Villa vacation rentals in Viterbo

We stayed at Paolo's villa for 8 days. It is a spacious place in a very quiet and nice area. Paolo is a great host. He responds very quickly to our questions and is super nice. We were 5 adults and we had plenty of room. The villa is close to the supermarket, other shops and the bus stop. The nice and large beach is about 30 minutes walk, but it is definitely worth the trip. We were there in the second half of May and had the beach almost completely to ourselves and free of charge, during the week. It's busier on the weekend, and you have to pay for a sunbed. Santa Marinella is close to many places you can visit, in the area, Santa Severas castle, shopping at the market in Civitavecchia, Rome only 45 min. by train. We rented a car in Civitavecchia and went to the thermal bath in Saturnia, only 1 hour drive. It was a wonderful experience. We are happy to recommend Paolo's place.

My family and I we had a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa, surrounded by the magical atmosphere of the Umbria countryside. There is nothing we can complain about,everything was perfect,the swimming pool added a plus especially during the 2022 July’s heat wave! The pool was well maintained and daily cleaning service was provided by the owner’s handy man. We really hope to come back next year and make more unforgettable memories at the Hilltop Villa-Orvieto

Everything was really beautiful!!!! Very kind hosts. We spent Easter Monday swimming in the pool and a super barbecue! Dream house… we all felt happy to be there. The kids had fun with table tennis, table soccer, table carambola… 5-star vacation!

Superb villa for 12 guests. 10 mns drive to a fabulous town or stay at home in comfort including an excellent pool surrounded by Impressionist views. Teresa is a gem. Pia recommended Eugenio and Pasquale of Italian Show Cooking and they produced a magnificent eight course banquet for my wife's 70th birthday party. This villa holds a very special place in our hearts and the hearts of our guests. Cman you give more than five stars?

We have enjoyed 200% of this exquisite place. Wonderful view, a pleasant swimming pool where we enjoyed with three generations, a beautiful garden with Nicoletta nearby always willing to provide casual information. Thank you Nicoletta for sharing your place with us.

We spent Easter at Sabrinas place (4 adults and 2 children) there was plenty of space and the pool and the gardens were lovely. Sabrina cooked a wonderful meal for us too. The house is beautiful but some attention to detail would be needed for it to really stand out (decluttering and better cleaning)The kitchen is quite small but we mainly ate out. Belvedere pizzeria was great! There are many cats around which our children loved and the owners dogs visit too.

Our stay at Loredana's villa was fantastic. Upon arrival we were surprised with a generous welcome basket, with delicacies and delicious wines. Loredana's mother was there to host us in a very warm way, she is really a treasure. The house is very spacious and nicely decorated, with a beautiful kitchen that is fully equipped. In addition to various beautiful seating areas in the house, you have access to three large bedrooms and 2 neat bathrooms. The garden is very beautiful and well maintained by her father. You also have several seating areas in the garden where you can relax. The pool is wonderful, everything is very clean. You can relax here in the beautiful surroundings. Our stay at Giovanni’s was incredible. He went above and beyond to cater to our needs. It was perfect for our family with young children.. a wonderful private property with plenty to do, but no need to even leave the property if you don’t want to (especially with such a wonderful pool area). Giovanni and Paolo were great at communicating and did everything they good to help us, even when we had special requests.

I cannot recommend Villa Collombroso enough. We had such a wonderful 3+ week stay here with our two kids and family friends. Everyone was comfortable and at ease. We felt relaxed on the property and loved walking to see chickens. Everything was truly lovely and Taira and Gina made our experience excellent. We had a private meal cooked by Taira and did pizza making which were some of the best experiences! We enjoyed having a rental car and the access to drive into Orvieto easily but also quick day trips to Siena, Perugia, Assisi, Bolsena, and Lago Trasimeno. We used the train to get easily into Rome, Florence, and Venice. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

The house is absolutely fantastic, nestled in the middle of olive trees with onbustructed views of the countryside and nobody else at sight! The house is cozy, familiar and everything is there to make you feel at home! Each room is spacious, clean and comfortable to enjoy magnificent Umbria! Flaminia is really helpful and Sergio’s occasional presence is very helpful! We seriously enjoyed our time at the house being a party of 6 with 2 kids! The garden and the swimming pool were absolutely superb! The overall experience was absolutely marvelous!

