Very cozy, clean room with a mini-fridge and filtered water. They just put a new memory foam mattress on the bed, which was very comfortable. Stella was quick to respond to messages and very kind and accommodating. It was so nice to come back to this very private and quiet room after a long day out in the city! Within walking distance of several metro stations.

Wonderfu, spacious apartment, perfect location near the subway, safe neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants nearby.

Jian's place is clean, comfortable, and a good value for a short stay. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, the apt is a 15 minute bus ride to downtown Flushing, and 5 minutes by uber from LGA. The neighborhood is quiet, and I felt very safe walking late at night. However you will hear the planes taking off from LGA. Check-in is via a keypad and Jian responds quickly to any questions. There was a glitch at the beginning of the stay which Jian resolved quickly. The nearest subway into Manhattan is from downtown Flushing, so traveling into Manhattan can take 90 minutes, or even longer if returning late at night as the buses from Flushing run less frequently. The bed and linens are comfortable and of good quality, the bathroom has a large step-in shower with great water pressure and instant hot water. Flushing is a great destination for authentic Chinese food with more variety and better prices than Chinatown. I definitely recommend Jian's place.

Amazing place to stay — (2 of us, did not cook, etc while we were guests) clean, spacious, no detail overlooked, comfy bed, great location, nearby restaurants & coffee shops, renovated, perfect place to rejuvenate after a day of activities. My husband and I were in town for a wedding. Our daughter flew in to join us. We opted for Hugo’s place instead of tiny hotel rooms in NYC. I am SO glad we did! Great space. Clean and quiet with a kitchen and snacks! Walking distance to 50 different restaurants. Uber and Lyft drivers were under 5 minutes out each time we ordered a ride. We would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was exactly as described. Clean and comfortable. Responsive hosts. The building is very nice. Excellent facilities including well-equipped gym and very clean throughout. Professional and friendly staff. The only shortcoming was wifi not working during our stay. This was not a big problem for us but might be if not resolved for the next guest. We notified Greystar on our 2nd day and they were responsive but unable to resolve the issue for whatever reason. I am sure they will resolve, but something to be aware of. Still, I would recommend.

I enjoyed my stay during my trip. Buses near the Bnb for easy travel to and from downtown ny. Clean space and great amenities. Christine was very helpful and quickly responded to any concerns/questions. Quiet neighborhood.

Adham & Yossr's place is the perfect place to stay if you are flying into LaGuardia and don't want to rent a car. We were able to walk to Citi Field, Black Sheep Coffee & Amigo's Deli (both on Astoria Blvd - Amigo's has a GREAT chopped cheese hero), as well as catch a bus or walk to the subway station if you're looking to explore Manhattan, Brooklyn, LIC, etc. The apartment was clean, spacious and exactly as listed with clear check in/check out instructions. It's in a quiet and safe neighborhood and even though it's by an expressway, you can't hear it. Comfortable bed and the shower was awesome. If we're ever back in Queens, we'll definitely book here again!

Perfect stay for a few days in Brooklyn! Easy to access - very spacious for a group trip!

Great place to stay while visiting family. As I grew up in the area I know my way around, but easy to get around for anyone! The bay is a beautiful site when you walk up the block. There are many places to visit in walking distance as well as plenty of transportation choices withing walking distance. Plenty of places to eat as well, with many different choices of food. Nice private quite apartment, I will be staying again in the Fall.

Benjamin was a great host and very responsive. We have 3 dogs that travel with us and sometimes finding an Airbnb can be difficult. With a dedicated parking spot and grassy fenced in back yard this Airbnb was perfect for us. The space looked just like the photos, clean and everything we needed. The location was great, a quick walk to the light rail and we were able to get over to the city quickly. Will definitely be looking to book here again when we travel this way in the future.

This is the best air bnb experience I have ever had. The place itself was absolutely beautiful, curated thoughtfully, attention to detail, every comfort you could want and more. I was best man for a wedding, and this served as home base for the wedding party. They all also got air bnbs in NYC and it was just an onslaught on complaints - this air bnb was nothing but rave review. A big part of that was the host, Anthony. Anthony was extremely accomodating, responsive, generous, thoughtful, proactive - and kind. I am 100% going to be looking to stay here every time I come to NYC, I feel no desire to go anywhere else or even consider a hotel. If you're thinking about it, just do it - you will not regret it. 10/10!!!!

We had a great stay at Ken and Jasen's apartment! The location was great; walkable to many restaurants and cafes, as well as the Grove Street PATH station to easily commute into NYC. The apartment itself was lovely, clean, and well appointed. It was a comfortable stay for 2 nights for our family of 4. Would 100% stay here again on a future visit!

Being welcomed by the entire family to getting end to end support during the stay, it was a great experience staying at this bnb .. amazing view , kitchen fully stacked , very prompt response , extremely helpful attitude… would recommend stay here if you want to be just around NYC but don’t want the hustle bustle of the city

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is just like the photos, and in a lovely neighborhood with grocery, coffee, restaurants, subway, etc. nearby. The bed is super comfortable...amazing water pressure...all located in a quiet building. I would definitely stay here again!
