Cabin vacation rentals in West Point

This is a lovely home with a very welcoming host. The property is well maintained, very comfortable, and we loved exploring the surrounding areas. I highly recommend this place for couples and families.

I had a wonderful time with my family at Stacy’s home! The hot tub was warm and ready when we arrived. Our dogs felt at home. The instructions were very thorough and provided lots of recommendations of things to do in the area. The gym was also wonderful to take advantage of some down time. We definitely recommend this house and hope to return.

My husband, daughter and I, along with my friend and her family had a beautiful stay. The home is soacious, peaceful and gas everything you need. John was very responsive, we're low maintenance travelers so we didnt need much. The hot tub was heated and ready when we arrived. We used the oven toasters, the kitchen was filled with housewares. If you're into yoga/mind body connection there's lots of books to read and relax. We played cornhole outside. John had firewood reasy. The fire place is beautiful and easy to use. Locally we ebjoyed The Outpost, Fox and Hare Brewery, The Eldred. I can go on and on.

My partner and I enjoyed our little quick much needed getaway. Cabin was quaint and comfortable. Hot tub with a full moon overlooking the river was so peaceful. Lots of wildlife, even a pair of Eagles made an appearance. Nearby hiking during the day and delicious dinner in town at night. Erica was great in sending messages a few days prior with recommendations of where to dine and visit. Much needed escape was worth it!

This Air B & B was perfect for our weekend getaway! The house was very clean and filled with activities for our group. The hot tub was clean and relaxing and the set up in the backyard was perfect for a cozy night under the stars!

What a spot. We 10/10 recommend Zink Cabin. It's a one-of-a-kind gem. It's peaceful, it's beautiful, it's welcoming and cozy, it's perfectly stocked and set up. We worked and relaxed for a week and would definitely return. Some quick notes in case they help your stay: - so many great touches from the hosts (thank you!) - great coffee, local tips, sonos system, games, robes - there's not a ton of hiking directly from the cabin ((maybe not any?) but drive 15-20 mins and there's tons of the best hiking. Don't miss Minnewaska Park. - wifi is fast - it's a little tight for two people to do work calls at the same time (unless one can be outside, which is lovely) - dinner at inness restaurant in Accord is a great splurge Book it!

Thank you so much for an incredible stay! My partner and I really took advantage of the peace and quiet to relax. The jacuzzi was our favorite part, along with the beautiful scenery. The heated tiles in the bathroom also added a special touch during the April chilliness. The bed and sheets were soft and comfortable. Waking up with the sun rise and the mountains in the distance was so refreshing. Our first night, all around the cabin was covered in snow and it was like a Winter Wonderland. The moonlight reflecting off the snow was magical. The following day, the sun came out and melted all the snow, revealing so much greenery. We were able to walk around the property and explore in the forest a bit, admiring a closer view of the pond. We made pasta on the stove and managed to get anything we needed from an Aldi, 10 min. away. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to get away from everything to get some peace and quiet! Great place to stay and forget about the rest of the world’s problems! Quiet and comfortable, had one question about smoking on the screen porch and Dylan responded immediately. Definitely will repeat next April for our annual hiking trip.

Perfect weekend getaway. Love coming up to Livingston Manor and this gem of a spot with the gentle river running alongside the back of the property ended up making this trip therapeutic! Hoping to return soon!

We had an amazing valentines weekend and my dog couldn’t have had more fun ! This private cabin in the neck of the woods can truly be described as a real getaway ! It has a beautiful landscape and is strapped with everything we needed and more. After a full day of hikes in the local area, we found ourselves snowed in and enjoyed some card games. We had an outdoor fire in the stone pit and made some smores. Colleen and Julian were also super accommodating for us due to the weather conditions as well. They are beyond helpful ! Thank you guys ! Will definitely be back !

Maria and Max’s place was everything we dreamed of! It was a nice seclude, a cabin with a large backyard and a wonderful fire pit. We loved the decor inside the house, the beds were extremely comfortable, and everything was as described. It’s in a great location approximately 20 to 30 minute drive to multiple cute small towns in Catskills. We can’t wait to bring our friends back next time!

Kevin’s dacha was wonderfully homey, abundantly well-equipped, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The Eastern European decor and theme was inspiring and lovely for us. The wood stove, book collection, and game collection were major highlights for us that made the weekend. The instructions and local guide provided were perfect— we ended up using the suggestions provided heavily— and Kevin was super responsive and helpful when needed. Honestly, one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! Thanks so much for such a wonderful stay!!

We had the most wonderful stay at Larry’s cabin in Smallwood! From the moment we booked, Larry was incredibly kind, helpful, and communicative. His advice on local activities and attractions was spot on and truly made our trip memorable. The cabin itself was cozy, warm, and inviting—exactly what we were hoping for. The fireplace was such a fantastic feature, adding so much charm to the space. It was incredibly easy to use, and Larry thoughtfully supplied plenty of firewood, kindling, and paper, making it hassle-free to enjoy cozy evenings by the fire. We also loved watching the local wildlife around the property! The deer often came up to the cabin, and it was such a treat to see them up close—it added to the peaceful, natural atmosphere of the area. Our dog, Lily, had the time of her life exploring the yard, which was perfect for her! On Larry’s recommendation, we visited the Smallwood dog park, and it was a highlight for Lily. We loved our stay at Joe & Barb's place! The cabin is delightful; beautiful surrounds, peaceful and quiet while being just a short drive from the amenities of New Paltz. Joe gave us great tips for nearby hikes, and we enjoyed a tour of the veggie garden (with full credit to Barb the gardener!), and hearing about the sustainability/eco-friendly initiatives of the property. We had the best time at Amanda s cabin in the woods. So cozy, so comfortable. It was impeccably clean. I wish I could live there. Amanda responded right away, the fact that it is pet friendly is a plus!!! I want to come back as soon as possible. If you want a little getaway, THIS is your spot. My husband, myself and our furry baby had the best cozy time ( FYI: I m all about cozy!) Thank you for everything. For those who are like me, you have found the perfect place! Enjoy 😉

We had a fantastic stay! The place was really beautiful and large! Close proximity to some great sights, and it was very very clean! Rhona was very helpful and responsive and told us we could check in at any time, which made traveling much less stressful! The only thing was that the shower caused a leak above the dining table - it didn’t bother us, Rhona said that it sometimes happens if the shower deism so clogged. Also, good to be aware that you can hear everything through the walls - which was actually helpful for us because we could hear the baby that slept in the room right above us. Didn’t even need the monitor. Overall, we loved our stay and would definitely come again!

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay at the Forest Nook in Wurtsboro, NY! She’s by far the most hospitable host we’ve ever encountered! She made us feel like family from the moment we arrived & even baked us a fresh blueberry loaf which was a perfect treat after a long flight! Throughout our stay, she went above and beyond her duties as a host. It honestly felt like we had known her for years. Her cabin is breathtaking, with a million-dollar lake view that we will never forget. From sunrise to sunset, you won't find a more peaceful, quiet, or beautiful spot. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking to get away from a big city & want a peaceful, relaxing stay. Everything you need is just a short 15-minute drive away in Middletown, and the drive is an experience in itself, winding through a gorgeous green landscape, as if you're cruising through a lush green forest. Vanessa made our stay incredibly comfortable & unforgettable! We will definitely be returning!

We had a great time staying at Kathy's cabin! It was the perfect size for the two of us, and we felt like the location was a great balance of secluded/private yet still accessible to fun things to do. We also really appreciated all of Kathy's recommendations (in the guidebook) - we went to at least four or five of them and enjoyed them all.
