Amazing location. Within 5 minutes walking are the Spanish Steps. Tons of amazing restaurants hidden in the surrounding alleys. 6 minutes to the tram taking us to the train station. Quiet and peaceful at night while trying to sleep. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, especially with our changing arrival time! Very happy with our stay here!

Our stay here was great. The charming old village of Calcata Vecchia is unique with amazing sights around every corner. The space was very cozy with a comfortable bed and all the small touches to make us feel at home. The Harry Potter collection suited the home and added a whimsical touch 💕 And finally the view from the rooftop terrace can’t be beat!

Perfect place for relaxation and peace. Great big place where you can feel like home!

Roberto is an excellent host. He accompanies you quietly and discreetly throughout the stay and is always available to answer questions. The kitchen equipment exceeds all expectations and prepares you for a nice start and stay. Gladly again and highly recommended.

The house overlooks a beautiful valley, overlooking the cliffs and the walls of Amelia. Swallows dart near the window... a wonderful view. The apartment is very clean and tastefully furnished. Marco was very kind and helpful in giving us info on everything that could be useful to us. At Amelia's we were treated very well and we felt "pampered". We also had a lot of useful information from the Municipality on how to best spend our stay, including directions to the most beautiful sites to visit, both natural and cultural

Hi, we came for 4 days for a weekend. The accommodation is very well connected by transport, the instructions are very detailed. The hosts are super responsive, kind, helpful and offer us a lot of suggestions to help us. The accommodation, although it is in the basement, is very nice and convenient, all amenities are nearby. Monuments are quickly accessible by public transport. We had a great time in Avignon. Thank you

A wonderful place, secluded, perfect for those who want to be quiet. The garden in front of the house has sun loungers, a pergola with chairs and tables is a marvel with direct views of the lake. Eating outdoors during the sunset on Lake Bolsena was wonderful. A place I recommend to all couples who want some privacy. Not very suitable for families with small children. Convenient location to visit Viterbo, Orvieto and all the beauty of the surroundings. Hello, the managers who immediately responded to any of our questions and requests. I cannot say enough about Klevin. The apartment was exactly as described, clean, gorgeous, quiet, comfortable, easy to access. Most importantly, Klevin was ALWAYS accessible to us. We were robbed in Rome and Klevin went above and beyond to help us get new passports in time to make our cruise. We owe our entire vacation to him and his kindness.

It is a tidy and cozy accommodation in a peaceful countryside. You can feel the host's sincerity in the house. But it was a little cold. I was satisfied with everything else.

A cozy place that was built with lots of passion and love. I had an amazing stay in Rome, had the pleasure of meeting Cristiana & Pietro who made sure I would feel at home, gave me a list of al the nicest not so touristy spots to see and eat at (as per my inquiry) and made sure I make the best of my holiday. ♥️

It starts with communication with Massimiliano who responds quickly and is very accommodating, then a very nice welcome with him and his father. They are very kind and explain well in detail. We had a fantastic stay at Leonardo's "LA CASA DI GIULIANA” place! The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect for everything we planned. Communication with the host was fast, friendly, and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy and smooth. We especially loved the location, the the cozy balcony and the quiet surroundings. Everything we needed was available and thoughtfully prepared. The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very safe. We truly felt at home throughout our stay. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality! Very private and lovely little house located in an olive grove.

We had a wonderful night and everyone in our group loved this beautiful place!! The house, the environment, the host, and the view are all fabulous! Really appreciated the breakfast prepared for us - those are some of the best croissants that we had in Italy :) My daughter forgot her terry bear after we checked out, so I contacted Antonio, who came over at a timely fashion and opened the door for us, which we really appreciated! I would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially if you would like to spend a few days in the area, as that's what we plan to do next time - one night is not enough!

The building is very secure. It was easy to walk to from the train station. It has a lift, which is always a plus! The main sights of Rome are a longish walk (25 min), but Rome has good public transportation and Uber. If you use Uber, do not choose the taxi option, Twice that didn't work. Stick to Uber's regular options. The apartment is in a nice neighborhood with walkable restaurants. Our favorite feature was the beautiful balcony terrace of the apartment that is quite large. Marco is a friendly and helpful host, who left us plenty of essentials in the kitchen. He even offered to put up drying lines, but we were not doing laundry during our 2 night stay. We would definitely stay here again!!

Carmen's place was fantastic! This review won't do full justice to the amount of satisfaction, comfort we had during our stay! The place was pristine! and hands down one of the best AirB&Bs we have been to. The communication from start till the checkout was too notch and Carmen is a caring, responsive and responsible host! The location is perfect as it's very close to Roma Termini and 2-5kms walking distance to major attractions in Rome. in addition, there's a good bunch of food spots we received as recommendations that helped us plan our meal! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! And of course we will book this place for our next visits!

Ale was very kind and helpful, the apartment is spacious and clean, the location has easy access to bus and subway lines to get to the main tourist spots, the cost benefit is very good compared to the main options in the historic center, it's definitely worth it!!

PERFECTION. Our family of four (with two teenagers) had an incredible stay. Ernesto was welcoming, responsive and a gracious host. Hosts are thoughtful of every detail. The apartment is immaculate and we had everything we needed. Perfect location, comfortable beds, barely needed to use the a/c despite the warm temperatures outside. Highly recommend and can’t wait to visit again!