Simply amazing farmhouse, even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Orietta is very kind and available in all our requests,she did everything to make us find the pool active, despite the uncertain weather, we used it throughout the stay! Very well-kept outdoor spaces, comfortable and spacious rooms, if I may give a tip I would suggest changing really uncomfortable pillows and mattresses and pay more attention to the cleanliness of really inaccurate rooms and bathrooms. Cmq highly recommend!!!

Beautiful location. Great pool. Gorgeous garden. Lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Easy home to spend time in. Host was thoughtful, kitchen was stocked with essentials like coffee and salt etc. washing machine and dishwasher were efficient. Host was responsive. The area is very restful. Small shops nearby to purchase essentials. WiFi connectivity was excellent. Not too far from Rome. We had a great stay.

Beautiful stay in a house suitable for all our needs. Great location with ample outdoor space and a perfect stay for New Year's Eve dinner. Really kind host and helpful in meeting every need and solving any problem, we rarely met hosts like that! Highly recommended in every way.

the house was very nice, the only thing is that obviously when we go in winter those comforts that you could use the summer, you do not have them, it is there... however they were really kind. They did not give us an exact time to leave the house. They met us. The house is very large and there is a lot of space, we were 15 people and it seemed like very few people inside the house although it is large, 😊 we had a very good time.

We absolutely loved staying at this villa, we had such amazing holidays with our family of 5. The surroundings are beautiful, the house is great and so comfortable. Alcide who cleaned the pool for us every morning was so friendly and helpful, and Gio (the host) was always available for any questions or recommendations. We will be surely coming back every year! Dream place!

Beautiful experience, quiet and peaceful villa. We found a cozy and refurbished cottage, clean and tidy and with every comfort necessary to feel at home. The kitchen was equipped with everything you need, as well as the bathroom. The pool was wonderful and refreshing, and we spent two afternoons of total relaxation, surrounded by greenery and away from the chaos of the city. Friendly and helpful hosts for everything. We had a great stay at the villa! We were made very welcome, the instructions were clear and the accommodation was as described. We made good use of the football pitch and the location close to Rome was also a plus. I'd definitely recommend it!

My friends and I had a quite pleasant stay in this house. Samantha is really nice and answers very quickly. The trip went well. The scenery and the view from the swimming pool were astonishing! I'd probably come to the same AirBnB if I were to come back to this part of Italy.

This villa was just perfect for us for a delightful late August week. The view from the pool never grew old, just breathtaking rolling Umbrian countryside. A lovely quiet location, with loads of great Agritourism eateries nearby, and the delightful town of Narni a short drive away. The local host was great at ensuring our stay was perfect, giving us some great local recommendations. Plenty of space, effective air conditioning and comfortable beds - always important for us.

Lovely villa in a beautiful environment in the countryside while within an easy driving distance from Rome. Ideal as a base for exploration or as a place for relaxation. Great pool and a garden with a view and we loved the pizza place within 10 minutes walk away. We felt the kitchen could be better equipped.

We were very comfortable in Fabio's house. Of course, the pool is great, which is beautifully situated with views of the olive grove but also offers plenty of shade due to the umbrellas. The fact that there are so many bathrooms and air-conditioned rooms makes the stay very comfortable. The photos correspond to reality. The house is very quiet and if you are looking for this on vacation, you can spend the perfect vacation here. To be able to go to a good restaurant you have to drive by car. Orvieto and Lake Bolsena are worth seeing in the nearby area, but Rome, Siena and Assisi are also available for a day trip if you take the car trips. Checking in is uncomplicated and flexible.

Villa Torrone is a warm and well laid out villa. If you book the apartments it can cope with 15 or perhaps more people easily. The BBQ works well and the loggia is a spacious dining or chatting area. The pool is great and has another loggia. The grounds are spacious and well maintained. The beds are comfortable and there was plenty of good bedding and hot water. The kitchen and scullery lack a m'wave, electric kettle and a toaster but function well. It is close to lovely Todi and to a big supermarket but is quiet and relaxing. We would come again
