We stayed as a group of four and had a great experience. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable vacation. Located right on Via Nazario Sauro, it’s close to the beach and surrounded by excellent restaurants, cafes, and shops, which made evenings really enjoyable. A big plus was the private parking—super convenient in such a busy area. Despite being centrally located, it was quiet at night, and we had no issues with noise. Highly recommended for families or small groups looking for a relaxed, walkable stay in a great part of Italy.

Valentina is a perfect host, very helpful, she responded to every request and question in times that defining as quick is an understatement, the accommodation is perfectly clean, better than in the photos, brand new furnishings, the structure is rich in design and in a very beautiful sea view location, the street under the balconies is a bit noisy but probably because we kept the windows open given the hot days, getting to the third floor by stairs with luggage was a bit tiring but you can't expect too much for a structure that wouldn't have space for an elevator. Overall, everything is more than great, I give 5 stars but it also deserves a sixth.

Beatrice’s apartment is super cute, very clean, tastefully decorated and has EVERYTHING you need for a comfortable stay. I really loved the fact that there is a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee maker. My husband enjoyed the balcony:) The beach is within a 2-minute walk. A huge plus is a gated private parking lot. Beatrice is very easy to communicate with. She responded to my messages instantly and answered all the questions I had. We definitely recommend Beatrice’s place.

Impeccable stay! The accommodation has all the necessary amenities and is extremely clean. In addition, a gesture that was not taken for granted, on Saturday morning Patrizia left us some sweets for breakfast😍. Of course, super recommended and we will definitely be back!

Beautiful villa with Jacuzzi, magnificent experience, clean, tidy, tastefully furnished, floor heating, wide and luxurious shower, impeccable kitchen, comfortable and very clean beds. Simply put, perfect. The host Francesca received us in person, always available and friendly. I highly recommend this accommodation, 5 stars out of 5.

We had a very nice stay in Pesaro! Eva's apartment is in a perfect location: very close to the beach and also to the city center. There are a lot of restaurant and bars right around the corner. Still, the area ist quiet and nice. Eva ist a perfect host, if there are any questions, she'll answer them immediately. Thanks a lot!

We were greeted with great cordiality and availability from the moment of booking. The Host was present and attentive, granting us a flexible check-in, personally welcoming us into the house and taking a small tour to show us everything. Always available, it made us feel really comfortable. The house is really nice, modern and attention to detail: the terrace is a perfect gem to relax, and the rooms are clean, bright and very comfortable. The equipment is surprising: nothing is really missing, from needle and wire to the adapters for the sockets (Schuko), showing care for every possible need of guests. We really appreciated this attention. The location is excellent: you can easily reach everything on foot, bars, sea, pubs, up to a well-stocked covered market of all kinds of food. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay in every way. Parking is private and well protected, very useful in the center of Catholic! We will definitely be back!

I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

New and really beautiful apartment. I also found the house very clean and tidy. The location is excellent, 2 minutes walk to the sea, but at the same time very quiet area. Very kind host and very helpful in accommodating my requests (I was traveling with 2 children, and he gave me a lot of freedom in check-in and check-out). We'll definitely be back.

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed!

Well equipped apartment ( missed only a water boiler). Good light inside. Very nice view from the balcony, great for two to sit. Like sitting on the roof of Rimini. Well functioning internet. Good space. Rimini is much more than the beach, great restaurants, local residents around, culture.

Our stay in Luca's apartment was fantastically beautiful! The apartment was super equipped, spacious and clean. It is 100% as described and is very quiet! Within 2 minutes you can be at the beach and shops, restaurants, etc. The communication with Luca has worked very well throughout. Even in the evening he responded to our concerns and helped us at all times. Luca is a very good host who knows very well to prepare wonderful holidays for his guests. He is friendly, patient and super personable. We had a great time and will be happy to come back! Thank you!

Communication with Eleonora was straightforward and very friendly. From arrival Stefano was our contact, very hospitable and helpful. He showed us the apartment, explained all the special features, helped with everything and was quick to respond if there were problems. Friday afternoon arrival, Internet/WiFi does not work. Although the repair lasted until Monday, our departure day, Stefano took care of it, despite the weekend. We found it very pleasant to have personal contact. The apartment is truly special. Clear architecture, pleasant colors, good amenities, cozy. Actually, it is very close to the sea, but everything is very built up, hotels and restaurants probably conquered the squares in recent years. Unfortunately, no access to the beach in the vicinity was possible with a dog, so we drove to Pesaro and Fano. Thanks to Stefano and Eleonora and all the best!

This is the place to stay if you come to Pesaro. It’s a minute to walk to the beach — right across from the expensive hotels. It has a beautiful unobstructed view of the Adriatic, so you can watch the sun rise having expresso on the balcony table, sitting on the patio chairs. Wash your clothes and hang them on the patio clothes line located on the other side balcony — they will be dry by night. Air conditioning and heating work great, as we needed both at different times for brief periods. Close to a lot of restaurants and a grocery store is a short walk. So relaxing. So perfect. Communication was excellent. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you!

The apartment, very clean and well equipped, is in a strategic area to enjoy the Igea Marina promenade but also for those like us who used it as a base to go to Mirabilandia (30 min.). Mira was a "super" host for kindness and availability. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable and cozy apartment, perfect for two or more people, super tactical, close to the subway and a stone's throw from the sea, you don't even have to touch the car for getting around.

Beautiful, small apartment in Igea Marina with magnificent views of the beach with umbrellas. Overall, the accommodation makes a very well-maintained impression. The view of the ocean and the beach is a real highlight. The only small downside: the pots in the kitchen could be renewed. Nevertheless: Overall a charming accommodation and highly recommended for the price!
