Shirley was an excellent, thoughtful host who was very kind and checked on us multiple times during our stay. Shirley's place was very clean, well-stocked, and well-decorated. I could tell that a lot of thought and care was put into the space. It felt like a home away from home! I would definitely book again!

Ruby is very responsive. She met me in person to check me in which is what I prefer. She made sure I was comfortable before she left me alone. She offered toothpaste and toothbrush which is exceptional. I haven't ever been offered such before anywhere. She also provided juice and even honey. She definitely provided bottled water for drinking and for the coffee machine. I'd definitely stay there again. I highly recommend her place.

Clean, cozy place, has everything you need. Nice location can get to anywhere in the city easily. Walking distance from White Sox. Will definitely stay here again. Great host

Russell's place is as advertised. It is clean, it is well equipped, and it has two very comfortable bedrooms. It is a bit out of the way, so if you don't mind taking Uber to going in and out of the place, that shouldn't be a problem. If there is any negative trait I'd say there is a very strong smell outside the apartment, in the stairs. But you can't smell it inside the apartment. And sometimes you can hear the upstairs neighbors walking. But overall it is a good place and I didn't have any problem.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The place was gorgeous, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. We especially loved the cinema room, which made our evenings so fun and relaxing. Every amenity we could possibly need was available, making our stay effortless and enjoyable. The host was fantastic, friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions we had. my friends and i stayed at Bosede’s lovely home for sueños festival weekend! it was lovely very quiet neighborhood. we had everything we needed from towels and shampoo/conditioner/body wash to extra blankets or pillows! we all enjoyed our stay and Bosede is a great host!

I had a nice stay at this place in Chicago. Everything went smoothly and the space had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. There was one issue during my stay, but the host responded quickly and resolved it right away, which I really appreciated. The location is excellent—close to lots of restaurants, shops, and attractions like Soldier Field. Overall, a very nice place to stay and I’d definitely consider booking again.

It was very well maintained, and the apartment felt very peaceful. The area is also very nice, everything you could need is within 10 minutes walking distance.

I was in town for the holidays to see family and friends. I'm originally from Chicago, but I left 30 years ago, so returning to live in the Host Airbnb brought back memories, making me feel at home. Interestingly, while driving, I recalled living right down the street from the Airbnb when I was a kid, thus it came full circle for me. My wife also loved it. Thank you so much for hosting us. Nice appartment in West loop, well equipped and the access to a gym & pool is a plus. Cloud9 staff was responsive and helpful.

We had a great time. We stayed for about 3 days got to use the hot tub for some much needed relaxing. The kitchen had a great assortment cooking pans and utensils. There was plenty of blankets for us to feel right at home. Very close to the park and the 606.

It was a great place to stay definitely felt like home! I went for the weekend and the restaurants around there were great. They communicated very well when I had questions and responded with good time. Thank you and I’ll see you next year! :)

I booked this Air BNB for my girlfriend's birthday weekend and my surprise proposal! Ashlee was very responsive, super helpful, just an overall great host! She went out of her way to decorate the master bedroom for me with rose petals, tea lights, champagne and all! There were snacks in the kitchen, the place was clean and tidy, our group really felt at home! The vibes were everything, and so were the VIEWS from the rooftop!!!! Thank you Ashlee!!

We stayed with my family for 3 days n loved the place it's ambience, cleanliness, very well equipped with all the necessities.....this place definitely feels like home and the hosts are very kind and quick with there response. Wherever in future I am coming to chicago shall book this place.

We had an amazing weekend stay! The place was beautiful and our host was very understanding and accommodating to anything we needed! The couches and bed was very soft and comfortable to lay on. The bathroom was extremely nice and we felt like we had plenty of space! Anytime I come to Chicago I will make sure to stay here if possible!

We had two families for a total of 9 people - there was plenty of amenities to keep the kids busy! They loved the hot tub, the arcade, the movie theatre room and the massage chair. The adults loved the rooftop terrace! Mariam was good about answering questions and the home was clean. Some of the arcade games and the controls for the massage chair and some of the TV’s were hard to figure out but overall we would highly recommend this rental! Truly a unique and one of a kind place!
