We had a wonderful time at this apartment! Rayna is an incredibly thoughtful and responsive host and went above and beyond in making the experience comfortable and easy. The apartment itself is very charming, lots of light and very well stocked with everything you might need during your stay. The location is great, on a quiet street but right next to the metro and tram lines, and plenty of cute cafes nearby. I would definitely stay here again! One note-it is on the top floor and there is no elevator so if you have mobility issues that could be difficult, but we had no issues ourselves.

Adrian and Estef were extremely helpful, provided me early check in and late check out as I needed it due to a late flight. The studio was spotless clean, brand newly remodeled, cozy and comfortable. Great mattress with a good back support, enough towels and blankets. The location couldn’t be any better , few minutes away from SERDICA Metro Station, giving you fast access to the Airport and walkable distance to most popular places downtown Sofia. It was a lucky find for me and I am grateful to the hosts , their care and generous hospitality!

I and my 24 year old niece and friend loved staying at Jenny’s place! It was clean, comfortable and very nicely decorated! My niece and her friend were working remotely and had everything they needed. My niece did her wash which she appreciated. The neighborhood and area were fantastic , with many cafes, shops, parks and pedestrian areas. We felt safe there as female travelers. Jenny was very proactive and responsive from beginning to end.

I thoroughly enjoyed this cozy flat. It has a big bedroom. The kitchen and living room have all the amenities you need for a week in Sofia or to work from home. Everything was clean. It's quiet, yet very central. You can walk to tram & bus stops or to Vitosha boulevard. Nikola was always proactive and friendly.

Unbeatable location on a nice, well lit street in the city center. Many great restaurants and cafes right out the front door (Altruist cafe was our favorite!). The place itself was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay in Sofia. The hosts are kind and very responsive too. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time in this apartment. The apartment is cozy and very close to the center. It is easy to get around from there, main sights are reachable by foot as well as nice cafes, restaurants and shops. The tram station is also nearby. We stayed at Nikola's place for a bit more than a week and had a great time. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The view over the city and the park from the balconies is something we enjoyed. The area is one of our favorite one in Sofia. You have South Park next door, a lot of small nice cafés on the small streets (can recommend Pandora Bakery) and a great shopping center as well as a metro stop less than 5 minutes away. We didn't use the metro though, as you can walk into the centre through the park and NDK in 15-20 minutes. Nikola was very responsive and easy to communicate with, so the check-in and check-out process was easy. We didn't really use the kitchen, but seems like all appliances you need are there. The Wifi worked perfectly, so if you need to get some work done, you can easily do that. Overall a great place in a very cozy neighborhood. Thanks Nikola!

My wife and daughter were traveling alone. The place was beautiful and very clean. They felt very comfortable and safe from the beginning. Chavdar's description was very accurate and made it possible to find the apartment quickly. We have never had the luxury of a homepage specially designed for the guests of Chavdar with tips and recommendations for trips, restaurants and e.g. taxi companies. GREAT!!!! Amazing place. Located right in the center of Sofia, at few minutes from Starbucks, Costa Coffee, the national theater and parks. 5 minutes walk from Vitosha Boulevard. The apartment was so great, everything to cook, dishwasher, laundry machine, dryer. Can't recommend enough. Will definitely come back at the same place next time I'm in Sofia.
