Private guest suite in heart of Palmyra! 4 Churches corner in background! Centrally located for sites of The Church of Jesus Christ of Lds and near Erie Canal Trail! Has its own bedroom, bathroom, living room, dining room, and small washer/dryer. No full kitchen but a few small appliances. No bathtub but small shower. Front part of 1st floor of house separated from host side by door, potential for noise. Within 30-45 min to Finger Lakes, Rochester, Shopping, Skiing, Lake Ontario beaches, nature.

It’s a true separate in-law house in a walk out basement. It’s completely furnished & includes a living room, bathroom. laundry room, kitchen, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, a full size bed off the living room, a day bed with a twin bed and a trundle twin underneath in the living room, and 2 full size air mattresses & 3 TVs. Victor is a suburb of Rochester with many hiking trails. There are wineries, lakes, casinos, & colleges. Its approx. 20 mins from Bristol Mt & we have many theatres.

1845 School House in the Heart of Pultneyville

Fully renovated in the spring of 2021. According to the Pultneyville Historical Society, the first school, a small crude building, was built on this site in 1808. It burned in 1816 and was replaced by a larger schoolhouse. The cobblestone building was built in 1845 and served as a school until 1943 when the Williamson School District centralized. It is now a private residence. Notice the cobbles set at an angle. A metal bar circles the building as reinforcement — a modern addition.

This historic farm house has a lot to offer with 5 bedrooms and can hold up to 10 people. In the den/game room there is a pull out couch for an additional guest if needed. There is a large kitchen and dining room with seating up to 12. Come enjoy a long weekend with us. We are centrally located between Sodus Point and the City of Rochester. We loved our stay! The ponds were just beautiful and we enjoyed them with our morning coffee. The site is a little hidden oasis. The house was spotless and very comfortable for our family of five adults. Addison was a pleasure and could not have been more helpful and accommodating with any questions or requests. I only hope this home is available the next time we are in the Rochester area.

This was a wonderful place to stay while in town visiting family. It's very comfortable and spacious. It is an older (historic) home so you can hear through the walls and there are some various noises but I didn't find it disruptive and we slept great. The location is in a beautiful well kept neighborhood. The original features like the fireplaces and trim were beautiful. There's a brand new kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, large sink, fridge, toaster and everything we needed.
