Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Wyandotte County

We have probably stayed in this property half a dozen times, a fact that may be the best summary review. The pros: professionally managed, always clean, good neighborhood with dedicated parking, big TV, fast internet and a nice covered porch. Walking distance to restaurants, and just a mile from Loose Park, a lovely urban park. The cons: the house is not very big, with two bedrooms and one bath. It is an older home and the wood floors creak when you walk on them. Our party is two adults and two canines, and it works fine for us. Overall, it is our go-to place when visiting Kansas City.

Amazing hosts! We connected before I even arrived on rugby and it was only up from there. Very cool space, responsive, close to everything. Had a great boys weekend with some of my best college friends. Highly recommend

The place was spacious and the best for me and my family. I don’t have one thing negative to say about our stay. On top of everything being perfect I have to give the host a lot of appreciation. This was one of the sweetest and most peaceful Airbnbs our family has stayed in. So many thoughtful touches and absolutely beautiful surroundings while being a super short drive to everything! We loved it!

The place was beautiful. Pool and hot tub were amazing. The weather wasn’t great so we didn’t get to use them to their fullest extent. Beautiful landscaping outdoors and plenty of space for our family. Autumn was prompt and responsive to any questions we had. The kids had a great time and we would definitely stay here again.

Our group had a great stay while attending a teen event at MidAmerica Nazarene University. It was close enough to walk when needed or to relax between events. There was plenty of space for our group to spread out. We look forward to staying again!

William's place was a wonderful house to come with my grandkids. they lived in the heated pool while we enjoyed the hot tub immensely. the beds are comfortable the kitchen well stocked there was plenty of space for 8 of us, we felt very much at home. William was so great with communication which I really appreciated. I can't say enough good things about both the house and the host. thank you so much for a great trip to Lenexa, can't wait to return.

Great location for walking to downtown events and amazing value compared to what the downtown hotels were charging that weekend! Loved how spacious, modern, and clean it felt. Rooftop pool was a super fun amenity!

Wonderful Guest House! Very comfortable bed & well stocked kitchen. Location was a great homebase as we explored Shawnee and Kansas City. We enjoyed meeting John and Cora (and their dogs.). They were friendly and helpful. We hope to return this summer and use the pool!

Location, location, LOCATION! If you're visiting Kansas City and what to experience everything the city has to offer, this is the Airbnb for you. Here's why: You're a 2-min walk from the cafes, restaurants, and entertainment of the Plaza. A 15-minute walk to the world-renowned Nelson Atkins museum. A few minutes by car from Loose Park, Brookside/Waldo, Midtown, and more. Plus easy highway access to Downtown, River Market, and the surrounding area. The Airbnb itself is clean, cozy, and comfortable. The kitchen in our unit was AWESOME -- complete with a gas stove. I grew up in Kansas City so take it from a native son: You can't beat this location! A+ and will definitely book again when I'm in town.

Really enjoyed staying at this house. The house was extremely nice and clean. The beds, pillows, sheets and towels were all top notch. No problems at all. Our family really enjoyed the home, and the location was great for our outings and visiting our daughter close to the KU medical center. Will definitely try to stay here again on our next visit to KC.

Loved this cozy place! The home is so beautiful inside and out. The decor is outstanding! The beds are really plush and cozy. Backyard is fenced in and spacious. Neighborhood is quiet & charming, and the neighbors are so kind. We went for morning walks and there are a few nice parks nearby. As a nature photographer, I was very impressed with Wassmer Park and their unique flower garden. So beautiful even in January. We had a bunch (!) of snow during our stay and Doug was super responsive and helpful. The village shops are so quaint. Highly recommend the French Market and the Tavern. They have delicious salmon (Tavern), chicken, veggie dishes, coffee, and breakfast (French Market). We will be back!!

Nice peaceful setting with plenty of birds and a cool secluded long entrance lane. Check-in is easy and the place is spacious. Goats were a blast. Windows are located on all sides and are easily opened, yet good functional blinds are also present for privacy. Very nice TV and good wifi connection.

I traveled with my dog and cat and I didn't have any problems in here. Also, Kellie is very attentive and kind. Thank you!

Location is great, everything you need close by and could walk to Panera for a meal since it’s right down the street. Quaint older home with older home characteristics. Beds are comfortable and sofa was clean. Area seemed safe and I was just able to fit my minivan into the one open space of garage. I prefer to stay in locations with a garage available. If you’re looking for a no frills, great location, this is it. Easy check in.
