The Foley Nest

Cozy up in this 2 room suite with attached bath, complete with private patio entrance, living area, large kitchenette, and dedicated parking spot. This suite is attached to our home but separated by a locked door. We are a short drive (5 min) from downtown, 8 min. to the airport, 35 - 40 min from several popular ski resorts. We are next to the Washoe Public Golf Course in one of the most beautiful, safe, and walkable neighborhoods in Reno. We offer EV charging upon request.

This modern home boasts an expansive 2,800 sq. ft. footprint with an open floor concept, offering plenty of space to relax and unwind. For winter sports enthusiasts, Northstar Resort, Palisades Tahoe, and Mt. Rose Ski Tahoe are all within easy driving distance. If gaming and entertainment are more your style, Reno’s vibrant casinos and the Reno Convention Center are just a short trip away.

This apartment is in our backyard, above our detached garage. We are located in the quaint, beautiful neighborhood of Reno that the locals call "the old Southwest". It is very close to Midtown, which has an abundant variety of shops, restaurants, cafes and nightlife. We are located near parks and the Truckee river. Also, many downtown events and happenings are located within 1- 2 miles from our house. The airport is just 3 miles from our home.

Walk distance for local breweries, wine place, theater, restaurants, casino, new concert venue The Nugget Amphitheater, plus great local events. Completely remodeled and ready for travelers Only. Unfortunately, we do Not Host to Local residents of Reno/Sparks area.
