Exactly as advertised. Great space and great host. Went above and beyond to help us have a good trip.

Iva is the most amazing host I’ve experienced so far! She’s very kind, generous, and attentive! I will definitely be searching the availability of her place prior to future visits to Serbia! An amazing apartment in a superb location. Walking distance to pretty much everything. The apartment itself feels bigger in real life and is filled with plenty natural light. There is a bit of noise from the neighbours and their dog upstairs due to the exposed original ceilings throughout the apartment. However, would definitely stay here again and recommend!

We stayed at Jasmina's place for a week with our 6/7-person team for an offsite, and it was great! There was plenty of space for everyone to have privacy while also being able to work together. The option to have breakfasts and BBQs prepared for an additional fee was a nice touch. One thing to note is that there’s no kitchen available for cooking, but this was clearly communicated upfront, so it wasn't a surprise. Overall, a fantastic place for a team retreat or group stay!

Wonderful space, above expectations. Too bad we got to rain the whole stay, since the houseboat is a good drive from the city. Then there are not many outdoor facilities that are possible to use on the houseboat itself. But we had a lot of fun. Incredibly nice host

First of all welcoming and very nice people ! Very clean and organized apartment, As advertised on the app. Location is close to all the things you need as a tourist. Very clear communication and fast responses . I definitely will be back. Thank you for the awesome time !

We’ve stayed at several places in Belgrade and this is our favorite! The location could not be better. We brought our baby and there was a pack n play/crib already set up for us, which we really appreciated. There were also some children’s toys. The place is beautiful and well decorated, showcasing the wonderful location across from the theatre. We even saw 2 famous Serbian actors on the street during our time there. You can occasionally hear opera singers practicing across the street, which we thought was so unique and special! We will definitely choose to stay here our next time in Belgrade.

Unique accommodation! Every detail is well thought out, from the interior to the amenities. Our stay was comfortable and cozy. Milan was incredibly friendly, met us in person, and showed us around the house, making the check-in process smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this place for those who appreciate comfort and great hospitality!

Perfect apartment to visit. Especially if you want to visit Hram Svetog Save. Very spacious with many bedrooms and bathrooms. Also a garden that is beautiful which the pictures almost don’t show. Highly recommended!
