Great cosy, charming yet spacious apartment with bars and restaurants in 2-5 mins locality. Great location, everything is walkable other than san siro. Train station and last supper a stones throw. Great host, reliable, trusty worthy, honest and responsive.

We had a lovely stay in November. This home was comfortable and very well equipped with or actually anything one might need on vacation. There was even a welcome basket with treats! We so appreciated it. The host Fabio was responsive and helpful. The view was amazing and its location is very close to the main square and waterfront walk. We walked to and from the train station - with luggage it’s easier on the road than multiple steps (The host kindly sent more details but for some reason I could not get the link to open ).

I had a wonderful 4-day stay! It was peaceful, relaxing, and I felt right at home being able to walk to everything I wanted to see. By the end of 4 days I started to feel like a local (Even had a local cat start saying "hi" to me each morning as I went exploring!

Great host! Super friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Everything you want from Bellagio is with walking distance. Apartment was very comfortable. Thank you Roberta for a wonderful experience.

Isabella is a wonderful host who made our stay so memorable. The place is gorgeous, clean and secure, and within walking distance to the centre of Milan. Isabella went out of her way to make our stay enjoyable with lots of great suggestions for things to do, as well as providing us with delicious snacks on our arrival. I cannot recommend Isabella and her beautiful apartment highly enough!

We spent a weekend with our two children in the beautiful apartment of Corina. The apartment is newly renovated and has everything you need. We felt very comfortable. Corina proactively communicated and was always quick to respond. We will be happy to come back!

I perfect place to stay on your visit to Salo. Right in the heart of a walkable neighborhood. Host was very responsive and friendly and answered all our questions.

We booked this apartment for our first getaway with a 6 month old. The walk from the parking to the apartment took 5 minutes through lovely historic street. The location was perfect for us. We spent a lot of time exploring, going to cafes and restaurants before returning to the centrally located apartment for a break for the baby. We would recommend renting a car, ferries are exciting but to go further up the lake takes longer than expected so a car is great for travelling around. Would recommend this apartment to anyone interested in seeing the beauty of Lake Garda.

Loved staying here! It’s about a 7 minute walk from the train station and a 10-15 minute walk into Como. There’s an awesome bakery (II Forno) 2 minutes from the apartment where you can get amazing fresh focaccia! The host was very responsive and easy to work with. Full stocked kitchen and apartment. Overall loved it!

We had a great stay in Mariella’s apartment. Everything was clean and in good order. The apartment is spacious. We particularly appreciated Mariella’s local recommendations, very quickly establishing Gelsomina as our daily breakfast stop; al banco of course! Good access to the centre of Milan on foot or metro. Would visit again.

Everything about this apartment has been exactly as promised, it was great. Elena is a really good host, she prepared instructions for everything and also gave us recommendations about restaurants and places we could visit in the area. We would definitely stay here again, we had a great time :)

Pietro and his wife was very kind and helpful with us when we arrived, allowed us to put our luggage in the place early as we arrived just before check in. The place itself was beautiful, scenic views and amazing view of the lake itself. Pietro went out of his way to show us around the best restaurant, some tourist attractions and also was very kind enough to help us with transportation links. All in all it was a great stay and would recommend everyone to stay at his place if you get the chance.

Truly not enough words to describe how wonderful this place is! The moment you walk through the door, you are greeted with panoramic views of Lake Como. Carla and Andrea were the sweetest hosts—incredibly friendly, helpful, and responsive. We were so sad to leave! The apartment is the perfect size for 2 people or a couple with a small child.

This place is a fantastic base for exploring Lake Como! The views are absolutely breathtaking. The host is incredibly responsive and helpful, making the experience even better. The spa facilities are a wonderful bonus. I can’t wait to return!

Our interaction with Silvia was super flexible and we got suggestions to enhance our stay within the premises and around Como. Super welcoming. Photos do not represent the view outside the window - it was better in real life!

Great location in middle of Como central historic area. We enjoyed walking the streets of Como, window shopping and people watching. The apartment is well equipped with nice modern kitchen for preparing meals. Bed was super comfy - we slept well. Radiant heat and heated towel bar in bathroom were much appreciated. Overall, a great place to stay in Como.

Nice location in the city centre. We really enjoyed the evening view in hot tub. Communication was great and they brought all needs for having a baby with me. Would come back!

What can I say, except exceptional. A little gem of an apartment with amazing lake views and all the amenities that you could want. Pristine clean and comfortable we have loved our stay and we were sorry to leave! The ceiling at the toilet area is low, but hey unless you spend all day in the toilet it’s not a big problem! We would not hesitate to book this apartment again. The town is a nice 1.5km walk along the lake beach to the local shops and supermarkets where you can also have a lovely lake side lunch. The hot tub on evening with a drink was a huge plus and we were lucky enough to have great weather to use the bbq With meat from the local butchers which was just delicious! Thank you we hope to see you again in the future!

I can't say enough good things about Alba. She is so helpful and flexible. A real joy to deal with. The property is one of the nicest and classiest parts of Milan. A nice and leisurely walk to Duomo and Monte Napoleone. Very strong recommendation.

Gianluca was from the start always friendly, willing to help and give information or advice on where to go and what to do. The studio is in a great location and the rooftop hot tub has amazing views across the lake. Parking across the road made it easier for the car but I would avoid using a car in Como if you can do without it.
