Location wise it doesn't get any better than this. From the peaceful balcony you have an amazing green view. The place is easily accessible by public transport (bus & metro). This bright flat was fully refurbished in the summer of 2021 with high standard materials and has all possible amenities available for a perfect stay.

It has an amazing view over Universitate Square and the Intercontinental Hotel, a cozy small balcony and a small but fully equipped kitchen. At ground floor you will find a Korean shop, restaurants and teraces across the street. One minute away, on the main boulevard you can find ATM and 24/7 open market.
