Simple but very well-stocked apartment, cozy and in a great position. In the area there are beautiful walks to do, starting directly from the house, very panoramic and quiet.

We were so comfortable in Carmina’s lovely apartment. She is a wonderful host who welcomed us warmly and showed us around the apartment as well as gave us recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Everything was as described and it was a perfect place to stay.

Stefano’s place was delightful! Monique was incredibly welcoming and gave us all sorts of helpful recommendations and tips for things to do or things that weren’t worth doing. The place itself had an incredible view. The AC was much appreciated. The walk up to the apartment is uphill so if you are not okay with walking you’ll need to take the bus and there still is some walking but definitely worth it for the peace and quiet and gorgeous views. Some other reviews said the bed was uncomfortable but we didn’t have any problems.

Our stay at this accommodation was amazing, Denis was so helpful and answered any questions or queries we had straight away. The accommodation was spotless and was just as shown on the pictures.

This is an exceptionally beautifully located apartment, with a wonderful terrace, beautiful old floor, originally developed. Located right on the lake, I could sleep with the gentle lapping of the water as well as I had not been able to in a long time. Incredibly relaxing! Restaurants are close by. The host lives in this apartment himself. This is noticeable. It is not a sterile hotel room atmosphere, with all the advantages and disadvantages that this entails. For example, it has no WiFi and the bathroom is more original than luxurious. Those looking for hotel standards will be disappointed. I appreciate it when it's something special. And finally, Seif is a perfect host. He responds immediately, personally and patiently. You can turn to him with anything - he is really interested in making you feel comfortable. And if he's unable to respond, he'll arrange for someone to respond almost immediately.

The apartment itself was very clean, cozy, and had a unique charm that made it feel special. The views from the apartment were absolutely breathtaking, and the location couldn’t be better — peaceful, scenic, and close to everything. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Lake Como!

The apartment is very well equipped, it really has everything you need! In addition, it is very well located in a very quiet location and close to the lake.

Very good value for the price! Really nice and clean, all essentail kitchen equipment is there. The view from the room is beautiful and peaceful, right at the lake. Perfect for taking walks with a doggy. The restaurant right next door is really good and stores are 2 minutes away with the car. Very good sound insulation, the building is next to a busy road but you cant hear anything from that or from the neighbors. EV charging in the area is fairly limited but not impossible. Checking in is seemless with the keycard in a lock-box. I can only recommend it!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay. Argegno is a perfect location to stay in a beautiful town with everything you need and an easy ferry to the busier and more touristy areas. Villa Emma was a real home away from home. It is in a perfect location to walk to the centre of the village in minutes and just over the road from the lake. Vanessa also arranged a wonderful cooking class for us. We all agreed this was the perfect host and location for our visit to Como.

Alessia’s place was perfect for our stay! She was super helpful giving us local recommendations and she even picked us up at the ferry so we didn’t have to bring all our luggage up which was amazing! Her place is beautiful with great views of the lake and very clean, comfy and cozy with a quick walk to town! It was the perfect location and I can’t wait to come back and stay here one day :)

The apartment was beautiful, spacious and felt very homely. The private balcony was perfect to relax in after walking around Milan. No more than 10 minutes away from the metro which was easy to use and there was a number of shops and supermarkets surrounding. Would recommend here 10/10. 5 stars

The rental was beautiful with an amazing view. It took 10 minutes to get to town by car. Easy drive to Varenna and Bellano. The outdoor patio was great with a large area under cover.

Silvia’s place was incredible! The location could not be more perfect. Plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops all within a short walk. The apartment itself is very nice and clean. It had everything we needed and more. We would love to go back someday.

I truly can't say enough about our stay here at Linnea's penthouse. The space is outstanding—we actually booked this place in an emergency because the AirBnB we had originally booked was very low quality. This place was our saving grace! Spotless, incredibly luxe, spacious—this place is a gem. My partner and I stayed here, but we could have easily had two more couples comfortably staying with us. Linnea has the *kindest* housekeeper, Adelina, who made us feel right at home during check-in. Also, Linnea's property manager, Donatella, was extremely kind, responsive, and very helpful in coordinating our check-in. It is not often a place lives up to its photos—but this place is somehow even more beautiful! It also comes with some great perks: a filter for drinking water, a hot tub and outdoor rooftop terrace, giant showers, a washing machine, a lift to the apartment, and very comfortable beds. I don't think we will stay anywhere else when we visit Milan again!

Our stay went very well. The apartment is very nice and offers a terrace with exceptional lake views. The place is very quiet. Only one downside, the access road but such a place is deserved.

The home was very welcoming, clean, and beautifully rustic. The house is in a quiet location with a lovely view of the lake, and the directions we were given allowed to get there with no problem. Also, we were greeted by fresh eggs, juice, sweets, sparkling wine and other gifts at the place, which is very nice and commendable. Any recommendations for this place if you want a quiet and enjoyable vacation, we felt right at home.
