Donovan was an exceptional host—very accommodating and attentive throughout our stay. He checked in regularly to make sure everything was going well, which we really appreciated. The unit itself was excellent: clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. I highly recommend staying here, and I’d definitely book with Donovan again in the future!

This was a fantastic place. It was better than the pictures. The space was very clean and had many personal touches to make you feel at home. Michael was very responsive. This is a space I would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Perfect location! We went to a concert at ford field and it was only a 10-15 minute walk. We felt super safe the whole time. The surrounding area from the air b and b to ford field felt very safe, and the room itself also felt very safe. Room was very clean and check in went smoothly. It was great having someone at the front desk for any help/ questions. We parked right across the street. It’s advertised as $80 over night, but once you tell them where you’re staying it drops to $30 over night. Would stay here next time we’re visiting Detroit!

Kyle's place was perfect for our needs. The fully equipped kitchen made it possible for us to enjoy home cooked meals which was nice. The full working laundry 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms was fantastic. It was good to come home & relax after our long days of visiting our brother who was in a hospice in Waterford. What I loved most about Kyle's place was that it felt comfortable, spacious & homely. Thank you Kyle.

My stay at Carole’s Motown Oasis was wonderful, choked full of amenities and plenty space to stretch out. It was clean and ready for a peaceful stay. Perfectly equipped for a short or long stay. Plenty of desk space for work and tv equipped in every room. It has a nice walk out patio perfect sunbathing or morning breakfast. All around great stay and better host cant wait to visit again.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and felt so homey and welcoming from the moment we walked in. It was absolutely perfect for our needs—comfortable, well-equipped, and thoughtfully arranged. The location couldn’t have been better—close to everything we wanted to see and do, but still quiet and peaceful at night. And the host was friendly and helpful, making the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

Auntie Blondie (as she told me to call her) was an awesome host. She was very thorough giving me a tour of the property and was a phone call away when I needed anything. Our host Ian is excellent and communicated perfectly. The rental is an awesome space to enjoy and is walkable to local shops and restaurants as well a very very short trip to downtown Royal Oak. Excellent area. We were able to enjoy the roof deck hot tub which was an excellent bonus during our stay. I definitely recommend if this space fits what you’re looking for. Again, excellent hosts. We will consider coming back.

The condo is very nice and Sequoyah has added the extras that made my stay great. The bedding was really soft and comfortable and the bed was adjustable!! I thought the phone charger cords for any kind of cell phone was a thoughtful touch and I appreciated the small refrigerator in the room. I only wish I had brought the sign-in information for the TV apps I subscribe to to use on Roku. This place was not far from my event and near shopping and restaurants. At first, I was not sure about going upstairs, but it wasn’t a big flight or difficult. Sequoyah met me outside and helped me carry my stuff. I thought that was considerate. The price was very reasonable and would, definitely, stay here again.

I stayed here for work, it was five minutes from my job and easily accessible to all major roads. Grocery store around the corner to get groceries the complex is clean, quiet, and cozy.

Ruth Ellen's place is a gem! It is located near anything you might want or need but feels private and secluded. As a plus, Ruth Ellen is wonderful and is an excellent communicator.

We had an excellent stay at his beautiful place! Everything was easy to access and extremely convenient. Additionally, the hosts were extremely responsive and helpful throughout the entire booking process, as they answered my several questions due to me being new to Airbnb. Overall, our experience was fantastic!

Mornings started with fresh coffee, and the spacious work areas made it easy to stay productive. As two families traveling together, the layout and thoughtful amenities suited our needs perfectly, balancing comfort and functionality. Helena is very friendly and accommodating, the house is cozy and beautifullydecorated. You feel as if you are at home.

Julius’s place was perfect. Everything exceeded expectations. The home was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. It had everything we needed and more, which made our stay smooth and enjoyable. You can tell it’s well cared for and thoughtfully set up. Julius was also very accommodating when we needed to adjust our reservation due to some minor changes in our plans. Communication was easy and pleasant throughout. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

We were in town for work and this was the perfect location for a downtown Ferndale weekend. The home was clean, well decorated, and the perfect size for us! Sam was a very responsive and helpful host, I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Ronald’s. The neighborhood was quiet and it was easy to get to the city. The Airbnb had everything we needed and there was plenty of room to spread out. The space was clean and updated with some vintage charm. I would absolutely stay here again next time I’m in Detroit. Thanks for a wonderful experience.
