miladys's was very responsive to all my messages, and was helpful for our first time check in and check out. Victor was very attentive and friendly, giving us a ton of local recommendations. The location was quiet and remote, but within a 10 minute drive to downtown St Pete. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

This is my second time staying at John’s and will continue to do so in the coming years. It’s great for a weekend getaway or extended stay. This is an ideal spot on the river!

My son and I stayed here while on a short trip to Tampa for an event. The place was very easy to find, and very clean. I appreciated the central location and ease of getting around Tampa fairly quickly. Grettel was very responsive to my questions about checking in and checking out. Great stay!

Nima was very fast to respond whenever we needed something, and he was always friendly and kind. The unit is as described, had lots of space and the neighbourhood is quiet/safe. My friends and I had a great time!

Great place close to the Bayshore. Front bedroom stayed a little warm, but the portable fan helped out. Nice location and lots of things in walking distance.

What a wonderful experience!! This condo is even nicer than the pictures! We absolutely loved the view, loved the onsite restaurant, and loved the live music. We hung out on the balcony and enjoyed a spectacular sunset paired with fun live music from the restaurant down below. Parking was a breeze. The security guard was super nice. Pro tip : don’t park in the front of the resort - you have a long walk to the condo with your luggage if you do. Also - there are elevators in the middle of the resort. Something else we didn’t know about bc we parked in front and never noticed them. The resort is quiet, and so lively at the same time. It was so relaxing and a very much needed reset! We will absolutely be back for our next Tampa staycation.

Amazing location, friendly host. Right on the water with lots of fantastic amenities. Great for if not feeling like traveling to get to the beach. Felt very private, overall just great vibes for the family. Nikki is an amazing host, quick to respond and provided recommendations for our stay. Definitely a highlight of our trip!

We really enjoyed relaxing by the pool and having the Big Bamboo bar / restaurant on the premises made it so convenient. The bed was comfortable and shower pressure good. We also appreciated the coffee bar.

Beautiful home, very cute and amazing view as soon as you open the door. Everything is clean and adorable. Everything you need, and there is a bar, pool, sand area with chairs and tiki shades, swings, easy to get into and out of, parking was a breeze. Close to the interstate and local foods and beaches. Saw dolphins from the balcony both mornings!! Beautiful place, I’ll definitely stay again. Also, kid friendly! They have a pack and play, a fan, air Matress, heater, literally everything you need.

View from balcony was exactly as pictured. Gate security were very helpful and friendly. Parking was easy. Area had a very private and peaceful vibe, and not too busy with other people. There were no bugs at all. Kitchen and bathroom were thoughtfully stocked with soaps, linens, coffee, etc.

This place was very clean, and up to date inside. Hot tub was such a plus. Everything matched the photos! Very good price!!

Totally exceeded my expectations!!! Rosana was amazing! Her condo was exquisite. Loved the personal touches and hospitality that was extended. Can't wait to come back!!!
