If you are looking for peace, nature and relaxation, you will find it here. There were three of us staying at the beautiful Molino Verde cottage (Apartment Ginestra) for a week and we enjoyed every moment. The apartment, the property, the garden in the olive grove and the fantastically clean and large pool are indescribably beautiful. Have visited places such as Spello, Bevagna, Montefalco, Assisi, Todi and Orvieto. Everything is easy to reach by car. Finally, there was always a refreshment in the pool. BBQ and washing machine are also available. We lacked nothing. Even in the olive oil there are cozy places with hammocks to relax. Thank you very much for the warm hospitality of Nicoletta and Fabiana, who were so sweet and accommodating. Also a very warm thank you to Saskia, who accompanied us from booking to saying goodbye. All the best, a presto family Roth Ps. Molino Verde's olive oil tastes excellent and we took stock for home right away.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. Comfortable, practical, very clean. Top condominium, everything perfect! Full kitchen, with many breakfast items. Private parking, with security. The host Andrea is very kind and attentive. We can recommend this space with great conviction! Grazie per tutti!!!

We were 14 people and the host accommodated us in large and comfortable rooms. He explained to us where to go and what to do in the area in great detail. We were well taken care of and the host was also very responsive on the phone. The property is located among the hills of Umbria and is surrounded by a beautiful countriside, but with an easy access to Todi. The location is very peaceful and we had a wonderful, relaxing time, living la dolce vita!

Great place for a short or a long staying right in Viterbo center. This is a beautiful fully furnished apartment with all amenities close by. You will immediately feel home and Vincenzo is a great host. Highly recommended.

Although we were only there one night, I would highly recommend to others. It is well situated with restaurants all around and close to the port if you are going on a cruise. It had a well equipped kitchen and the bed was very comfortable. Orazio is very friendly and welcoming.

The location of the house is absolutely fabulous, in the middle of the hills surrounding Todi, with splendid views. The condo we stayed in is # 1, one of the 4 that the hostess rents inside her property. The interior space is nicely furnished and has all the utensils and conveniences needed to spend days there. It also has a lovely private terrace to be able to dine in the cool. The whole house is designed for the comfort of the guests, with barbecue and chillout area under a porch, a very well-kept garden, and an ideal swimming pool after turning around the nearby hot summer day of interest. I especially value the landscaping project that links all the outdoor spaces of the house with the natural environment where it is located. Christiane and her daughter were very affable and attentive. We had a great time and will be back there for sure!

We stayed a few days and we had a great time, we were with a little girl and we frequented the park near the house which is well maintained and a pleasant place to go in addition to the sea a stone's throw away. We recommend spending a few days for those who want to get to know Santa Marinella.

Filippo's place was good for us to take a rest after a long journey and just before leaving this country. It was convenient to take a train to the center of Rome. Parking a car at the train station of Olgiata was free and tain to Rome cost 1 euro for one way.

holiday home "la brtonara" is a beautiful place surrounded by greenery 2 steps from Viterbo.... beautiful pool, beautiful apartment, equipped with everything but just everything to spend a vacation between relaxation and culture... the owners are fantastic..... kind, available and never intrusive.... every morning they pampered us with excellent homemade treats (very good)... what to say... beautiful experience, I hope to be able to return as soon as possible.... thank you Mauro, thank you Nadia.... you were the top!!!!

Modern apartment recently renovated, the space is perfectly optimized, the kitchen is very well equipped and the bathroom is structured with great taste (excellent shower). The highlight of the apartment is the terrace overlooking the lake, it's really worth the trip. Chiara is very caring and we felt very welcome, she also left us cookies as a welcome. I highly recommend this apartment also because the area is full of restaurants and bars.

Our stay with Salvatore, it went pleasantly. All the information was clear. Small supermarket nearby. We were able to discover the Casa Copone restaurant, we recommend it.

The house is really nice and clean, in a convenient location within walking distance of downtown with easy parking. Riccardo was a perfect and very helpful host, a helpful guy, and he gave us a lot of advice on where to eat and what to do.

Perfect stay with romantic jacuzzi! We stayed in this property and we really enjoyed ourselves. The house is very clean and well-kept, with a welcoming atmosphere. The hot tub was the highlight: spacious, well-functioning and incredibly relaxing, perfect for a moment of pampering. The adjustable TV is also adorable, comfortable both from the bed and from the bathtub, ideal for movie nights without sacrificing comfort. The balcony was a pleasant surprise, especially for those who love a cigarette break without having to go downstairs. The bed was super comfy and the parking was easy to find. Highly recommended for couples looking for relaxation and a touch of romance! We will definitely be back. 🌟

Perfect for families. There’s a childrens shallow pool, a normal pool (with bar next to it). Large beautiful gardens. Great playground and bbq area. The house also has a little private garden. A great set up. Even better than the photos and info. High recommend.

We loved our stay at this cute cottage with beautiful views! We were kindly welcomed by Michele's sister. We got some fun tips to do in the area. The parents, who live in the yard, were ( just like the sister) very friendly, cheerful and helpful. They even washed clothes for us. Beds sleep well. All necessary items are provided. We would highly recommend Michele's property.

Antonio is one of the best hosts we have met as he was always friendly and responsive to all our needs. The house was clean and fully equipped with everything. Neighbourhood is quiet, peaceful and always enough space to park your vehicle. Would definitely choose Antionio's place again!

This is an absolute gem just outside of Todi town centre. June and her daughter were lovely hosts and gave us a warm welcome, providing very clear instructions and a tour around the site. They even gave us a bottle of wine, biscuits and a bottle of water. We were quite late checking in (11pm) but that was no problem for them. The apartment was bigger than the pictures and very spacious. The pool was idyllic. This was a perfect place for some R&R before getting married in Todi. On our check out, June and the residents in the other apartments had planned to surprise us with confetti which was absolutely lovely. Would 100% recommend.

the house is very clean and very welcoming with a magnificent hot tub for 2 on a panoramic window from which you can also see the famous MOAI statue. Luciana was very kind and provided us with a lot of useful information to best visit the area. the house is comfortable and equipped with everything even chargers on the nightstand. Vitorchiano, already beautiful in itself, is an excellent solution for visiting Bomarzo, the village of fairy tales, Celleno and its ghost village, all very interesting stops recommended by Luciana on the way to Civita di Bagnoregio, tips that we treasured and that made our stay even more interesting. highly recommended
